Excellent experience, Im pretty well versed on my car but just too busy to do some of the things that would take me all day but an experienced tech about half that. These guys are great to work with, good communication, the things they said needed addressed that I chose to do myself were in fact additional issues that I hadnt seen yet. That level of integrity isnt everywhere in the auto repair industry. I highly recommend.

Fast & friendly. Brought my MINI in to be serviced; they did find a few other issues that need to be addressed, but that’s my own fault for putting off maintenance longer than I should have. Great communication though as far as what needs to be done, and upfront cost estimates before doing any work so there aren’t any unpleasant surprises. I’ll definitely be bringing my MINI back in for all its needs.

I needed my alternator replaced. They had to order the part in and install. It is a busy time for them and took almost a week but they gave me a vehicle to use during that time. I thought I had a serious engine problem, and after a diagnostic evaluation and a test drive determined that a previous service provider had not replaced a piece of equipment properly creating an engine malfunction which was easily fixed, an inexpensive adjustment. Good analysis and great service.

Oil change service was completed timely and with quality results. Above all was honesty and no hard sell. Spark plugs were replaced and brake fluid flushed.

I took my 2010 Mini Cooper in for a misfire. Instead of listening to me about the fact that I had already diagnosed that it wasnt the coils, they tried to charge me $400+ for new coils. Seeing that they were just going to fix everything that wasnt wrong, I paid the inspection fee and left.

Extremely disappointed. I took my GL 450 in for a standard B3 service. My first experience with your group. The price seemed fair and the service time went well. I picked up my vehicle and went home feeling happy. When I parked in my garage I got the Correct tire pressure warning on the dash. Well that seems odd. Im pretty sure the receipt said Checked Tire and Air Pressure - OK Perhaps the sensors arent perfect. But then when I started the vehicle the next morning I got the Check Coolant Level warning. Wait! Now I check my receipt again and it states you agreed to Check all fluid levels and Top Off. Well that certainly didnt happen! Two failures on a simple service are not acceptable to me. I brought the vehicle back to the shop (not convenient for me as i had to swap vehicles with my wife and move car seats and stroller equipment again) nothing was offered to compensate my time wasted. (Especially frustrating since you found it important to charge me $14.39 for shop supplies) So I will take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.

They did a great job checking out my bmw and gave valuable info on future repairs my car may need. They didnt force any upcharges only gave good suggestions based on research.

Christian did a wonderful job of walking me through the repair and actually let me come into the shop while the car was apart. My 996 Porsche needed an IMS Solution installed and the job was performed without a hitch, they even had the kit in stock which impressed me quite a bit. Additionally they worked with me on installing a special air oil separator that they had never done before and it came out great. I will continue to have my car serviced here with confidence knowing that these older Porsches are often times better serviced at an independent like Eurosport. DR

I have a 2001 Mercedes SL500 roadster, and professionally trained technicians are absolutely mandatory to work on this car. I am new to Boise and was delighted to find an independent shop with certified technicians for work and maintenance on it. Electrical problems are particularly frustrating. They fixed the issue I was having, and considering what they had to do, at a reasonable price. They also took time to thoroughly answered all of my questions, and I had quite a few. I am very pleased with the service at Eurosport and highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure working with the Eurosport team. Our 1999 BMW had intermittently displayed a Check Engine Light for the past year. Two other repair shops were unable to resolve the issue, but looks like Eurosport got it right on the first try. They had to order parts, but kept us well-informed at every step. Were very happy to have found them.

As I was just sitting in the nail salon, a lady is sitting by me, talking about problems with her Mercedes. She said she’s always went to the dealership for all services, but found out about Eurosport and went and got a quote. Besides the price being $400 cheaper than the dealership, the service was just awesome. They are so nice there. She just couldn’t believe the difference. It was nice to find them and she’ll be going back.

The guys at Eurosport are first class. Erik communicates so well and you really know what is going on with your car. They take the time to do things right and the prices are very reasonable. Even had a loaner car available to make it that much easier. They explain what is needed and do the preventative maintenance to keep the car in tip top shape without taking all your money. I was very apprehensive when I left my car with Eurosport because my car is older and it needed diagnosed and then repaired and I was not in a financial position to spend alot or not have transportation. These guys not only charged the same hourly shop rate that the regular shops quoted me but they also quickly diagnosed and repaired and kept me informed of the process so id have no surprises with the final bill. They even gave me use of a loaner car while mine was in the shop. They have integrity and awesome customer service along with fair pricing.I definitely love the peace of mind i had doing business with them and hope to use them everytime i need a shop for car repair.

No one wears masks here FYI - just in case you are or may be around people who are high risk. Also, they must be pretty busy as they had my car for over two weeks. Im not a mechanical person so I cant say how well the services were performed but the check engine light is no longer on so I assume the repair was done well.

