Lewis Nissan is a great place to take your car. They are on time and thorough. They could not diagnose my transmission issue due to no codes but they did tell me to bring it back as soon as I get some codes or continue to have issue. Darn CVTs...

We absolutely love taking our business to Lewis Motors!! They are very professional and courteous. We’ve had them service both of our Nissan’s multiple times. Had a minor issue once but they made sure to fix things back to where they needed to be, loved that they fully guarantee their work. Will keep returning for our future needs.

I contacted Lewis Nissan for an oil change on my 17 year old’s car. When we got the bill it was $185.00 - for an oil change!!! I spoke to the general manager because the service manager was not available. She asked if my son requested synthetic oil? My son said he did not - she said well I see they changed the air filter- they must’ve asked him - well even if they asked him - he is a kid - they probably made him think he needed one - she offered to call me back - when she did she said the tech told her they use synthetic oil on all their oil changes - and they had over charged us for that - she offered to send me a check for $16 - that was it! That was all she was able to do for us-Sad!! So be weary! They use high dollar oil on ALL of their oil changes and of you send someone who doesn’t know better they will surely take and advantage!
