I recently moved here from Alaska and found I was ready to trade in my 4x4 Chevy Suburban and get something newer. I had talked to Kyle and told him what I was wanting. Well they got in just what I wanted and he called me on a Friday and set us up for the following day. I walked in early we started the deal and they made it very easy and affordable for me to trade mine in. They managed to get me into a 2022 Pathfinder, which is 4 years newer than I was driving and I am saving $225 a month. Everyone at the dealership was very sweet and made me feel like I am part of the Grainger family. I will be telling all my friends and family to come on down and see Kyle at Grainger Nissan. :)

WORST experience ever !!!! I recently reached out to an old classmate about purchasing a Vehicle. She informed me that another old classmate ( George Futch ) that sold her a Car and he works at Grainger Nissan on Chatham Parkway in Savannah Georgia and how he’s really good . I reached out to him on Facebook. I went in the following Day and he’s customer service was out of this world. I put money down for the Vehicle I wanted. He even came back in on his off Day to make sure everything was okay. I pulled off and noticed a very loud noise coming from the vehicle. I returned and 2 different workers drove and heard the same loud noise. Sales manager BILLY MANNER looks at me and says I can change the hubcaps or give you a refund ( no what can I do to make this better or let me give you a loaner car. His Customer service is awful). Fine I said give me the refund ( which I had to wait a couple days for). I called George and he was upset about the situation. I’m a traveling Nurse and had to Cancel 2 hospital assignments all because I was sold a bad vehicle ( that I only had for 30 or 45 minutes). I advise any females looking for a vehicle to NOT DO BUSINESS with this dealership.

Friendly staff! Got approved quick! However recently I had a issue with my car running hot that we purchased earlier this year from them. I called for a little over a week to get it checked out and they gave me a run around with a service appointment. I couldnt take a chance and let my car motor blow up so I took it to a local auto repair shop and they had me in and out within a day. So I dont think Ill be using Grainger service department anytime soon.

The service was fine but the cost is high. It was my first visit and I was already there so I went through with it because I was already slightly over my 5000 miles and just wanted to get it done. I was informed there are options coupons and promotions that run on a regular basis so I like that they have this along with the Nissan rewards to help with offsetting the cost.

I went to Grainger expecting to look at a car wait while the salesperson had to consult with several people while I sat there all day. Today I dealt with Ronnie Stokes and he was the nicest person ever. He got me in a car so quick and all of my paperwork was done by the time I finished with the test drive. The finance manager was awesome as well. These are the nicest most professional people. If you are in the market for a car please give Grainger Nissan a try. They are the best. I was satisfied with the work performed. I was just a little puzzled, however, that an oil change and tire rotation took nearly three hours. If Id known that time slot was so busy I might have booked another time. Maybe, in the reservation system, to prevent overbooking, there should be lower booking limits before a time slot shows as unavailable.

The experience was horrible. They insulted our intelligence and treated us like naive folks. The sales rep was pushing and rushing the sale of an overpriced car. It was at a lower price in another dealer. He kept insulting the place where we are from and b-sing us all the way.Then the sales manager came in. He was a chauvinistic piece of work. Treated us even worse and condescending all the way. Pushing the sale all the way over and insulting our intelligence.I understand their work but keep pressuring us for a sale does not work. We took our business elsewhere.

I had an oil change. The service was okay but there was a communication issue. I was not contacted when my car was ready so it was left at Nissan overnight. This was frustrating since I called a couple of hours after my service but it was impossible to get in touch with a service technician. When I called the next day I was told that the vehicle was ready not too long after the vehicle was dropped off but they had the wrong phone # on file. Curious to me.

Juan Martinez was fabulous! We visited Hyundai, Subaru, Chevy, and Nissan in Bluffton, SC. Drove cars in each place. Decided on Nissan Rogue and returned for another test-drive. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) Bluffton Nissan could not get a light color which we desired. I found one in Savannah and set an appointment. Juan gave us a more thorough experience than any of the other four had done. He spent time telling us about many features before getting into the car. He drove first and explained various features which allowed me to look at the dash not the road and begin to understand the features. After that I drove and we went on various roads because my husband wanted to be sure the road noise was not only low on smooth roads. Once the decision was made, Juan made the buying experience easy and continued to teach us about features by watching videos on the computer. We also met John in finance and he explained everything well too.

