Fernando was awesome. We got to test ride 4 bikes Im in love with the fatbob for wife and the used Fatboy for me. but manager on Sunday turned me off too pushy and I dont like fluff with no value. I would say Fernando is a great salesman to do business with not pushy at all easy going and means business . go see him and Im sure all will agree.Wife and I need two bikes but not gonna make any decisions impulsively especially when pushed to make decision.

Since October 2020, Iv been searching for the right HD, decisions back and forth on what I wanted. Multiple local visits to dealerships. Thought it was going to be amazing for its location but it had the worst clothing selection I have ever seen. Didnt even get greeted with a hello when I walked in.

Great buying experience. I went to several other Harley Stores and these guys really earned my business. Donny the sales manager is honest and transparent, and by salesman Richard was really committed to helping me find the right bike. Also, they were really kind and respectful to my wife and daughter which I didnt really get at other dealerships. Good guys, good team, and in my opinion people like that should be supported. If youre considering a Harley, I personally recommend at least giving them a shot.

Went shopping around a couple dealerships and felt like I wasnt wanted. No offers to help and ignored for 30 minutes at one. Went to LA HD and met Josh less than a minute after I walked in. Zero pressure, tons of information and lots of advice. He even borrowed a backrest off his bosses bike so my wife could get the full experience behind me on the test ride. Bought a 2021 Street Glide Special on site and some accessories which they installed and delivered the bike to my house the next morning. Very dissapointed with my experience purchasing parts.I ordered a intake for my bike and found it 30% cheaper online from another Harley dealer the next day. Called and emailed the parts manager showing proof of price difference. Just wanted a price adjustment but was told they could give me only a partial refund withholding 20% for a restocking for a part I had yet to recieve (probably they hasnt yet ordered either). I was never informed of this 20%fee but noticed it is printed on the invoice that was given to me AFTER the purchase and it is not the printed on the actual reciept. Shady!!!I told Mike to keep the part Ill get my refund from my cc company. Strange customer service. I was looking for them to install but with my experience, no way! Shame that they lost a customer over $60 (which they could have easily made up in the install).2stars because the reps at the service counter are friendly and knowledgeable. Its the management and their policies that seem very shady.By your parts somewhere else. Youll get a better deal and your parts quicker.

I try to be a logical person but when you buy a 30k motorcycle, 2.5k extended warranty and still have to pay $405 for “diagnostic fees” on a 2018 Road Glide with 3,400 miles that breaks down multiple times for the same “ fuel pump connection “ issue. Between this dealership and the one I bought it from in Florida I’m not surprised Harley is a failing company.

Management needs to work on their telephone system but the service department (Mike, Erick, Wendy and Mark) does an exceptional job helping you find the right part for your bike and always makes you feel welcomed.

That is an aylocayshunn, of multiplying taxx. which is a near best kept secret. i think that los angeles is a little farther down the road... also lowes angeles stretches beyond its its its limitations.

But now due to the great customer service (especially Mike Chilcote & Krista going above & beyond to help me), I must ride from Burbank to Fullerton for my service needs!Even in my specific situation which included having to deal with the insurance carriers & supplemental damage issues, Mike & Krista took care of everything.They make a point to make sure your needs are met & that you are happy, completely. On multiple occasions Mike smoothed out issues, even issues beyond their control & not their fault!Despite how busy Mike or Krista may be, they make sure to keep you well informed.Awesome job guys!!

I felt Racially profiled......I was standing in parkinglot talking with a sales guy about trading in my bike for a newer model when Mark from service rudely walked up and told me to leave the property for no reason.i was the only mexican with tattoos and a club cutt on he had been just standing there staring at me then just told me to leave...nobody else was asked to leave just me..so i will be taking my buisness to HB HARLEY...

I will always give Harley Davidson a 5 star thumbs up. I have 2 issues, the clerks and sales staff have no control over. Theyre a bit pricey and I cant stand the name Los Angeles Harley Davidson when theyre in Fullerton.The folks are always friendly. And I love Harleys! Ride safe my friends!

Shopped at the store on 4 different occasions 2 of the times I purchased shirts & a hoody, The 2 shirts were special order, which wasnt a problem. I paid for the merchandise up front & was told by the sales reps each time that once my orders came in they would call me for pick up. None of that ever happened I had to call the store myself both times because the sales reps never called. The customer service lags, its apparent they just dont care. How sad they lost another customer over a simple courtesy call.

These guys over at LA Harley are great. No hassle straightforward. This is what it is and lets get it done. Spent 2 days at Huntington beach Harley just for them to tell me they couldnt get anywhere near where I needed to be. It only took about 3 hours to be in and out with exactly what I wanted. JD is the man. He made it happen. You deal with him and you know if it can happen it will. I just got a Ultra Limited and was not disappointed with the care that I received. The staff were great as always. This was my second bike purchased from them. Last one was a 2004 Roadking. Put 119,628 miles on it and they helped when ever I asked. Great people and treatment. Better than family. Loyal for life.

Thanks to the new manager, this Harley Davidson dealership is getting a needed facelift in customer service and is now addressing the needs of the average motorcycle rider. Most of my friends quit using them as the only thing we saw was hardcore bikers hanging out. However, in the last few weeks we see a move to change the attitude of the business to servicing everyone again. 5 Stars for the improvements in the business. You have won us back. I was looking for a new bike that la Harley had in stock. I was going to drive out to them but I was waiting for the salesman and appraiser to get back to me but them never did. No calls, no text message or even and email to let me know what is going on. I took my business to Huntington Beach Harley and those guys were awesome. I guess LA Harley in Fullerton can pick and choose customers.

Bought my bike from here in 2015, sales team were very accommodating. I bring the bike back for services on a regular basis as i put alot of miles on the bike with my commute each day. Steve always makes you feel welcome and the service team are top notch. i would highly recommend them.

Today we started our day of riding at Anaheim Harley. We got there at 10 am and I was there to meet three of my friends. The goal was to ride from Anaheim Harley on down to Cooks Corner. We did that and then two of us broke out and extended the ride down to Hells Kitchen and Lookout point which meant a trip through the Ortegas which is always a blast.Anaheim Harley is huge it has two buildings so if youre in the mood to kick tires on motorcycles that all takes place in one building. If you want to go check out the accessories and clothes and helmets and stuff like that thats over in the other building. That building has two stories and a ton of stuff. They have some decent deals on the sales rack as well.I brought my drone along with me today so I spent my time flying around the parking lot taking aerial pictures. While I was taking pictures, I met Timm Browne who happens to be the new guy in service. I like to keep my bike maintained and I have not settled on on particular place to fix my bike so I am always looking for the right spot. I might have found it today.

Amazing staff never felt pressured

Stopped by to check out 2020 bikes. Not a customer in the showroom. Not one sales person bothered to even get up to greet. One wonder why Harley-Davidson sales is down. I suppose I’ll keep my Street Glide and FXR for a bit longer. Perhaps check out Indians since they’re coming out with some good looking bike. BTW, motorcloth side same. No customers. No greeting. Only employers chatting among themselves. These guys make Huntington Beach HD look good.
