I had a great first time experience with this location. Ordered online, confirmed delivery time via phone with an associate at this location. On the day of - the fruit looked beautiful and arrived during my desired time. I would highly recommend!

Food was fresh but 1 piece of the gift was missing. I paid alot for the gift and Im upset that a piece of it was missing during delivery on my wifes special day.When I called to report the issue they apologized and said that they would make sure to deliver it the next day with extra free item.The next day came and they still forgot to pack the item when the driver departed for the day. I had to call again to let them know. My wife isnt getting the last piece of her special gift until the late evening end of the business day. Im really upset. It kind of defeats the purpose now to just get one piece of the gift at the end of the next business day.

Amazing fresh fruit made into floral bouquets. Strawberries dipped in chocolate at Valentines day is a favorite. Ordered larger displays for catered family event to go along with a buffet. Delivered with care. Melon is cut into flowers, looks like a cookie cutter is used to make everything a uniform size and shape.

The Edible Arrangements location is in Gaithersburg Maryland. I have ordered from this location three times. I thought the recipients would be happy because I assumed that the fruit and cheesecake orders would be fresh and delicious. Both recipients, (I sent two orders to one person, and one order to the second person). I live in Los Angeles and I was sending the fruit arrangement (times two) and cheesecake arrangement (times one) to the same household. Last week last order was sent and the person contacted me and asked me to stop sending edible arrangements because they are horrible. She said the fruit is no good . And the cheesecake arrangement was no good. This person had had surgery and because of Covid people in Gaithersburg we’re not stopping by but instead sending food arrangements so mine was one of several others. She said they were all bad and not to send them again. I didn’t contact Edible Arrangements to ask for a credit to my credit card, I just thought “lessonlearned”. Costly mistake.. I’m writing this to save others from this embarrassment. I thought the person was calling to thank me and instead said they were horrible and she threw them out.

They were amazing! I called to see if they could deliver First and they said yes from the Kentlands store and so I made my order and they delivered it on time in the mid day. A couple of hours before my sister came into town for her birthday! But anyway, they were mouthwatering and hard to get out of.

I ordered an arrangement - it was delivered exactly in the window I was promised. The person who received it was delighted and said that it was amazing and delicious and could feed the 6-8 people as stated on the website. It was so easy to order and provide a treat for family! Thank you.

I wanted to see if they could have an arrangment set up before i got there . My friend and i were in a hurry. I was upset by the bland and straighforwarded answers by the cashier. I could tell she didnt want to speak with me when she thought i was done talking and hung up . 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received do not I repeat do not order from this location!!! On valentines day they screwed up and didnt deliver my arrangements on time and has the recipient wait extra hours after work and eventually they had to go home. Even after the arrangements showed up basically at bed time. I was promised that I would receive a credit towards a future time purchase and I was okay then. Well here it is Mothers day and the idiot manager is now saying that I cannot use it for mothers day items because its a holiday which to me sounds like complete bull S****. Valentines day is a holiday and so is mothers day I should be able to use my credit whenever I want but the manager says otherwise. Also I asked if I can just use it for a regular item and not a mothers day item and again he said no because Its mothers day weekend. I even asked could I pay full price tomorrow and then a few days after mothers day passes I can receive some credit again the answer is no the system wont allow it. I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF SYSTEM EDDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS USES. but all I can say is Im pissed on another level and I will get what I want! I already contacted headquarters and I hope the stupid manager that is there gets fired because not once but twice they have messed up big time! If I could put negative stars on this review I would be at negative infinity and beyond!
