My check engine light had been on for approximately 9 months. It was due for inspection, so I knew I had to get it fixed. It was with the electrical system, something which nobody else wanted to touch. I called Rich and he found the problem with his diagnostic computer and repaired it same day. Rich is honest, dependable and friendly. He kept me updated on how things were going throughout the day. He also showed me the broken part that had to be replaced, as he did with my worn out brakes a few months ago. Rich explains things in easy-to-understand terms for us non-mechanic humans. I am soooo blessed I found him and will continue using him for my Jeep repairs.

Rich came to my apartment complex today and repaired my brakes. He was great to do business with! I am so happy I saw him working on another vehicle a few weeks ago and asked for his card. Back in beginning Rich did fix my leak from my sunroof on my ford. Came a bit late but he fixed it. Just recently I had bought parts for my car because it was needed and Rich had provided the links to order which that was very helpful. I had made 2 appointments and I had to reschedule do to emergency but never last minute same day. Then all of a sudden Rich had to reschedule 2x on me and never showed up and never responded back to me if he was still coming. I mean I would have been ok would he had told me the night before so I can attend work but he failed that part. Its okay to not want to work on a vehicle of a person you dont want to deal with but at least be an adult and be upfront about not being able to make the appointment. Anyways went with thirteen mechanic. Came last minute. Got me in. On time and reasonable price. Check them out first before wasting your time on Rich! All I can say is Rich you pulled an unprofessional move. This I didnt deserve nor does anyone.

I was on the way home from work and my clutch slave cylinder started to leak, I lost my ability to shift gears and had to park at a food lion. They came out the next day and had my car fixed in a matter of hours before I left work again. Excellent service, mobile, quick and cost efficient. 10/10

WOW, they were awesome and extremely professional. I needed an Air Suspension Compressor replaced on my 2011 INFINITI QX56. Once diagnosed, they were done within an hour. I couldnt believe how much $$$ I saved versus replacement at the dealership. Theyre definitely on speed dial especially if I have any other issues. I do not like using checks or credit cards and appreciated the alternative payment method like Cash App, which made this process very easy. Many thanks to Richard and his mechanic helper. Back in September I requested help fixing a coolant leak, they had to come back three times and my truck is still leaking fluid. I should have just taken my vehicle to a real mechanic instead of hiring a crew of flunkies to come to me. They refuse to take my calls or texts, but had no problem taking my money. Mechanic Worx screwed up a basic coolant leak, imaging how much I would have lost on a serious repair. My recommendation to anyone thinking of using them is think again Take your vehicle to a real mechanic.
