Needed a hard to find V belt For my genie boom lift customer service was great And they stayed open till 10 PM which I thought was pretty awesome pretty awesome considering I was going back-and-forth to the job site

This is the second time different situation I get told to come back the next morning to get a refund from a manager due to employee not knowing how to do a refund. I asked Michael C. If he could try and refund to initial form of payment he got an attitude and raised his voice and said he already tried and he wasn’t going to do it again. Customer service was not good will definitely not be returning to this location for inconvenience and poor customer service.

Even though the parking lot is a little tricky, this is a great store. The guys and gals working are super helpful and willing to lend a hand. Plus Auto Zone keeps track of your purchases, which helps.

Same predicament as Oriellys great service, lacked the tool i needed a chain link riveter rivet...

They are out of windshield washer fluid, they didnt seem to have any window cleaner or wipes, they also no longer had any organizers for your car, I didnt even finish looking for anything else. The one thing the only Auto Zone in Galveston, TX should have is WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID!!!!! I mean come on...but hey they have keychains maybe one of those will help you see going down the road.

I had a bad battery, so I went to autozone to purchase a new one hoping I’d be able to switch it out on my own (I know very little about cars!). Corey not only got me the battery I needed, but he graciously replaced it for me! He was so kind, helpful, and respectful. I will go back to this location if I have any car issues in the future, and if that day comes, I will definitely ask for Corey!

Only needed a taillight bulb, initially bought the wrong color (my fault, not theirs, never thought a taillight would be amber in color), quick purchase, quick exchange, in & out in 10 minutes including installation of new bulb.

My place to go when I am having a little trouble with the vehicle or just want to get away from the other lol 😂😆

I went into this AutoZone today after having a series of things go wrong with my vehicle. The associate was extremely friendly and professional and courteous and helped me install my gas cap. It’s service like this that makes me keep coming back and he really turned my day around, thank you Caine from AutoZone!

I came in here to replace my cars remote battery. They didnt know how to help me at all and let 4 people cut infrount if me in line. I had to look it up on YouTube and do it myself.

Ordered a pulley at 11am was told it would be here by 6pm now they say tomorrow very upset this is not the first time at this location I will not be doing anymore business here plain and simple waited in line for 20 minutes with five other people worst store ever avoid if you can

Mr. Estrada was a life saver for our group of 7 women in Galveston when 1 of our cars had a battery issue. He smiled and told us not to worry that he could help us and he did. In the high heat he got our battery in for us while smiling and being kind to all of us. Very professional gentleman and a valuable asset to the Autozone company. Very busy store in Galveston Texas. Right now theres a very good staff thats helpful and knowledgeable. Manager seems very sharp. Sign up for your rewards card and check the sales flyers because sales are pretty frequent. I like their check engine code system. They print them out and help you determine a plan of action if you have several codes

My sister attends school in Galveston and her car battery died. She had her car jumped and drove to Auto Zone. There she had the Best experience. They told her that the battery was under warranty and then changed out her battery at no extra charge. Thank you so much for your helpfulness and honesty. This is an Auto Zone you can trust!!

They have a good variety of products and generally they give good service. As many other stores it depends who answer your questions, very likely if you come back the next day and asked someone else at the store you may get a totally different answer. That said they have no issues taking back products you want to return.

Rory helped me with my car problems, he went above and beyond because I had no idea what was wrong. He and the rest of the crew were awesome! Highly recommend!

Good people they ask if they can help help you when you walk in ( provided their not with another customer) if your good, they leave you alone. The coke vendor needs to go though, $2.99 for a coke!!?? Lol

The wait time, is well sad. Only 2 ppl per shift and they always usually have gust waiting. If you are a Do it your self, customer than for the most part u know what you need, and where to find it. But if not........than get ready to wait in line. But once the get to you the are pretty happy to help you.

This store is always well stocked and the manager and associates are very helpful. They never make me feel frustrated about needing auto parts or just wondering about something.

I can’t say enough good things about the guys that work here! Unbelievably helpful when you need it the most. Saturday evening during Mardi Gras I had a hose problem. Between a mechanic (Alex) they called for me, an employee at Kroger’s (Jason) and Rory and Caine who work at AutoZone, we got the problem fixed!! I am so grateful for the ‘above and beyond’ treatment I got. Thank you all so much!!! I won’t ever forget it!

Only place we ever go to. 1 stop shop for everything. Sure wal mart Id cheaper but only by a few bucks and you have to wait for hours. Here they come out and install your battery and your done in 5 minutes. The manager personally done ours and was great about everything.

The staff was not knowledgeable, and though the location was conveniently placed and easily accessible, they were unable to help me reach my Automotive needs. Also, AutoZone claims to be one of the few places that you can use a code directly from your PayPal to pay for your purchase, but their computer system is not updated to facilitate such a code being used. And only one employee in the store at the time even had any idea what I was requested, and that was not the manager

Best AutoZone on island by far. Theyre a couple new young guys but theyre eager to learn and take advice.

All employees were busy, we wait for awhile and a very confident (yet kinda rude) employee asked how he could help us. (We needed a full alternator check) He says that the part that we brought wasn’t Autozone, yet we bought it straight from Autozone! He says that he can still test it after arguing with us for a few minutes about it. He gets back there and literally doesn’t know how to set up ANYTHING! (He can’t mount it properly, he tries to put the belt on the alternator HORIZONTALLY!!! After a while we just told the guy to give it back to us so that we could go to our original Autozone up in Texas City where we got the alternator. Don’t come here! They don’t know what there’re doing and/or don’t train their employees...they will probably break something if you brought it here!

Autozone has everything a person needs for large and small repairs!! As soon as the road repairs are done, itll be easier to get in and out of AutoZone!
