The staff was very friendly and professional. Check in was easy and quick and they did a great job. They looked over the entire car and let me know of their findings. I was in and out in no time at all. I will come back again.

I went to get my car inspected. They were quick and replaced a bulb that was not working. They are also close to home.

I had been told by my local dealership that my dead battery just needed recharging. I got to work the following day but when I went down at the end of a very long day, the engine would not even turn over and all the electric devices in the car were dead. A towing service came out and tried to jump my battery but it was too far gone. I then asked that they simple tow me home but the make and model of my car was such that they could not tow the car without damaging the front skirt. I then turned to Fast Lube. Despite requiring him to work past his normal quitting time, James Glassman went above and beyond the call of duty to assist. He came to the parking deck at my place of work, replaced my battery and made sure everything had returned to normal before then going home to his wife and children. This is the kind of service that has largely disappeared these days and Is very much appreciated. It is this kind of service that boosts brand loyalty and a lesson for all of us that work in retail or service industries. Thanks again, James.

They tried to sell me the most expensive oil change they had. It happened very fast and they didnt give me a second to figure out what i wanted or needed. No explanation about what was what on their menu. I actually left with nothing because I had a bad feeling in my gut about the whole experience so I left and made an appointment somewhere else.

Was due for a oil change, stopped by without an appointment. Was greeted by the manager, J. Glassman, he was very professional and made me feel welcomed since this was my first time using Fast Lube Plus in Fuquay Varina. I ask if my windshield wipers could also be checked, I felt they werent working properly and they were aged. I was informed that I needed to replace my wipers. My oil change and new wipers were installed with fast and friendly service, I will return for my next oil change.

I started going here to get my yearly inspection done. But Ive also stopped in to get a light bulb changed, most recently. They really get you in & out pretty quickly. Reasonable rates! Nice staff. Definitely essential too!

I needed to get my annual inspection done last week. I called a top rated place in downtown Fuquay but they do not wear masks despite Governor Coopers public health orders to protect the public during the coronavirus pandemic. Driving back up 401, I spotted Fast Lube Plus and drove around back to ask about masks. The young men working there were all wearing masks and very respectfully responded to my concerns. They finished my inspection in 15 minutes while I sat in my lawn chair in the back. I was delighted that the staff made the extra effort to reassure me and get me in and out quickly. They did a fantastic job taking care of what I needed without trying to sell me something I didnt need. Thanks to all of you. I will be back! ☆☆☆☆☆

Great experience! The team was really helpful, even came out to greet me in the parking lot to speed up the process...the team was really quick and provided me an accurate wait time and had me in and out right on time. They were also able to help me with a few other items beyond the oil change to save me a trip to the shop. Facility is clean and location is really convenient.

They really took the time to check everything and took the time to document everything for me. After cleaning everything I went ahead and had them change my oil and filter again just to be safe. The staff is knowledgeable and shares their honest opinions with you, not just scare tactics. Also, they are able to perform a wider variety of services to your vehicle than some competitors (for instance: brake pads and rotors, motor mounts, thermostats, etc.) Ive had my oil changed here many times now and am satisfied with the results and the price. I look forward to taking my vehicle up there for inspection soon and seeing the team.

I typically dread getting my car serviced, but the guys were friendly, not pushy with additional sales, and the waiting room was spotless. Glad to see Fuquay finally have a trustworthy place for auto service. They vacuumed my car better than when I do it myself! Ill definitely be back.

Brakes and an oil change couldnt have been easier. Spencer and Danny made this visit fast friendly and exactly what I needed. From the start of the trip the greeting right at my car listening to everything I had to say about my car and making sure they understood what I was saying to letting me know what was going on with my car. While doing the service on my car they noticed my brakes were low. Spencer came in and explained how fast lube does brakes and that Danny is ASE certified. Thats a major relief. In short this was the most pleasant visit to a mechanical shop Ive ever had. Ill be bringing all my cars back to them whenever I need service performed. Big or small, Im sure they can do it all.

After trying to get into 2 other, better rated places in Fuquay with no luck, I drove past Fast Lube and they only had 1 car in the bay. Wow. Super nice guys, really clean, they did it quick and didnt even complain about my noisy kids. I will definitely go there every time now.