I love my car a little too much and Ive been using Eurosport exclusively for about 15 years. I think that alone says quite a lot. They have always been fair and extremely trustworthy. Okay, I truly believe that you owe it to yourself to establish a relationship with a honest mechanic and these guys have earned your consideration. In Boise there is another non-dealer shop that services BMWs and they too, are good guys...Eurosport is more than just an alternative to them...or the dealer. They are trustworthy, reasonable in their rates (in fact, their shop rates are a bargain, considering the quality work they do!), and they offer non-partisan advice on OEM vs. aftermarket parts. I cant imagine any work on my M5 or my X5, that I wouldnt ask them to do. If they werent comfortable doing it, they will say so and refer the work out. You can trust them. No higher praise.

I called to schedule an oil change and ask them how much it would cost for them to identify the source of my oil leak. The guy on the phone told me they dont charge for inspections. Because of this I booked an oil change. After doing my oil change and taking a look into the leak they told me we think it is the oil line going to to the turbo, but would have to dig deeper to find out, and if that is what it is It will be 1000$. I told them I could not afford that right now and would have to think on it and for them to do just the oil change and I would most likely be back when I had the money for the repair. When I got there to pick my car up, they had charged me for the oil change and a diagnostic fee, that the said they would do for free??? Plus, I am not sure how a diagnostic can result in a maybe this is what it is. I called another shop in Boise and they can do THE SAME REPAIR for 1/3 of the price. This is the second car I have brought here for repairs and I will never be back.

Great place with nice service! I got a lot of repairs for my 10 years old BMW with a complimentary maintainance check! The stuff are really knowledgeable and nice to work with. They also lent me a car during the repair which is really handy since I don’t have my own car with me. The price is slightly more expensive compared to normal shop but is kind of expected since it’s a European car shop. Will defiantly come back. Thanks

Before coming to Eurosport I had a hard time finding auto repair shops that could even fix what was wrong with my Mini Cooper convertible the top wouldnt go down and my car wouldnt start. I had my car towed to Eurosport and within 2 days they had my car running again and the top works perfectly. Highly recommend Eurosport!!! Ask for Christian his customer service is awesome!

Eurosport repair of 2009 Mini Coupe S engine oil leak: I hate having engine oil leak worked on because you can pay a lot for it, and still not get the leak fixed. I turned my 2009 Mini Coupe S over to Nate and Eurosport for diagnosis, estimate, and possible repair depending on their evaluation. Nate is a great contact -- listens, and communicates well, and is friendly as well. There were cost overruns in the work done because of existing damage, and the work wasnt cheap. But they were all explained to me by Nate before any additional parts or labor were added. I was amazed that the work done appeared to fix the problem (turbo lines leakage). Over the next couple weeks, I viewed the leak area putting the car on ramps. Turns out the auxiliary water pump (to cool the turbo) kept having some oil coating on it. Brought it in for a free after-fix period of about a month. Nate and guys showed me that it was probably residual oil in the corrugated sheath around the neighboring electrical lines. They took the time to clean it out thoroughly, and turned it back over to me, no charge. That did it! Problem taken care of. Very happy with their work and their communication and bedside manner. Eurosport is a quality shop in my opinion. I like the skill level and positive helpful attitude -- I want both of those in a repair shop. Recommended

Eurosport is the best Mercedes & BMW repair shop in the Boise area hands down. I have been a Mercedes & BMW enthusiast and home mechanic for over 25 years, but now Im getting to where I prefer a shop to do most things for me. Being somewhat knowledgeable, I know when a shop is blowing smoke and when they are being straight-up. Eurosport has always been straight-up honest and will not do unnecessary work or otherwise try to take advantage of their customers. I have three older Mercedes and they are the only shop in town with the expertise to work on them. Jeremy, Mark, and the whole crew are honest, competent, and great people. Highly recommended.

Once you figure out how to turn left into this tiny shop on busy Chinden, the service is anything but small. They have such friendly, knowledgeable employees that made my 6 hour trip from Utah worth getting my car fixed here. The price was fair, the problem fixed and my children even had toys and a fishtank to distract them from boredom.

Had my BMW convertible top and window regulator repaired here. The work seems good but they forgot to reattach the backseat safety belts, and left some trim pieces uninstalled. A good place all in all but attention to detail a little lacking.

These guys are top notch people with great service. I took my e46 M3 to them to check something the dealer quoted $2300 to fix. Walked out of the shop with a bill for $120. They saved mea ton of money by being trustworthy and honest. I have since brought my e92 m3 for some oil pan service and everything was great. They have now become my go to shop for anything and everything I will jeed on my Bmws.

Brought my 2006 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S to have the air suspension fixed.Original quote from Porsche dealer in Boise was over $4000 and took a full week just to get the quote.I called Christian at eurosports and told him what I knew, and he thought he could do it for a lot less and quicker.He picked up the car the next day and in less than a week later the car was ready for less than half the price including replacing my brakes and rotors too.These guys are the best. Theyre honest and smart and quick.What more can you want in a repair shop. Now they are taking care of my 1974 BMW 3.0.I drive 150 miles each way just to see these guys.They are that good. If you need a auto repair shop in the state of Idaho for any European cars, look no further.
