I was craving a cinnamon roll today and at first I was going to just head to the mall for a cinnabon. Glad I chose to try this place out instead! Their cinnamon buns are nice and fresh. I also love how creative you can be with your order. I will definitely be treating myself to this place again.

I got a bun with coffee frosting. The bun was soft and airy. The frosting was light and not overwhelming. It didnt taste very sweet either which I liked. The rep told me everything was vegan.

Cinnaholic is great place get your sweet cravings fulfilled. Their main product is the cinnamon bun. So whether you get the classic or with all the add-ons, you will not be disappointed. Their products also cater to various food allergy needs. The prices are reasonable. Customer service experience was great. One of the best features is the outdoor seating.

This place is amazing! An all vegan bakery with practically limitless cinnamon roll options, plus edible cookie dough, cookies and brownies. This will definitely be our new go-to dessert spot!

Came here on April 3rd. Cinnamon rolls taste good as usual but I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the size of them. Someone actually thought that I got them the small sized cinnamon rolls. The regular roll starts at 5.75. That’s a lot of money for just one roll and for other rolls, I got add ons. Is it too much to get what I paid for? They looked smaller in person. Wasn’t too worried about the presentation because I had an hour drive home but on three rolls, I chose the same add ons and none came close to looking similar (meaning how much was added on the roll). Like I said it tasted good but I wasn’t too happy with the price and portion size knowing that the size is supposed to be bigger, judging buy the size of the box. Don’t like feeling that I’m getting gypped over them trying to save product and dollars. Not cool.

Totally worth every penny! We got an apple pie and a cinnamon Graham cracker concoction and it was stupendous! The service was excellent and apparently target are also vegan!

Tried the caramel apple from their menu. It was overly sweet without any balance on flavors. Unfortunately the cinnamon rolls were not warm. If you have an extreme sweet tooth I could see the appeal for this dessert but for me the sweetness was just overwhelming.

They are checking temperatures as you go in which is good. Very long wait due to capacity limits and baking fresh rolls. Im a little disappointed they didnt have everything on the menu and only certain toppings. I will definitely be returning as the rolls are delicious and freshly baked.

I am so used to Cinnabons undercooked doughy buns, that I was surprised and delighted to have a warm, soft cinnamon bun that was fully cooked! And the option to customize it with icing of choice and toppings of choice is amazing! I tried strawberry icing and sprinkles and I was not disappointed! I was just going to have one bite in the car and ended up eating the whole thing! The service was quick and friendly and the cashier took her time to explain to us how it works and what the favorites are. I have already raved about this place to my friends and family and will be back for more!

I got the plain/old fashioned cinnamon rolls and loved them! Great quality especially for the icing. If you’re eating them the next day, recommend heating them up slightly for a great experience. I also liked that they were vegan/dairy free!

I have never had a delectable cinnamon roll more delicious than this the build your own is so worth it. I love how they labeled them so I knew whos was who. The brownies are good too. Totally reordering when I come back into town.

The best cinnamon buns, no competition. Just dont come here if you ever plan to go to Cinnabon again. Cinnabon will forever be inferior after eating here. I recommend the Caramel Apple Pie. I think everything is also vegan.

I will say the wait was very long but worth it. Downside is even after ordering the wait for the buns to be customized took a while. Requested no walnuts but still ended up with it on the roll. Over all the taste is amazing the smell is fantastic. My family and I are definitely returning.

Went Tuesday 6/24 at 2:45, 8 families/couples outside in front of us. Had them in hand at 3:25. Totally worth the wait! Ordered the Triple Crown and the Caramel Apple Pie. At the time they were only allowing 2 buns per customer (we only needed one). All wearing masks/gloves and practicing social distancing. For a new business, I thought they were doing very well and the buns were unbelievably delicious. Pricey, but delicious!!

Today was our first visit to Cinnaholic and I must say it was well worth the 35 minute drive. We mentioned that we were new to the Cinnaholic experience and we were ushered through the process like royalty. We left there feeling warm and fuzzy. The woman at the front was a breath of fresh air (youre lucky to have her) and the other two young ladies were super friendly as well. Now on to the rolls ... DELICIOUS is an understatement! if youre old school or beyond creative when it comes to concocting a creative cinnamon roll - Cinnaholic has you covered! Thank you for a exceptional holiday treat.

Got 2 classic rolls today around 3:30. For that kind of money they should at least be reasonably fresh. I prefer not to have to saw through them with a steak knife. Stingy with the added caramel topping, too.

This store always has what I want. They sanitize between customer check out and they have arrows on the floor to show you where to go during this pandemic. The staff are super nice and polite. I love this place. Has been a go-to spot since i got pregnant lol.