Ive been going to Fast Lube Plus for awhile now and these guys are by far the best ones around. I have a 2015 Wrangler I keep in pristine condition and always worry about going to these types of places but after going here a few times I have absolutely no worries. Each and every time I go they take care of my Jeep and even do the little stuff like vacuum the inside. These guys are the best and I highly recommend this location for any of your vehicle needs.

Just went in for a simple tire plug. Job was knocked out in like 10 minutes, which was better than another turn around from a different set of boys. Only thing I could say is the tech didnt look at the door panel, so when he reinflated that tire and checked the others he put the default 35 pounds in instead of my cars 32. Not a big deal, and so far Im satisfied with the repairs and greatly appreciated the speed.

Will NEVER go there again. They charged me $516.00 for oil change and to flush all fluids and they messed up my car and tried to blame the mechanic that I went to 2 years ago!!!! My radiator hose is pouring out antifreeze. I NEVER had this problem before. NEVER. One star is too many. I Do Not recommend this place. Do NOT take your car there. Then they were laughing when I left. At least one of them was.

I was very impressed with the shop and the people that work there. My car was professionally worked on and completed in the time that the attendant estimated it would be. Went in for an oil change. Was a little nervous because I was over due on my oil change from the dealership. Having a newer car (2015 Toyota Camry) is always nerve racking. Stopped by this shop and was greeted by Matthew who helped me understand the different types of oil and which type was the best for my car. After consideration I chose the full synthetic oil. The speed and quality of service was much better than at the dealership. (Which repeatedly told me they were simply too busy to fit me in. Great that I didnt have to have an appointment) they then proceeded to actually SHOW me some things on my car that were starting to get dirty. The filters were all in stock. They even rotated my tires for me all in less time than the dealership normally does. This is the best experience Ive had with any type of shop. Thank you so much to all the crew at fast Lube.

Had an excellent experience here today. Service was fast, friendly, and priced as advertised. I had a basic oil change and was in and out in about 15 minutes. They checked all my fluids and even vacuumed out my driver seat where they had driven my car around for me to pick it up. I would recommend this place to someone looking for quick and quality service!

Quick and courteous service. The only issue I had was: the indicator symbol for the “low air in tires” is still on even though the technician assured me it would turn off on its own in a few miles. I hate the hassle of bringing my car back just to turn off the tire symbol.

Will not be back and here us why. They have deceptive practices. I went in for an oil change in which they advertise to check and fill other fluids such as the power steering fluid. When they finished, they checked my power steering fluid but did not fill as advertised. I did not notice until I had left so I called and was told that they did not top it off, citing safety reasons because the system may have a leak. However, for $79.99 they will flush and recycle the fluid. What? So I asked, if they checked for leaks to which he replied we can. How do you not fill what you promised to fill but will for extra money. When I told him that their ad was misleading, he said I know. I wont be back. By the way, they did offer to top it off if I brought the car back up there but I am not going back to a place that failed to do something that they advertised they would do in the first place!In Response to Fast Lube PlusFirst of all, it was power steering fluid AND NOT brake fluid that we discussed. Second, your manager told the EXACT same thing that you posted below. Explain to me how it is not false advertising when your website plainly says Check/Fill Power Steering Fluid. It is fine that you dont fill it for safety reasons but to put on your website that you do is clearly false.

I have decided to no longer do buisness with this company. I have found on more then one occasion they have tried to take advantage of me. Not sure if it is because I am a woman, but please always get a second opnionon before letting them work on your car.

Went in for a quick inspection and was pleasantly greeted by a young man who asked what he could do for me. They quickly pulled my car in while myself and my dog made ourselves comfortable inside. (What a relief this shop is pet friendly) The proceeded with the inspection and after a couple minutes a gentleman came in and showed me my filters and just mentioned that it was part of their service that they look over the car. The prices are more than fair and was all presented in a no pressure environment. Once they went over the couple things that were recommended for my car I asked them to replace the filters but would wait on the rest. This is one of the best places to go and I will definitely be back for an oil change. This is my go to shop. Thanks to rusty and the entire fast lube plus crew.

