This guy was super!!! We came all the way from La to New York, My car broke down, he has all his time scheduled until two weeks later(he has around 20 Benz in his parking lot awaiting to be fixed🤣) but he still helped to check the problems, but ends up he will need to order a part which will take a longer time than we could stay here, so gave really really helpful suggestions, and didn’t even ask us for money!!! Appreciated for his help!!! If you want your Benz to be fixed, this definitely gonna be your first choice to be check out! 5 star recommendation!

I am so thankful I found this place, I was having issues with my transmission, while other shops quoted me over $7,000 to fix the issue, Mike went above and beyond to get my vehicle back up and running at an extremely reasonable price. Called the technician Friday afternoon and told him I needed and oil ASAP and he told me I could come in on Saturday the next day, keep in mind they’re closed on Saturdays. A pleasure to work with and does the job in under 15 min and does it with Mercedes quality equipment. Definitely recommend and will definitely be my new technician from now on.

I came to Michael and his shop because I was totally frustrated dealing with Mercedes dealerships, solo technicians working out of their homes and everyone in between.I had TWO pages of issues (mostly complicated electrical malfunctions) that I needed handled. Michaels response after reading my items? Not a problem Mike.But did he back up his words? ABSOLUTELY! This place is incredible! Everything, I mean everything is fixed. I tried to find a fault and couldnt.Oh, wait! They didnt repair my leaky windshield washer reservoir...but then I quickly realized it wasnt on my list of items. My bad!4 hours before I picked my car up I called and asked if they could fix a slow leak in one of my tires. Not a problem Mike.Is this guy for real? My answer is... YEP!Dont go anywhere else. I am new to Mercedes ownership. Finding a good independent shop to service my 2003 SL500 was not easy. After some trial and error, I found Mike and Benztech. Mike is talented and services my car like it is his own. A recent hydraulic leak developed and Mike knew just what to do and the best way to repair it. I would recommend Mike and Benztech to anyone who owns a Mercedes, you will need it serviced and Benztech is the only shop my car is going to.

I took my Mercedes-Benz here to have the airmatic suspension looked at. My car was sitting low to the ground so I couldnt drive it. This place was very honest and replaced the fuse and told me it was a fuse instead of ripping me off and saying it was something else. Papa long story short it was a fraction of the cost of going to the dealership in my car was dropped off Friday and was picked up Monday. I would recommend them to anyone with a foreign car

I had a great experience here, they are willing to work with your schedule depending on your situation. It is better to drop off, because they are very busy and Mercedes maintenance and repairs take a very long time no matter who preforms it. So I just run down the street and have some breakfast/ lunch because theres tons of good places to grab some food.Anyhow, benztek has done quite a bit of service on my car. I have a newer e550, they have done, an oil change, transmission flush, trans mount repair, coolant flush, rear differential fluid change, and a few other things. The price beats any shop around, and they actually identified some problems with my car that other shops DID NOT address. They located a coolant leak, and determined the previous shop who did my transmission flush used the wrong fluid... Thank you again so much everybody, I will now enjoy my car for the rest of summer! Be easy on these guys, theyre very busy from what I see and they spend quality time with your vehicle.

These guys are awesome, they replaced, my fuel injectors, spark plug, oil change, for all they did to my car, I thought it was gonna cost twice what they charged. I have found my cars new mechanic. They showed me exactly what they did to it, most mechanics dont do that. I will go back they did a really good job, and were very reasonable.

Amazing service!! Mike was knowledgeable and helpful. Performed great work at a fraction of the dealer cost. Parts came with lifetime warranty. He will be my go to service shop from now on. I cannot say enough good things about the service. Communication was perfect, sent pics and updates even when I picked up my car he walked me through the repair and showed me the broken parts. Repairs on a Mercedes are expensive and unavoidable and it’s comforting to know that an independent shop of this caliber is available. I have only reviewed one other business and it was my absolute pleasure to write a review for this one. I only wish I knew about Benztek sooner. I would have saved $thousands.