Not only is the food delicious (I love the cinnamon rolls and am now also addicted to the brownie bites), the service is excellent! Today I went in to pick up some favorite treats, and Kimberly was incredibly helpful and kind. We had the nicest chat while she carefully prepped my order to perfection. I left with a huge smile on my face and a warm feeling in my heart. And then, of course, I got home and had that delicious treat to enjoy.I love having this sinfully decadent vegan option nearby and am grateful they opened this new location. I am so looking forward to future visits and chats with Kimberly and the other wonderful people there!

Great place. You can customize your cinnamon roll. Paid about f11.00 for a cinnamon roll and one scoop of cookie dough. The cookie dough was more appetizing than the roll in my opinion. First time customer so I was a bit overwhelmed by the options but a little underwhelmed by the flavors. The sizing of the cinnamon roll is great. Place is clean and they are strict with their capacity. No inside seating...be prepared to order and go. There is a free parking garage close by. One time visit was enough for me.

I love this place. I have been here twice st this location. When I am in the area for work I take advantage to pay a vist. Love the original Cinnamon Roll, chocolate chip banana bread and going to try the cookie dough soon. Awesome service.

I had seen this restaurant featured on a local restaurant Facebook page with great reviews and delicious looking pictures! I was very excited to try these rolls. As I entered the store, I was pleased to smell cinnamon coming from fresh rolls. The woman who took my order was friendly and polite. However, as I moved down the line, approaching the end where you pick up your order, the delicious smell of cinnamon was replaced by the skunk smell of Marijuana. It was apparent that the young girl who prepared, and ultimately handed me my order, was high and also reeked of Marijuana. Not surprisingly, this completely turned me off. I like to support local business, but I cant condone the unprofessional behavior of some of the staff. I wish them the best, but I wont be back unfortunately.

As soon as this place opened, I was interested in trying it but never got to trying until few weeks after the hype was down. Honestly, in my opinion, I was excited to try it but the day I gave it a shot, it wasnt that great. As much as it smelled good inside, I dont really recommend eating here and much rather stick with the original Cinnabon. Cinnaholic was legit a heart attack and way to sweet. The flavors were to overpowering and there wasnt that WOW factor. Also, the ratio was off,too. If you are a person that likes rich flavors, this would be the place for you.

As I waited in line, chatting with a couple of friends, the sweet smells wafting from Cinnaholic made my mouth water.I ordered 3 rolls: apple pecan, berry surprise, and tropical. All three were so different and so amazing. The staff quickly assembled each roll. They were hot and yummy. The apple pecan was my favorite. My husband says I’m wrong, that the tropical is best. And my daughter says the berry one was the most delicious.The line was long, but the service was quick and friendly. Kevia lead the counter. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.Being vegan, it was wonderful to find a place to have a delicious treat I could share with my non-vegan friends and family and everyone could enjoy it.

When you walk into the store you not only are met with the mouth watering smell of delicious pastry, but with the warmth of staff working there. You can feel their love for their craft while there and you can certainly taste it in their quite unique and artistic culinary designs. I dont often treat myself to sweats, but this one was worth every calorie!

Good buns with variety of choices. There are pre customized ones on the wall but also have the option to create your own of course. Recommend adding the cookie dough on the bun or separate, it is really good.

Honestly cant say I enjoyed waiting 30 minutes for a simple fist-sized cinnamon roll let alone having to pay 8$ for one. Honestly the only thing I ended up enjoying at this place was the amazing smell at the FRONT of the store, because even when you walk towards the back, the amazing cinnamon smell is replaced by weed.

It’s awesome that everything is vegan, so they have options for everyone! We got three of their seasonal holiday cinnamon rolls.One was the Santa’s Milk and Cookies Roll with marshmallow frosting, Oreos & chocolate chip cookies. This was delicious! I loved the cookies!We also got the Gingerbread House Roll - gingerbread frosting with graham crackers, sprinkles & cinnadoodle cookie. We couldn’t really taste any gingerbread, but it was very sweet and very tasty. We love that cinnadoodle cookie.Lastly, we got “The North Pole” with Chocolate frosting and brownie bites and loved it!The Gaithersburg location is Black owned so it’s a great place to go support.

Came in today and there was no line 🙌🏾🙌🏾. Customer service was excellent I didn’t get the name of the lovely woman who took our order but she was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the rolls. This was our first time and besides the delicious buns, her excellent customer service makes me want to come back again. The fact that this is a black owned shop makes it even better, I love supporting our own. I got Cookie Monster roll it was absolutely delicious the cookie dough topping was soooooo good. My sister got the tropical bliss roll and she enjoyed it. I definitely recommend this place and plan on telling everyone I know to support Cinnaholic, great customer service plus amazing cinnamon buns 😃😃

Absolutely horrible experience here. There is no way any shark tank would invest in this and then have awful employees who take an hour just to help 10 customers. This is cinnamon buns not a buffet. Don’t even waste your time waiting in line and they will probably hold you up for a hour and a half. Their own employees will be the reason this place closes.

