I would give your company and your mask policy zero stars if I could. I have a legit medical condition in which I cannot wear one, and was turned away, even though I explained this. Better yet, by a salesman who was wearing his mask under his nose.

Well... For years and years there have been an ongoing battle between T-Mobile and Applebees regarding the parking situation. Today I had to wait on a parking spot, all the while there are plenty of spots open for this shopping complex and many spots (in no mans land) just blocked off because they are tired of Applebees customers parking in their spots. You see, the parking lots join. Customers, in reality, have no way to know what spots belong to which building. Its really a toss up. ...and to be quite honest, when I was a kid I thought the middle part of the parking lot was Applebees. So, T-Mobile, be nice to Applebees customers, your service is bad enough as it is. You need all the customers you can get. This parking situation/battle that has been going on for years... get over it please. Glad you had 40 empty parks for your 2 customers to pick from.

The staff is always willing to help. They always answer my questions about the products and any questions I might have about services. They usually have the latest update of products on hand and if not they have called other stores to find it for me. I have never been unhappy. I recommend giving them a visit even if it is just to check them out. T-Mobile has some of the best phone rates of any other service and their coverage area is great.
Love this store!! All Reps and management are helpful and knowledgeable. Always have a great conversation when Im in there. Added a line to my acct and had no problems.

I just changed my cell phone service from Verizon to T mobile and I love it T mobile has a friendly a staff with great customer service at a competitive price.
T-Mobile coverage and service is terrible in Gadsden, AL. I bought a phone and signed up for service at the T-Mobile Gadsden store in January 2014 because the two sales representatives there that day repeatedly assured me coverage was good in the New Liberty / Webster Chapel areas. It turned out there is no usable signal at all. The salespeople personally guaranteed T-Mobile reception would be at least as good as AT&T, which is 99% for me here (I use it all of the time with no trouble but only have one or two bars). However with T-Mobile, I couldnt make any calls, send any texts, or access the web anywhere (no bars). When I attempted to return the phone the next Saturday the representative working at the time said of course there isnt any coverage out there but refused to take the phone, requiring it be returned directly to the manager who only works between 8-5 on Monday-Friday. The next work day after the manager refused to accept the phone from my son I made another trip to the store to try and return it myself. The manager, apparently spiteful because I objected to being assured of coverage but having none and not being allowed to return the phone on either of the first two attempts, refused to take the phone (which cost $500) back saying the only option was to return it to another T-Mobile store, the next closest of which is in Birmingham, it couldnt be mailed back and he wouldnt take it. It took several more attempts, involving both T-Mobile Corporation Customer Service and the Gadsden City Police, before the T-Mobile Gadsden store finally took the phone back. The store insisted on charging a $50 restocking fee (regardless of the fact that the phone was unusable where I live and work because of no coverage). T-Mobile Corporate Customer Service declined to refund the restocking fee saying it is at the discretion of the local store. My credit card company (Discover) was also unable to get the restocking fee refunded but issued a courtesy credit anyway, saying what the store did was unreasonable. You cannot trust what the Gadsden T-Mobile store tells you. If they say you there is coverage, get it in writing or find someone who uses the service in your area. The T-Mobile website still shows today (May) that their coverage in this area is good but I found out the hard way - T-Mobile coverage and service is very, very bad around Gadsden, AL. They may be a few dollars cheaper than their competition but if you cant use your phone its worthless. Not to mention, I have never received such poor quality sales support. I wouldnt recommend going anywhere near the store.
The people are no help, they are rude and lie and TMobile will gyp you out of your money any way they can.

Rip off. Having phone insurance is a joke. Remember if you use your phone insurance your going to receive a refurbished phone. So in saying that your screwed. I got a brand new phone lgv30 $800. Screen cracked which was my fault. Had to pay $175 for insurance to replace my phone. Had my refurbished phone for a week and the screen just cracked. Case wasnt damaged screen was just cracked inside case. Tmobile or the insurance 3rd party didnt do anything about it. I had a refurbished defective phone that someone probably sent back for the same reason. So now I have a cracked phone that I have got $975 in junk.
Wow!!!! Every time I speak with someone in the Birmingham T-Mobile service center over the phone, they all have a beautiful spirit awsome!! I give you guys two 👍👍up the Great work.

Was a customer of T mobile for many years. Only complaint is bad service in many areas where Verizon and AT&T are able to still have service. Always had great customer service and eager to help.

This is a company of thieves. I have never in my life left a bad review EVER in 30-something years but this company has done me and my family so dirty that I’m actually leaving one...on every forum I possibly can. Please don’t use this company ever. There are so many good ones people...this company is a joke...they’ve stolen almost $400 from us and we cancelled our plan within 10 days of having it and returned every phone we had and they STILL kept every bit of money including the money I used to PAY OFF one of the phones I returned!!!!!! Insane. If it was worth a lawsuit, I’d absolutely do it. Very unprofessional, dishonest company. Please save yourself the heartache and go with another company!!!

T-Mobile has no coverage almost everywhere, I dont care what the cost is Im changing back to Verizon I travel for my job I go 50 to 75 miles at times without cell service after passing numerous cell towers you get what you pay for. T mobile sells you a phone without service What a joke Verizon has great coverage. Do not get. Tmobile

Horrible coverage, even with the wifi constantly dropped calls/unsent texts. Reproted the problem within in a week - a word order was put it ( they say). Problem continued called again and they said it showed the problem had been resolved. Go figure. Decided to cancel their service and return the phones at any time *as we were instructed by 2 different employees*.Cant return the phones after 14 days,,,WTF. WE have made 2 trips to the store we purchased them from since we were told we had to talk to whoever told us we could return them anytime. Told said employee works Mondays, both trips were on Monday...1st time she was sick, come back next monday...sorry she is on vacation. Asked when Manager will be there, Monday *here we go again*...I know I should have called first but hindsight is 20/20...Of course Manager is now on Vacation...WTF...after a few choice words the employee offered to email the manager to call us upon his return. That was 2 days ago....still waiting...and waiting appears to be the pattern with these idiots