So I started looking for a place that works on Mercedes (obviously not the dealership). I came across Benztek and saw the reviews which were very good. I was skeptical at 1st because reviews cannot always be trusted these days. But I took a chance and Im glad I did. These guys helped get me in right away. Fixed up my oil leak and had me back on the road. The price was extremely fair and dealing with them was a pleasure. Will be taking my SLK to Benztek from here on out. Seriously thanks guys! I bought a gently used CL63 AMG and it needed front brakes. So I ordered front Rotors and Pads online, and with all good intentions thought I would do the work on my own. Due to limited time available I decided to google local shops that specialize in Mercedes work, that is how I ended up calling Benztek based on their reviews. Michael quoted me an extremely fair price for labor because I had the parts necessary for the job.On a Tuesday evening I dropped by the shop with the purchased parts, Michael gave me a quick education why I would NOT like the Brake Pads in full detail. He then quoted me a price on Parts and Labor on OEM Rotors and Pads including Labor which was less than the materials I purchased online. Fortunately I knew at the time the online purchased parts could be returned for a refund.Benztek promised my car would be ready to be picked up the next evening. The guys stayed late just to deliver on their promise and the job was completed exceeding my expectations.Thank you Benztek!!!!!

First things first. For people who are reading this are definitely trying to find a good mechanic for Mercedes Benz. For some people the guys at Benztek might be mechanics. For some technicians, but for me they are MAGICIANS.Now for details:Its a long story but Ill try to squeeze in as much as possible. I own a 2006 Mercedes E350 4matic and I am from Ohio. I drove to Michigan to visit my family 3 weeks ago. The main problem was the Check Engine light. I started noticing a weird rattling noise. I thought it was brakes. But NO, it was something else and big.I search for the closest Mercedes specialist and BENZTEK comes up.I drove to their workshop, met Billy and Mike and told them that I am from Ohio and I need some help. They immediately checked my car like its a walk in appointment. Mike told me that it was a known issue cuz Mercedes had this sprocket on the balance shaft inside with weak material that wears off with time.Solution was either rebuilding or replacing the engine. These guys took really good care of me and my car. Provided me with best knowledge and reading materials to make sure whatever they are suggesting is right and makes sense. They sourced the best engine out of a 2009 E350 with serial number that was past all the issues and design flaws that were present in earlier models. I got my car back within a week.(For reference any other workshop I approached was charging almost the double amount plus a appointment where I had to leave my car a week later and I would get it back after 2 weeks at least. Thatd be 4 weeks in total)Mike is a beast least to say. He is someone who works on cars as if they were his own. He checked each and everything and did what was required. My benz now drives like a dream. He doesnt even compromise on the Oil that needs to be used.Trust me guys you wont be disappointed. Letting Benztek take care of ur car would be the best thing you have ever done. It wont break the bank too. Go see MAGIC MIKE ;-)

I was told of Mikes honesty at my church from someone I trusted. I came to Benztech for a periodic incorrectly reading fuel gauge. Mike knew what the issue was, ordered the part. While at his shop I inquired about ECU flash&(K&N filters). I had the upgrades completed at least 100 hp gain on my 2013 Mercedes S550(37000 Miles). The car hits hard like a sledge hammer. I took on I-94 yesterday WOW! I am so very happy with the results of Benz Techs professionalism/ quality workmanship. I was stationed in Germany 86-88 .I remember these Mercedes Benzs on the AUTOBAHN running wide open AMAZING AUTOMOBILES.

I asked Mike to diagnose problems that I was having with my ML series 320 cdi, it was very comprehensive with complete car evaluation which revealed all the issues that I had been experiencing over the last 3 months . his prices are much more reasonable than Mercedes, and his knowledge of the brand is very good, I recommend this company because of the knowledge that they have about this Mercedes Benz cars .

