Went to the GameStop in Gadsden to buy a Nintendo Switch. I had already been comparing prices online and at other stores so I wanted to see if GameStop would be more or less. Well, prices were the same as everyone else but I was glad I came in because the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable and there were a lot of options to choose from.

Its not generally my type of a store but when buying for a gamer its the store to go to.. it is little pricey but you will have a store clerk available with knowledge of the products for sell which can be little dicey when trying to shop at a store like Walmart

I have been in this store on two different occasions where the staff was using explicit language with customers (and children) around. On one occasion the music was so filthy I was forced to leave (once more with children around). Best clean up your act if you want to keep customers, I can shop elsewhere.

The staff here is always very helpful. And the manager truly tries to help with issues

Great workers and a even better deal on Call of Duty MW left my wallet at home and was able to pay using Google pay (tap to pay)

GameStop is my kind of place and Im always looking for something new and if the graphics in the game are really good Ill buy it on the spot. Im always looking for games which are what I call EYE CANDY you love the game and the graphics are worth buying the game for that reason alone. Ill always buy games that have a really good story line that keep me craving for the next big event.

Gamestop is too expensive but the workers are very friendly and helpful.

I walked in to get 2 gift cards. There were 2 employees working. The Male was helping a customer in line with noone behind him. The female was not helping anyone. I walked up to the counter after I was unable to find the gift cards that I was looking for and the female was texting on her phone. She paused briefly to look up and see me standing there. She immediately turned back to her phone and continued to text. I figured at first that she was going to finish typing and then help me. She did not. She continued to send text after text while waiting for the person that she was texting to reply. I waited and waited and I was a out to lose my patient when the male employee finished with his customer, looked at the female employee, and then politely asked if he could help me. What is it with people being on cell phones at work in a retail location? This is unacceptable and I will not return to that location. Obviously her social life was more important than doing her job that she was being paid to do. Hopefully, someone said something to her after I left. I doubt it because it did not seem to phase her one bit.

Had some questions about the Switch System. Matt was very helpful in answering the questions that we had as well as having additional knowledge of the Switch Nintendo.So we purchased the Nintendo Switch.

Great place to see current games, but as always not worth trading anything in.

This location is very good except for its manager. He does not conduct business the way he should. With his poor choices and cocky attitude it does not make for a good location. As long as you are not having to deal with him its an okay location. Not everyone is cut out for a position like that.

Most of what they sell I can buy at like Walmart or other retail stores for the same price, also buying games in the store can be bought on Playstation cheaper

I messed up... Im not a gamer so when i went to get my husbands stuff for the PS4. I was hoping they would help me ( due to well thats their job). Nope i guess if your not a gamer and you dont know what you need dont go in... Still got to go buy more stuff that would of been cheaper in a bundle.. Its my fault... Should ve reseached instead of going to a place where thats all they do is gaming... I guess buying online is better... So i guess there isnt any reason to have a store and people have jobs...
