Guy that helped me was walking out for lunch and at a 2 second glance could guarantee that they didnt have the hose I needed. I informed him that I confirmed online that they had it in stock in the store, he suggested I come back in an hour and a half when they return to lunch to see. I let him know no chance of that, I will be going to a store that actually helps. All of the NAPAs in California are great, I hope this is not a Texas thing.

First time here and will be my last. Never had a full service oil change where they didn’t fill my washer fluid or reset my display….left here and neither were done. Never going back nor will I recommend.

Very nice people. NAPA makes great parts but their cross reference database may need to be upated. Bought an oil filter and got back to the house, about 25 minutes away and it was the wrong size. Not the end of the world but annoying. Found another store to buy the correct size. Hopefully NAPA updates their database.