I went to see Mike at Benz Tek a while back and he told me if I didn’t get my pulley fixed it could snap my belt. I went out of town for a while, so my brother had my car. The day I get back as soon as I get on the road the belt most definitely snaps. It was in the middle of night and the shop closes at 6. Not only was I able to get it towed to the shop after hours, but he made time to fit me in the next day and finished everything the same day. They are professional, time efficient, they do good business. Much appreciated!!

I dropped my car off on Friday morning and was told to expect it late Friday afternoon early Saturday morning. I was cool with that as you can see by the reviews the shop is top notch and busy. Due to unforeseen circumstances, they lost power and were unable to get to my car by late Saturday and made plans to have her ready early Monday morning. I called and explained that I had to leave town for business Sunday afternoon, they stayed late Saturday and opened up Sunday, so as not to disrupt my trip. I have personally never received that level of customer service. I was blown away! This is going to be my first option and since Ive fallen in love with Mercedes, it will be my only option for work not covered by the warranty. Call and setup an appointment! You wont be disappointed!

I don’t write reviews but BenzTek deserves a great one. I found BenzTek after having multiple unprofessional negative experiences at Mercedes Benz of Bloomfield Hills. I had a great service experience with Mike. He performed Service B and recommended some repairs. Will definitely be back at BenzTec and will never be back to the Mercedes Benz of Bloomfield Hills. I drove over 45 minutes away and it was definitely worth it. Highly recommend BenzTek over any dealership.

It was my first time getting my car serviced at an independent workshop. I drove 1.5 hours one way to get my car serviced at Benz Tek because of the reviews that I saw on Google. I got an oil change done, brake pads, brake fluid flush, and spark plugs changed at a very reasonable price. The products that mike use are genuine Mercedes Benz products. Its better to get your car serviced by Benz Tek than the dealership as all the work done on the car is showed and there is complete transparency. You will end up paying around 30-40% less than the estimate given at the Mercedes dealership. Finally, I could say Benz tek is definitely a place to get your expensive European cars serviced.

Ive been dealing with Mike for 2 years now. It all first started when my brother went to him with a Mercedes sprinter van, He had a serious issue with it and no Mechanic was able to start it. After 2 month of trying different Mechanics and everyone was guessing and charging HOURLY we finally got Mikes number at Benz-Tek from a friend and we said we will give it a try. we towed the van to him and left it there, he called my brother few hours later and told him that he was able to start it. since then my whole family takes their cars to him. I have a G550 Mercedes truck and I only let Mike work on it, even for the most simple stuff. I am so picky and I know whos a good Mechanic and whos not. Mike is knowledgeable and he has the same equipment that the dealer has. The best part is that his prices are very reasonable in compare to what the dealer might charge. I advise everyone to give him a try. I can say: youre in Good hands. I give him 5 stars all the way.

Benztek was recommended to me by a person I met at Cars and Coffee. I drive a 13 ML63 and a 06 R350. Im new to the area.I called Mike and set up an appointment. It was easy. I had a meeting go over time and was late to the appointment, Mike was good about it. I liked that he was open to talk about the car in general and not just that specific service. Whoever is into cars will appreciate that as do I. I saw cars there ranging from W211 to G class, some AMGs as well.I booked a transmission fluid+filter service and diff service. Mike called at later time and asked if we should replace the fluid in the transaxle as well. Im glad he did that. When I picked the car up we talked a bit more and he showed me the condition of the fluids, that insight was good and reassuring. The fluids and filters used were OEM, which is what you want to use with MB. For other cars it doesnt matter that much.Mike, thank you for providing this type of service. I hope this will be consistent. Well do more business in the future.

Im new to owning a Benz and finding a reliable mechanic was top priority. Car troubles are the worst and Mike always saves the day! Last minute repairs, the tough jobs I cant find anyone else to do and always polite...even when Im have a rough day 😱 I highly recommend this place for Benz owners especially those like myself struggling to find a mechanic if for our cars.