As someone who has a sensitive stomach, i was nervous and thought ide get all bloated because of the sugar. But after i ate that delicious pumpkin spice cinnamon bun, i actually felt great. No discomfort at all like with other processed sugary cinnamon buns. I researched how they pulled this off and then my jaw dropped! Its plant based and it tasted THAT good?! omg. Ill be back. with company!!PS The toppings are crazy original and super yummy but at the same time, not overly sweet. Im literally never going to another place for cinnamon buns other than you guys...ever

Tasty cinnamon buns sure. But the experience on a Saturday night was not ideal. Rude staff!! I went in with my significant other and when we ordered we took a seat at the tables out. An employee then shouted out when we were pretty much the only ones there that our coffee’s were ready and when we didn’t get up in a second she got louder and with an attitude continuing to shout. Our cinnamon bun was ready in a couple minutes following and we were sure to get up as soon as we were called and we asked for an extra fork and the employee made it seem like that was much to ask for again with more attitude. We sat back down and after started to eat and were told we couldn’t eat inside after being there for a while already. Also no signs were placed that said otherwise so we weren’t to know. Horrible experience. Rude staff with attitudes.

Really yummy but the two times I have gone its taken at least 45 minutes to get one bun. With less than 20 customers there. They need to figure out how to be more efficient if they are going to succeed. The novelty will wear off and people wont want to spend an hour every time they want a cinnamon bun.

I tried this due to livignsocial offer. Although the cinnamon rolls are custom ordered, the service was slow (about 15-20 minute wait for 2 rolls because 10 minutes for baking) Also, the cookie monster(?) did not look anywhere close as appetizing as the picture. It looked like a bad explosion and very very sweet. This is for people with the sweetest of sweet tooth.

Went for opening day and although the wait was long it was so worth it. These were so delicious and I already want to go back and try more combinations. The original with vanilla frosting was actually my favorite and was even delicious to reheat the next day. Inside was clean and smelled like heaven. I cannot believe they are full vegan and will definitely be coming back

We went Monday, July 20, 2020 around 11am. There was no wait and we had great customer service. The food was very rich but very good! We will definitely return.

It is TERRIBLE how good these rolls and cookie dough are! I can’t stop thinking about it. Dare I say better than cinnabon? Probably... so. Definitely give Cinnaholic a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Wow! Second visit this week! So amazing it was well worth the wait!The first time my family and I visited, the customer service was amazing and the woman we spoke with shared how endeared she is to this Black Owned Business and fulfilling the needs of it’s customers!My siblings and I took the challenge on of trying out all of the different flavors and were not disappointed. I ordered the tropical bliss roll and will take whatever suggestion I am given this time! Even on this incredibly hot day, we were met by an employee who offered everyone in line water! I can’t tell you how much I appreciated it. Love to my sistas 🤎✨

I love this place but it took over 39 minutes to make the rolls because the workers were so slow. The couldn’t spell names or read what was written on the orders. The “manager” was also talking on the phone the whole time loudly. The staff moved with no purpose despite a block long line and it was pouring. They also forgot frosting on one of them and gave my sister a random roll that wasn’t what she ordered at all

I dont know what everyone else was talking about with long wait times. We went there fully anticipating on waiting a bit but they had us in and out so fast! Def check out when you have a chance, the staff there was awesome

Staff needs some serious customer service training. Was there yesterday and witnessed one staff member rip into a customer for not having exact change with a coupon. Another staff member was leaning against the counter while on their phone and the two of them started making comments about the customer in front of her and the other customers in line. When the customer made a comment, the staff member asked her to step outside, took off her mask and proceeded to yell at the customer and told her not to come back. To say that the rudeness was shocking is an understatement.I left without making a purchase and will not be back.

I could not believe how slowly the employees moved, especially the young man taking the orders. I know it is a new store, but it shouldnot take an hour to take care of 13 customers. It’s cinnamon rolls not rocket science

Definitely overpriced. Smaller than Cinnabon and almost $7 for a normal bun. My bread wasn’t fresh and was tough. And worse of all was the cream cheese icing had a very pungent smell. Had to hold my nose just to take a bite smelled like spoiled milk. Will never return here. Cinnabon it is!

