Im always impressed with how well things are running this particular Starbucks. You would assume with the lines you see in the Drive-Thru that anyone would be overwhelmed by the amount of orders they receive. But they always seem like theyre operating like a well-oiled machine. Ive never seen anyone complain about order inaccuracy here. The staff seems very friendly and none of them seem burned out. Theyre doing a great job!

Always amazed at how fast they are, even when the line is wrapped around the building. Thats not even including how great the overnight staff always is, this is honestly one of my favorite Starbucks.

This Starbucks is open 24 hrs, it is a convenient location, and the customer service is OUTSTANDING. I really have to applaud the team that works here because I have literally zero complaints. All of the people working there that I have encountered are friendly and take time to speak with you no matter the time of day which I appreciate. I always leave there smiling which is a great start to my day. I have also been there in the middle of the night, and the service was just a great! I also think they move people through the drive through very quickly and are efficient in keeping things moving. I love the egg bites, both flavors are delicious. I also love the old fashioned donut, (which they warm up for me!), and their sandwiches are very good. In terms of drinks, I cannot comment on their coffee, but I do love the chai tea latte, vanilla bean frappuccino, pink drink (its like a strawberry refresher with coconut milk in it) and the pineapple matcha drink. I love this location and look forward to coming here!

I just want to post a five star review for the staff in the store during Mother’s Day at 1:46PM. They were all dealing with a customer who was being incredibly difficult and rude. They did a great job handling the situation. Especially Phillip and Melissa!

Only 24 hour Starbucks around and an amazing drive through. Dont park near the drive through entrance because youll be blocked in by cars in line. Bathroom​ is kinda hidden, its on the right when you enter and its not the door with the keypad.

Always a long line inside and out - which indicates to me that they are quite popular! Usually have great drinks and foods with great interactions there with the staff. Drive-thru is recommended unless you order ahead!

Way too much ice in a strawberry açaí. I basically just paid for a cup of ice.

Bought a drink and sit in my car. An employee came and told me I cannot park here for the safety of employee!! Am I a monster! There was no sign saying I cannot park! Shame

The drink I got tasted dramatically different than it usually does, and not for the better. In most cases, I would just communicate my complaint to a staff member or manager, in order to give them the chance to ameliorate the situation. I did not do that this time because there was a line of customers and only one barista working. Also, it appeared that the young man working was having a bad day or something. I certainly didnt want to make his day even worse. That being said, I definitely wasnt trying to give him a chance to say something stupid and really get me going either!

Very friendly staff, 24 hour drive thru, impossible breakfast sandwich, this starbucks has everything, its just a small detour from I-270, its a great spot to get OK coffee if youre starting a long drive from DC heading west/northwest

I literally waited in line for over 25 minutes, very long wait times a bit much for 2 drinks, I was patient and even though I pre ordered I tell the girl at drive thru how long it’s been and I don’t want cold drinks. Literally I think my drinks were microwaved and tasted absolutely awful. The girl was nice however this is not how you do business.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house so I stop by here often before work. Customer service isn’t always good but just need my coffee so don’t complain about that much. But it has been a few times that my order is wrong. I’m lactose intolerant so I always order my coffees with coconut milk but a few times where they have put regular milk instead.

Ordered online due to having a trailer and the line being long, the site informed me that I could pick up my order walking into the building, so I walked up, read the sign which said you could wait there for your pick up order. Perfect! So, I waited. And waited.... No one helped or even acknowledged me as I stood outside in the cold wind. Finally, I walked back to my vehicle to wait a little more, went back online to reread pick up instructions, went back and waited with another customer who then was waving her phone to get their attention to which they responded by pointing for her to go wait in the drive through line. Finally I manage around the building with my trailer through the long line, make it to the window (an hour later), still wait a little and then get handed my cold sandwich (supposed to be hot, or at least warm), iced coffees were melted and watered down, and when I asked the lady why the sign was still out if they were not bringing out the food anymore and why they didnt let me know when they saw me standing outside for so long. The girl proceeded to get rude and try to make excuses for their lack of better judgement and customer service skills, a polite apology would have sufficed, instead, the window was slammed shut and she stormed off. I asked for her name so I could properly confront and hopefully prevent this situation from being anyone elses experience, but was refused her name. I do not recommend this location.

I do not drink coffee, but I like their teas. The service is quick so it is easier to drop in and grab a cool tea for the summer, or a hot one for the winter. Traditional tea shops may arguably make a better tea, but the service is slower. To me Starbucks is like the fast food of teas.

They dont ask for your name which inevitably lead to inadvertently calling another customers regular latte my pumpkin spice latte leading to two orders being mixed up, they didnt heat up my blueberry scone when I asked them to when I was at the register, and failed to give me a receipt. Definitely the worst Starbucks customer service Ive ever experienced and Ive been to Starbucks all over the world. FAIL

Long lines,they should have curbside pick up with all parking they have in front of the drive thru line.

Place is alwaysxtremely busy, but the coffee is awesome.

They have a good Strawberry Acai Refresher. If you add 5 pumps of sweetener to it it taste even better.

Great to visit through drive through during these tough pandemic times. Baristas are very nice.

The drive thru for this location is the biggest headache when trying to patronize other businesses in the shopping center. The line blocks parked cars and people trying to get to Starbucks block the entrance to get into the complex. The line also blocks available parking spaces. Whomever owns this center needs to address this constant issue!