I had purchased a battery (even though your inspection said my battery was good) and I replaced my back brakes and had my rotors turned. You all said I needed tires, even though the treads were still pretty good. Because I sell insurance and am in my vehicle A LOT servicing clients, I agreed to 4 new tires. I was told the tires I wanted werent in stock but would be in the next 2 days. I came in 2 days later and was told my tires were in, and it would take about 2.5 hours to put them on and do a front end alignment. My Nissan scheduled appointment was for 8 a.m. I told Chris (the servicing agent) that I had to be in Richmond Hill by 12 noon for an appointment and was assured my vehicle would be ready. Two and a half hours went by, and no one said anything to me. Three hours, and no one said anything to me. Three and a half hours went by, and STILL no one said anything to me. Finally, I went to the servicing desk and inquired how long before my vehicle would be ready. By this time, there is NO WAY I can make my appointment. I watched the older gentleman run back and forth for about 10 minutes looking for Chris. When he finally found him, Chris comes over and tells me there was a mix-up in the tires, but they were just NOW putting the new tires on. I asked how long that would take, and he said another hour. I said, No, sir! Bring me my vehicle NOW!!! He had them return my vehicle to me and he asked me for another chance to make it right. I was upset and didnt say anything. The next day, he sent me a text taking ALL the blame. I was all set to give him another chance since he took responsibility, but then he also said in the text that the tires that came were similar to the ones I wanted but no the same. I now have trust issues. I know it is common to try and fleece females who come alone, assuming they are now knowledgeable. My father was a mechanic for over 30 of his 50 years here on earth. I dont know everything about cars like he did, but I DO know when I am just being swindled for commissions.

I can not say enough about the customer service at this dealership. My daughters and I were 6 hours from home when our Nissan Armada wouldn’t start. They not only towed our vehicle, and assured us we would be back on the road by the next day but they also called and texted me with updates and then picked us up from our hotel and got us to their dealership when the repair was complete. Everyone was so very helpful from the lady who answered the phone when I first called, to the service cashier and of course Garris, the service advisor who personally took care of us.I have to say when if I first googled the nearest NIssan dealership, it was not Grainger Nissan that popped up, it was another Nissan dealership near by. I called that place first and they told me it would be Friday before they could even have it towed (this was on Monday) and then they told me that when they got it to their dealership they didn’t know how long it would be before someone could look at it!! I told them we were traveling and were 6 hours for home but it didn’t change their mind nor their service. However, as soon as I called Grainger Nissan and told the switchboard operator our troubles she immediately got me in touch with the service department who didn’t even hesitate to start the process of getting us fixed and home. I know they were busy, and I am sure, as everyone else right now, they were probably short handed but I never knew that because that day, in that moment I was treated like I was their only customer and their only concern. My salesman, Juan Martinez, was very nice and professional. He did not pressure me or make me feel rushed. He went above and beyond to meet my needs. He and his team even stayed after hours. They listened and there were no last minute surprises. The dealership threw in a rebates and a couple thousand towards my purchase. Don’t let me forget to mention the extras offered by the dealership: cold water, coffee, plenty of snacks, and a nice seating area for customers. It was raining when I purchased my vehicle so Juan drove my trade-in under the carport so that my daughter and I would not get wet while transferring our items to the new vehicle. Went for a scheduled service with my 2019 Nissan. There was molding sticking out of my dash. The service attendant said there was a service bulletin about this problem and they would just rip it out. But when the car was ready the molding was still sticking out. So I went back into the dealership and asked to see the General Manager. The sales manager came out to take a look and he said the mounding was supposed to be there, not ripped out. So he pushed it back into position.So who was right? Guess I will have to go to another Nissan dealer to find out. This was a pretty disappointing visit this time.

