I had a really bad experience at this place, I went in to buy lottery tickets, as I was waiting to be attended a person buying liquor was attended before me.I assumed that I needed to make a line over there, when I reached the cashier the guy send me where I was before and started selling liquor to the person that was behind me. I complained about the situation and the guy started yelling at me saying that selling lottery was not as important as selling the liquor, even insulting me.This guy has no manners, he is very rude. I believe we all deserve respect no matter what.Be aware with this business as the employee ( or owner ?) needs to learn how to treat people.I will never go back to this place in my life even if is the only liquor store available. They are losers, I will see if MD lottery can take any action against this location.If possible will rate with minus five stars.

BUYER beware. I just went in to buy a 12 pack of Michelob Ultra. Sign in the window clearly states 15.99 for a 12 pack. Store clerk tried to charge me 16.99(18.52 with taxes). When I asked him about the price he said I was wrong. I went outside and checked the window again and it clearly said 15.99 for 12 pack. His response was, that’s the wrong price, I don’t know why it’s up there. I am sure they are doing other shady price tactics too, so be careful. I went down the street to Gaitherstowne Beer and Wine, just got the same product with taxes for 15.25. Good luck

Storage is sketchy to say the least, but if you know your stuff and you have some patience, there are some interesting finds to be had- but Im not going to say what they are! Lets just say that sometimes these small wine stores really dont know what they have and dont know how to properly price these little gems. I will say, as I do in most cases when searching through shops such as this, caveat emptor! Good hunting!

Customer service is horrible at best. The employees never come out from behind the counter to help customers, they are continuously smoking right outside the store and making everything else smell it. They set a limit on credit card transactions.I will walk the extra 10 blocks go to Gaitherstown

Very rude cashier I don’t if is the owner but I decide to leave the Store with out buying anything he was on the phone while I was trying to ask him something avoid this beer and wine store.

I had a very unfortunate experience and I am still regrouping from a horrible and unbelievable incident at this store. I went into the store and asked for assistance. I’m not sure what warranted the response but I was yelled at and called the “N” word. I did absolutely nothing to trigger the anger that I witnessed. I have never been called this word and needless to say I am in a state of shock. PLEASE do not support this business. Businesses such as these are a travesty to our community. I’m not sure who I would report this incident to but I thought I would start here. PLEASE share my experience with others to make our community aware of this incident. I wonder how many others have had the same experience in this store?

Really bad the owner is so stupid.

Awful Customer Service and Very Rude. I asked for what I was looking for and he stayed behind the counter and said its right there and never came to help, then I found it on my own and walked to the counter and he left me standing there and started helping people behind me, telling me he running late to close. I will never go there again. Awful experience. DO NOT GO HERE. There is a liquor store less than one mile from there with Outstanding Customer Service. Avoid this rudeness.

And rude too. $ 5.99 is what I usually pay for Yellow Tail riesling where I live ...His prices not marked..he tells me$ 8.99!I put it back.THEN He says hes only Kidding.I asked how much is it then..he says $ 10.99!As I leave the store he is loudly laughing like he is dementedNow if free I would not want it. Selection is soso for beers, and more extensive for wines. Beer prices are average, wines at least $4-5 higher, even more if the wine is in a higher price range. I bought a bottle of (chilled) Spanish Freixenet. It was corky and maderized - clear signs of poor storage and/or heat damage. Wont go there again.

Went back to cash my winning ticket and buy more tickets and the same guy started to pout and give me an attitude, while leaving the B&W store he gave me a dirty look.... 👀
