Grainger treated us great. The salesman was young but very knowledgeable and well informed. He assisted us until the very end of our transaction. The financial management team was awesome. They were very helpful and not too pushy. Although we did not finance through them they were respectful of our decisions. Thanks a bunch guys and gals. I would recommend them for the purchase of a new Nissan.

The service department is a routine disappointment and a source of frustration. My latest encounter was with their management again. They called, emailed and texted my wife to tell her she has a service appointment in a couple of weeks. We never made any appointments. She called and Larry the manager told her maybe she should try replying to the email because he didnt know what happened. I called and made Larry the manager transfer me to a different manager. This one started off with an attitude of you need me, I dont need you. He advised it was generated by computer to get customers to come in and to ignore it and I wont be charged. Their customer service sucks yet again.

Harold (red team) is AMAZING. He was absolutely professional and knowledgeable. Customer service is definitely a top priority for Grainger Nissan and Harold definitely embodies that! Give that guy a raise! 😁

They were prepared to receive me when I arrived, provided an accurate estimate of time to completion, answered all of my questions and immediately addressed my concerns with confidence and kindness.
