I can honestly say this was the best auto purchasing experience I have ever had. We pulled into the lot the salesman Tyson greeted us and was very friendly and helpful, shortly after the owner (Jason) came out and greeted us as well. Let us take the truck to grab lunch came back and they had numbers ready for us. We did not have to negotiate back and forth told them what we wanted to he around and he made it possible the first time so we did not have to waste time going back and forth. Jason and his wife Jennifer also presented us with an opportunity of a lifetime we purchased a vehicle and get a trip to Hawaii. Jennifer was very helpful in helping my Fiancée get all signed up and info for the trip. Over all the experience was great if I could rate them 10 stars I would, but for sure it is a solid 5.

The Family is back and Theyve brought customer service to the highest tier. I factory ordered My new Durango there and met the Owner, His two Sons and even His Wife. I had a 2005 Mini Cooper (that I absolutely loved) that our family was outgrowing and sadly was at the beginning stages of needing work that cost more than the car. Very frustrating told they do everything to complete the sale. No offer of rebates. No talk about help with price. Asked how much needed to make deal work. Told $8000.00. Paid that. Now another $7000.00 needed. Still nothing offered to help get this sale done.

Nice but a true car dealership lot of bull up front

So i took my 2017 charger to legacy to try to get it fixed THREE times.. every time they told me something different.. the last time i wanted to take my car back i called them to tell them my car was NOT fixed and while i was talking they decided to hang up on me... well i called the next day and they finally got my car in AGAIN and the last time they finally told me my car was doing what it was doing because of my tires and rims were too big.. i was confused as i had the same car before this car with these same rims, and never did i ever have that problem.. and not only that but my rims had been on my new car for over 5 months already so i didn’t understand how all of a sudden my rims were the problem.. i have already dealt with legacy before and i know from past experience how they areeee so i had already called other places before even going to them to begin with but since my car is still under factory warranty, i had to go here.. even dealerships i called before going here recommended me to go to dodge city or anywhere beside legacy! imagine that... well anyway today i decided to call lewis!!!! lewis motors, they got my car in right away same day not even 30 minutes after i called them my car was getting checked out, and not even an hour after that, they called me to tell me something is definitely wrong with my car and since they know legacy pretty much ain’t no good, they’re getting my car sent over to hays to get it fixed and to top it off getting me a rental car while my car is away! point of story, never going to legacy again!

Most Incompetent people I ever dealt with. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I personally would never buy a Dodge. The receptionist was the only person that had a personality, the rest were rude and couldnt care less about our situation. Because we didnt purchase the vehicle from them, all they wanted was it off of their lot.

I purchased my first truck here! I love it! I will say they will not move at all on their price even if they are 2000-3000 over book value. They claim they have control over the market so they have control over the price. If you are looking to negotiate or get an honest fair price dont waste your time on Cargurus and or on NADA/Kelly Blue Book before coming here they will not budge at all (old school sales). HOWEVER they do have very unique selections and very nice options for vehicles only wish they would lose the scripted old school attitude of doing things. There is a new generation of consumers that want transparency and authenticity. Also they advertise being a family owned business but it is not family operated, any business can quote their business is family owned so, whats the big deal?

We told Vincente what we were looking for, a used car for Bob to commute 120 miles per day 4 days a week. He listened closely and had us drive a couple cars. Was so close to purchasing a charger from there, but the whole feeling was wrong. So I ended up not signing and about a min later comes a fat guy offering me first 3k to take the car, then after I denied he offered my 5k. These guys are just money hungry. They know they can get away with it, when they get someone to sign for a car that doesn’t even live in that county. Plus after seeing that they have bad customer service, after a purchase! Makes me relieved that I turned the offer. Look around before you buy people and read reviews!!!

Do not recommend at all. Took my Jeep there because the ignition switch had no resistance and would not turn on. They ended up saying the whole steering column needing to be replaced so I gave the green light. They replaced my old steering column with an old one. The steering wheel it came with was extremely dirty and torn up. After that, my car still didn’t turn on so I ended up taking it somewhere else but ended up paying $500+ for nothing...

Bought a car from here three days ago. The power steering went out. They were kind enough to inform me it would cost my over one hundred to hook up their diagnostic machine. And if it is the power steering it would cost me 1900 to get it fixed. Nice to your face til they get your money. Do not buy a lemon from this place.

Bought a 2015 GMC Sierra had it for 3 days before it went out on me, and they couldnt even come and pick it up for us, We had to get it towed ourselves to the dealership and still they want to charge us to get it fixed. I do not recommend anyone to go through this dealer, they were super nice to us up until our vehicle broke down within the 3 days we bought it. I had stopped to put gas in my new vehicle and once it was filled all the way with gas, the truck would not start, I tried to get it to start and was told by the dealership this is why its broke was from me running out of fuel when I didnt run out completely for one and two because I tried to start it up multiple times. Not good. :( FYI We did not do any damage to this truck or wreck this truck Like we said this truck was only driven for 3 days before it broke down on us after we bought it.