I had the pleasure of visiting this location twice and have been pleased. One of the visits that many are referring to was their grand opening. The line and wait was long because social distancing was in effect and many people were there. The woman who took my order was bubbly and very friendly. I ordered three cinnamon rolls and a coffee! As I watched my order being prepared by K, I could tell they put time and care into it. It looked beautiful when we all opened up our boxes! Honestly for fresh-baked roll and fresh cut fruit I will wait as long as needed.I am very surprised to see complaints about the price when Cinnaholic describes its products as gourmet. Their products are vegan and use high quality ingredients to ensure you get a yummy guilt free treat. If you want something basic and cheap..sure...get Cinnabon but for quality its Cinnaholic all the way. My suggestion is to not eat it all in one sitting, its a sweet treat, you dont need to eat it all, save the other half for later. You could also ask for less icing, they are more than willing to accommodate. This particular location will be earning multiple visits from my friends and I. Kind attentative staff, clean, great music and YUMMY rolls!Gentle reminder that they are a newer location.Be kind and patient. :)

I went once to treat myself thinking it would be a once in a while kind of thing and fell in love. Yes, there’s a wait, but with them being new and during these trying times I found them to be super friendly and I loved the staff and food and appreciate everything you all are doing. Also, it is hard to hear with the masks which I think could be causing some delays.I have now gone 3 times in 5 days and my pants are about to burst. I have only had a wait today with someone who had ordered probably 2 dozen, and I honestly wasn’t mad because I wish I was that person with that many cinnamon buns. Every other time I was done in less than 15 minutes with a fresh, warm, gooey cinnamon bun and they just opened! I easily eat 2 of them despite it being so much because they are too good. I’ve already brought 3 other people buns to try and everyone is in shock at how good a CINNAMON BUN can be.Thank you all and I can’t wait to already redeem all my points for an Old Skool Roll (which are amazing just as they are, but that cookie dough transforms it to a whole dessert that you could even split and be full).☺️☺️

I drove all the way from Bowie to Gaithersburg with my kids when I tell the staff was awesome I had went for their cinnacake not knowing I had to preorder it, the staff was able to accommodate my request!! Cinnabon has officially lost a customer I will definitely be taking another trip soon. This was was definitely a hot for my kids too!!!!

Those cinnamon buns are off the chain

I had 1Groupon for 2 $10 each item voucher The cinnamon treat was $7.50 each which would of fit in the $10 each margin. But I still got charged an additional $5.50 cash and each treat was only rung up $4.50 each so only one of the two vouchers was used. Which came up to $9.00 which would of left $11.00 a dollar of the first and $10.00 on the next. Still ended up paying cash for the 3.00 black tea Snapple. No napkins since everything is behind the shield.

I went to cinnaholic and purchased the Cookie Monster roll. This being my first time experiencing a vegan cinnamon roll I didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised...it was delicious. Not only yummy but the customer service was great. I didn’t feel rushed because I took a little while to make up my mind when ordering. The employees were really nice, Keva suggested her favorite roll and I decided to try it out, I’m so glad I did. I will definitely be going back!

The grand opening...i went with little brother and step mom. I ordered a cookie monster and brother order a cookie monster with marshmallows...mom got a scoop of cookie. Dough with icing and chocolate on top... I didnt get anything on my cookie monster and had some of my moms cookie fight hers didnt come with icing...the only thing that was right was my brothers.

On July 14, I picked up over two dozen delicious rolls for my family and for a bunch of neighbors. Kevia and the team were extremely helpful and offered excellent service to me and the other customers who came to the shop that day. This was my first time visiting Cinnaholic and we were blown away by the quality and how delicious they were. I highly recommend the Old Skool Roll, the Cookie Monster Roll, and the Campfire Smores Roll. I am definitely going to return again soon!

The cinnamon bun was good, but the turn off was the service from the woman taking orders, she was very abrupt and unfriendly, I asked for a different brownie because the one she gave me was broken and she rudely picked up six brownies and tossed them on the counter and had me choose, I found this very rude and unprofessional. A large built black woman was working the cash register. It’s a shame that we have to have attitude in everything we do. I won’t be coming back simply because of the way she spoke to me.

Having 2 Fathers day BBQ to attend I decided to take a half dozen to each BBQ. I was blown away at the pricing the cheapest bun was 5.50 without toppings. A bun with toppings was between 6 and 8 dollars pending on which one you choose. It was $83.00 for a dozen that included one of each of there signature rolls. The rolls were fresh and icing was good but no one person could finish a roll by them selves with out being sick. Next time I want cinnamon buns I will go to Cinabon its a lot cheaper and the buns are as delicious. I will be curious to read other reviews but talking with a few people in line they also agreed that if it wasnt fathers day they wouldnt have come. Recently had a chance to try a cinnamon bun from the Derwood Farmers Market and $3.50 had the most delicious Carmel Cinnamon bun it blew [email protected] away. It was way cheaper and the owner said he would discount them if you take a dozen. It funny I live in Crown and no longer see long lines for Cinnaholic. Just because we see something on Sharktank doesnt mean it has to be great.

Rude salesperson(lady). Yelled at us when we first entered that there is a wait time as if what r u doing here? she was very upset every time we asked a question. Probably busy that day but this is not the experience a customer wants to have, ever.

The buns are amazing, served hot and fresh.