I came in because of a wobble during high speed breaking. Was told elsewhere that it was my wheelbarings, turns out it was my rotors. Glad I came to Nissan. However, they said they would change the battery in my key fab, didnt. And turns out I needed an oil change and they didnt check the sticker. So missed opportunity to help me. Now I am out of town and need an oil change.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation and they washed my car on top of it! Took a bit longer because one of their machines broke for balancing the tires so they had to take it next door to Grainger Honda, but they explained the situation and apologized for the inconvenience.

I have called 3 times just to try to make an appointment for a recall on my Rogue. I was disconnected the first time as they transferred my call from one person to another. I called back a second time and explained what happened to the receptionist and she transferred me to service again. I got voice mail and left a message with my info. No return call. Called back and talked with receptionist again explaining what happened and she said she would send a text to service for them to call me. Still now response. I had been looking you a used vehicle because I didnt think Id qualify for new. Another dealership local to me took my info to his finance guy and was back to me within v2 minutes with unfortunately, we wont be able to help you.Id decided that had to know what was the trough because they are the biggest dealerships in my city. This is why I out right said no thank you to the follow up text from Grainger Nissan. She urged to try you anyway.A few days later I headed to Savannah, Wyoming to try, but not ready to get my hopes up. 1st time in 5 years for this LIFE COACH to walk into a deal as a pessimist.Well, I got my own therapy mirrored at me. Juan Martinez said, Im going to sell you a car!! I have him that good luck look. The other dealership was correct, I dont qualify for used as Ib already have a financed vehicle for work. I was getting ready to leave when he said... Please let me finish, walk with me.! He walked me is to a 2020 brand new Nissan Altima and sold it to me!#1 Juan was not combative when objecting my rejections.#2 Mr. Martinez educated me on why banks say no to used but yes to new. I didnt look at it from a collateral point of view. He didnt used that word but thats my understanding of his perfect explanation.#3 With rebates, that car cost less than the used one I came to NOT BUY. Pessimistic on my face.#4He even went over to service to request an appointment slot for my Pathfinders oil change. That ended up saving me time and more than $25 than I normally pay for synthetic oil changes.

Department communication is lacking. I told the three people involved in my vehicle purchase about my intend to use my credit union as my lender. Unbeknownst to me it turns out that all paperwork signed was for their lender. After numerous attempts to communicate about issues with the delivery of a check from MY lender, not for approval just delivery, I brought in my check in person. Then and only then did I find out that I was signed with a different bank with double the interest. I was told by Greg (finance guy) that I agreed to their lender on the day of sale, but Matt said they choose my lender because of the delayed check. So, which is it? Sounds to me like someone is trying to cover up a mistake instead of righting a wrong. Either way, after little help from the dealership, guidance from the banks, and a lot of frustration this will be sorted out. I understand my responsibility in this manner, but this dealership clearly had responsibilities they overlooked as well. my recommendation, go elsewhere.P.S. Greg and Matt both said that this sort of thing happens ALL THE TIME. So, be aware of that!

I gave three stars because of Cedric Ollison if it wasn’t for him I would have 1 star. I have purchased three vehicles from Grainger Nissan I always recommend them to my family and friends because of the great customer service. When I went in on Saturday I was helped by Cedric Ollison. He’s a wonderful sales person very knowledgeable and really listened to what I wanted. The problem came in when Billy Maner came over. He was sweet as pie until I told him I want to think about things. Once I said that everything changed. He was rude and nasty and tried to bully me into something that I didn’t wanted after I told him numerous times that I wanted to think about things. There’s was even a time when he walked away and came back with another offer and threw a piece of paper on the desk and told me to sign. I was beyond upset I had to walk away and claimed down. Honestly the only reason I purchased my vehicle is because of Cedric and his great customer service and the way he came in and saved the day. If it wasn’t for Cedric Grainger Nissan won’t have received my business.