Good service. There is always nice people although it’s always busy but I get it the place is small yk but overall it’s nice. I order custom drinks all the time and they never fail to make it.

My drive thru experience was worst as the guy who who was working at the counter neither greeted nor had a smile on his face and didn’t even utter a word while handing over my order ! He didn’t even respond after I thanked him. I hope Starbucks gives enough soft skills training to the workers !

I go to Starbucks on a daily basis. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Rude staff, didn’t have what I order on the app, and the drink was subpar. I ended up throwing out the drink and going to a different Starbucks.

I came at 12 am to get some Starbucks I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my drink like if it was busy hours. The workers are so slow .

I use this starbucks location all the time, as I work across the street. i’m pleased that they consistently get my drinks right and the staff is very friendly. I came in today after work with nobody inside and one of the baristas did a kind gesture. she felt bad that I had to wait a couple minutes for her to take my order and apologized for the inconvenience (meanwhile I was perfectly willing to wait an extra minute—I was not in a rush). she gave me a venti iced coffee on the house! I wasn’t expecting this at all.

Somehow,the person who took the order sound rude.

It is a great place until they charged me for wrong amount of $15.5 for a coffee. I did not get the receipt since I trusted the store however after couple days checking my account noticed I was charged for x3 times more not knowing it! Hopefully that was a simple mistake!!

Love starbucks. Took away a star as the stars now expire:( and they also too away some seating and plugs for those trying to study. Food and breakfast sandwiches good. Fruit and cheese boxes good on the go but not cheap. Still, cant beat it. This one in Wintergreen has a nice gas fireplace in the front in the winter.

I love this Starbucks! I feel like the staff makes an effort to know their customers. They are always quick to fix a drink mistake!Be aware that they get very crowded when the high school students are going to/getting out of school. Plan to order ahead for those times.

24 hour Starbucks with drive through. I love the fact that when all these other places are closed, you can still come by and have something warm to drink while you work. Drive through on the go, nice. The shop is small has limited sitting so the drive through idea is even perfect. Its of parking of course, nice staff.

Regular Starbucks — faceless, tasteless, but with a drive through that implemented so badly, it is blocking traffic on the whole shopping mall plaza and force cars to the wrong side of road.

Can you beat a 24-hour Starbucks? The simple answer is NO! Support this place any hour of the day just so it will stay open when you need it in the wee hours of the morning. Admit it. Some day, you will.

Friendliness and professionalism is gone from this location. Please, watch your body language. Dont touch tea bags with your hands. Follow Starbucks procedure. Once, I was served by someone whose name Is Alie (store manager). Super rude and arrogant. I had to cancel my entire order and leave. I hope the regional manager can fix it.

Great selection of beverages and food items. My only complaint at Starbucks are the occasional off tasting coffee. Competitors have a more reliable and consistent quality taste. I get great cups off coffee at Starbucks, but I also get the occasional foul tasting coffee beverage. I think Starbucks needs a more perfect cleaning protocol for delicious drinks every time. Free WiFi is always fast and reliable. Great place to unwind, read a book, get some work done, or chill with your posse.🙂☕🥯🥪🍩🍪

Walked in and ordered my drink. Waited 10mins with 4 staff members in a non busy time. Staff talking to friends and ignoring the only drink ordered from the counter. Unless you have to get a drink here go to the Starbucks down the road.

This was yesterday and I ordered a venti Caramel macchiato with a Turkey bacon egg and cheddar muffin from the Starbucks drive thru. It was really nice.

These baristas deal with so much BS & yet continue to provide excellent & friendly service. the drive-thru line can get craaazy long, but that is simply because the store brings in too much business for the shopping center to handle. i’ll personally go out of my way just to stop here, not only for the quality of the drinks but the baristas are such a mood boost! thank you for all you do!! 💜

So I ordered 2 hot cocoa ok good enough. I paid asked if they have hot apple cider, sure. So please replace one hot cocoa. Nope she just rang me up for another drink. I had to take all three. Oh well.

The 24 hour drive thru is super convenient. Have visited in the wee hours and always served by a pleasant barista. During the day there is a steady line of cars.

Poor service

Im updating my review from 3 to 5 stars.Although the space hasnt been renovated, the workflow has improved a lot by the employees. Mobile orders always come out before expected wait time, even during busy hours. The drive through have also taken less time. And the quality of the drinks havent declined at all.

Having a Starbucks with a drive through open 24 hours is great. The staff is usually very friendly. The line at the drive through can some times be very long especially in the mornings and weekends waiting time can exceed 15 min. Drinks are usually done right depending on the staff working at the time.

I hate to leave a bad review. Honestly, its awesome this location is 24 hours with a drive through. The problem is that the crew here makes, to be generous, the least appealing coffee. Ive tried going in and drive through. Ive tried morning, afternoon, evening, and middle of the night. Its not any particular person. Perhaps the staff as a while needs to retrained but something needs to change. The coffee here is just light years away from the quality that Ive come to expect from Starbucks.

Worst service. Im a regular and Malik always, everytime in come thru the drive thru, gives me a bad experience. Rude, bad attitude, no manners absolutely no customer service etiquette at all. Never had an issue with anyone else.

Decent location, though small. Staff is friendly. My drink was made correctly.Just as a note, the drive thru is 24 hours, the lobby closes at 10pm (which is a bummer for late night study sessions).
