Buying a new car at Lewis Nissan of Garden City was a very positive experience. When I first went in and did a test drive, the car did not have all the features I was looking for. The sales people at Lewis Nissan in Garden City worked with me and ordered a car for me with all the features I wanted and had it here in less than one week! The sales people at Lewis Nissan and I successfully completed the sale for my new car one week ago today!

While making a cross country vacation my Nissan Rogue showed a maintenance notification on the dash. This dealer was only 2 miles from my hotel! I brought my car first thing in the morning and to my amazement the Service Dept worked me into their schedule. They took very good care of me and I had peace of mind to continue our journey! From appt set-up to moment we arrived, staff was ready and willing to make it a smooth trouble free appointment. Reasonable price. We were surprised by their caring attitude... Would have been nice if they ran it through a car wash as well. Some dealers do. They did vacuum front seat area which was very nice.

Don’t try to finance a vehicle from this place!! They try to get all your personal information ( bank account) which isn’t needed until you purchased the vehicle. Everyone that knows about car dealerships, the money you put down goes in there pocket!! The salesman ( lamonte) even lied to me, and I thought he was a good person, on my side. This place is all about scamming people, and lying to them, believing that they are approved when they’re not. I am a truck driver, and I have warned all the truck drivers out there, don’t waste your time at this place!!! I would hate for someone to go though what I went through, at this place!! It’s a warning!! They will take weeks of getting all your information, and you will end up without a vehicle, or a vehicle that you wasn’t even interested in, (if you are able to get one)!! I am even getting the better business bureau involved!! It doesn’t just end with this review!! I am also looking into an attorney!! And do realize the real good reviews, are fake, and from people that work there!! That’s how a lot of these companies, try to drag people in, by putting fake reviews that say they are a great place to get a car!!

Staff was respectful and didnt try any of the stereotypical hard-sell tactics. They worked hard to answer any questions and, with only one exception, gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision

Was passing through on a road trip when I got a check engine warning light. Lewis Nissan got me in right away and identified the problem. Got me fixed up and back on the road with great customer service. Really appreciated their friendliness and help. Highly recommend them.

Took it in for an oil change and tire rotation/ balance, had them perform a minor recall while it was in. They had it done in the time they said it would take. Very happy

Went in as few months ago looking to finance a used SUV. The salespeople were very rude. Ive never been spoken to so rudely at a dealership. I couldnt for the life of me figure out why they were so rude, I was nothing but pleasant with them. I ended up taking my business to Eddys Chrysler in Wichita. I couldnt be happier with the purchase I made! I wouldnt recommend this Nissan dealership to anyone.

I have made several attempts to get my car looked at for a problem that has been happening since a month after I purchased my BRAND NEW car. Every time I take it in, a service ticket is not written so there is no proof that I’ve been in for the same problem repeatedly. The service manager is terribly rude and does not seem to care that I want my car looked at. He REFUSES to look at my car unless a ‘check engine’ light pops up. I am very sick and tired of trying to get my car looked at. The closest Nissan dealership besides Lewis is THREE HOURS AWAY. My car was bought brand new, there is obviously still warranty on it, yet nobody cares to give me the time of day. The ONLY reason I will be back is because I bought a booklet of oil changes last year and have one left, but after that I am DONE with Lewis.

I have a 2010 Nissan maxima an I have Maxcare warnty on it an it has a $300 deductible an that will basically fix every thing. so I take it in there cause my AC dont work an I tell them 2 check the speakers an so they did an found 2 that were blown an so they fixed that an when I got my car back I had no bass an the was completely un related 2 the speakers they fixed.. so I called them an talked 2 the manegers an the wouldnt stand behind there work an they said some bad things about my car an thats how we parted an its not fixed.... will pry take my car elsewhere n the future.