I have been taking my vehicles to Fast Lube Plus for almost 20 years. They have always taken care of what my vehicles needed for a fair price. Several times they have saved my money when a car dealer suggested unnecessary maintenance. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This place recently changed ownership and they are great. We took my wifes Acura in for an oil change and an inspection. The staff was great and we got in and out very quickly. They did not try to sell us everything in the building like most places do. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I am not here to post any rude, offensive, or disrespectful comment about this place, but I definitely would not recommend this shop to anyone else if coming for a car maintenance. Whoever currently works at this shop in Fuquay, whether it is Austin, Joe, or whomever, these guys do not know how to take the time to make sure that every fluid is sealed up especially a tune-up. Also, they start giving me funny attitudes like I was annoying them about my power steering problem, my transmission leak, and my oil leak. They will not give you a power steering flush at all.They expect me to google the camshaft, the crankshaft, and take my car to another transmission shop to see about my transmission gear because they are too lazy to take the time and look inside the engine and determine what the real problem is. If these guys from this Fast Lube Plus try to expect me to have the front end of my 1997 Toyota Camry done for over $3,000 plus parts and labor, they are out of their minds.The last time I had a tune-up on my brown 1997 Toyota Camry was the beginning of November 2018, which was last year. Then a month later, I found out that my gear was slipping. It wouldnt go in reverse after it cranked. All my car could do was go forward until my transmission started leaking bad after this year 2019 came, which caused my transmission to start straining bad starting from June to July this summer. I know what the reason is: it is because after the mechanics of Fast Lube Plus did my oil change, my transmission flush, and any other services I requested, it was THEIR OWN FAULT that they failed to double check and make sure that the leaks were sealed and secured. Also, they were the ones who unwanted loosened my bolts under the transmission gasket can which caused my transmission fluid leak very badly. When I came back to see about getting the power steering flush to see if it was the power steering pump, Austin would not let me get that flush because he tried to talk me into trading my only car for another as his so-called recommendation. I never ask my transmission gasket bolts to get loosened anyways.I totally disagree with Austin trying to tell me to get rid of my 1997 Camry just because I had a cousin who hooked me up with his mechanic who did a better job replacing my transmission and sealing my oil leaks at a way cheaper price in Willow Springs. Now my car is no longer leaking any fluids whatsoever after getting it serviced less than a month after the 4th of July Holiday. Shame on Austin and his current co-workers for trying to play me for a fool, not knowing that I had bought my car from Tri State Auto Brokers in late April 2015 (4 and one-third years ago), and my car still drives good with no unwanted transmission leaks or oil leaks or power steering leaks. Like I said, I would NEVER recommend anyone to this place because I almost got ripped off my those young fellas here. I am telling you all what I have experienced recently with fairness, honesty, and sincerity. Second note, if these guys would shut their mouths and listen to me telling them that I had that Camry over four years instead of them talking over me, maybe things wouldve been a lot easier this way. Also, I would definitely hold off from coming back to get an inspection because I dont trust these guys at all.

My wife almost become a victim of getting unnecessary costly repairs when she attempted to get an inspection. They failed the inspection for the belt on the engine. They said they would replace it for $99. I asked her if she would get it inspected somewhere else. They wouldnt let us leave without paying $23.75 for the failed inspection The belt was perfectly operational. No frays, not loose, and not worn to the point of needing replacement. Guidelines with the State of NC Inspections arent clear. Its basically a judgement call. After the managers refusal to let us get it inspected somewhere else I paid the fee and went to an auto parts store and bought the most expensive belt they have. It cost $26 and took me 10 minutes to put on. They passed the re-inspection after I paid the remaining $6.25. I see they have their female targeting racket going well with other comments about fluid flushes costing over $500!!! Watch out ladies, theyre waiting for you.

I’m a victim of unnecessary unwanted repairs to get inspection.I’m licensed to do inspections and have been doing it for 12 plus years.My belt was perfectly okay no cuts, not loose, normal wear that warranted no replacement.Nc inspection guidelines 19A NCAC 03D.0535 Steering mechanism states ....power steering system shows visible leaks or the power steering belt is loose or worn.... basically it’s a judgement call.They failed my vehicle I paid the standard fee $23.75 (regardless pass or fail) and the mechanic had the audacity of offering me unwanted repairs to replace the belt.Well,my take on that is be very careful they’ll try to get any repairs so as to keep the business running as inspections doesn’t profit them or me as an inspector it’s state regulated (no profits)and I’ll never ever take nor recommend anyone to go thereFAST LUBE PLUS# 1451110 North Main StFuquay Varina Nc 27526Be mindful and watch out It’s an experience I wouldn’t want anybody (especially the ones not in the field of automotive)to go through. They have lost my compassion and business
