Im a very clumsy person and Ive come here for a water treatment, a screen replacement, and just recently had to get my screen reattached. Everytime I come here they are always quick and dont waste my time pushing other products like most phone stores. I dont think Im going to bother going anywhere else from now on

Let me start off by saying I forgot about this place and tried to go somewhere else and they were super over priced to get what I needed done. After coming here I realized that I came here before & was happy with the previous experience as well as this one. The LCD & cracked screen for IPhone 8 was only 80$ here !!!!!! Took only about 45 mins MAX to do my phone and made me feel so welcomed. I totally recommend this place if you need anything done with your phone

Cant call myself a regular, but what I can say is whenever my phone breaks I take it here. The staff is amazing they almost always have stock for most devices and they have very quick turnaround time. I have and will always choose this repair shop for my devices.

I was referred to see Joe to fix my iphone 7 stuck in a reboot mode. On first meeting, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I dropped my phone off on Friday, the repair was estimated to be completed in 3 hours. I received a call at 10:30 the next day, that it was ready for pick up! Please go see Joe for all your repairs:)

This store is EXCELLENT!!! The thing that caught my attention while net surfing for someone to repair my iPhone, was that This business listed Specifically all the repairs that they do😳!! No other business site (that I found) came close to that. I knew they were the one that could help me. I immediately took my phone there & explained to Joe what was going on. He said he’d let me know within in hour what the problem was, so I left it with him. They’re in Garden city/Westland, I hadn’t even made it to my house in Redford, before he called to inform me that it was the battery, had a new one installed, and it was On! 😳😆 I turned right back around to go pick it up. Joe was Absolutely fantastic! He was very Professional, and Thorough! And the cost for a new battery was even better!! If you’re having ANY cell phone issues, bring it here! If Joe can’t fix it or find the root cause, you just need to buy a New phone!!!😄

I Google searched a reputable phone repair shop, and found the Garden City location - where Joe helped me. He was professional and Quick - it took 30 min. I paid $70 to fix a shattered iPhone 7! I will refer anyone& everyone looking for a reputable phone repair shop- to contact you guys !

I got my sons iPhone 8 screen replaced here. I got it in the same day and got it back the same day. Reasonable prices very friendly and you dont pay until the job is complete and they will also quote you the price before you leave. Did I mention they are quick? Very knowledgeable, professional, and LIGHTNING FAST at fixing my phone. I brought in my iPhone 10 after it fell into some water and wouldnt work. I was bummed out, thinking I had to buy a new phone. The Apple stores earliest appointment was more than a week away, and they would need to send it out to have it fixed, that takes 1-2 weeks...and I would have paid TRIPLE the price. I came here and met Joe. He opened it up and replaced a couple parts and had it working again IN AN HOUR. I paid way less than I thought, had it fixed way sooner than I thought, didnt have to buy a new phone, Im grateful. THANKS JOE!

Joe is very professional. He listened to my concern and explained the process to me so I knew what to expect. We dropped off my daughters iPhone 15 minutes prior to closing and he said he would work on it 1st thing the next morning. The entire process took 30 minutes. Had to replace shattered screen on my phone, twice (ugh!). Both times they were fast, professional, courteous, and priced cheaper than the insurance deductible. I will always take my phones here for service.

Awesome experience! Went in today as soon as they opened. Guy told me it’d take an hour. Took about 25-30 minutes and was amazing! My screen was cracked beyond cracked and now it looks like a brand new phone! No more zooming in to look at pictures because of all the cracks in the way. Seriously an incredible fix. I did the apple approved screen since I knew that was better and total it was $103.02. I’ve never wanted to spend the money but this was a way better deal then getting a new phone. Totally professional and great place to go to! I never review but I just had to after they did this for me. 10/10 recommend and will go here for any phone troubles from now on!!

Highly recommended! I have used this location twice in the past 3 years for my iPhones. Most recent, a few days ago, they installed a new LCD glass for a competitive price in under 45 minutes. I went with the slightly more expensive, Apple approved LCD, that the gentlemen had recommended and I couldnt be happier. Great workmanship and warranty both times I have used this location.Side note: As I was about to leave after picking up my devise, an older gentleman had brought in his tablet to get worked on because it wouldnt stay charged. The associate behind the counter informed him all he needed was a new charging cable, and that the tablet did not need any work whatsoever. He could have easily charged the elderly man an inspection fee or tried to take advantage of him having no knowledge about electronics. The elderly man wanted a extra long charging cable that the associate did not recommend and did not carry. Not only did he tell the man the reason why he didnt recommend the extra long cords, but informed him where he could find one. I personally work in I.T. field and purposely did not tell the associate that I did. I also am aware of how most people clueless of todays technology, also the fact that HONESTY is hard to come by. This more than anything is why this location will always be my go to, whenever I need work done I dont feel comfortable doing myself!

Exceptional place & wonderful people! I had a broken charger port on my stylo4 & took it here to have it fixed. The repair would have been close to the same amount as it was to get a new phone. They worked with me and went above and beyond what ANY other place would have! Definitely a lifetime customer now & will refer anyone I know to this place!

Terrible. My iphone 11 only needed the outer screen glass repaired cuz it has cracked and my entire phone lcd is still functional, no changes in color no rainbow color or black- none of that. You hear that my phones still FUNCTIONAL but they replaced it with a different lcd (knock off version). My phone keeps receiving warning message saying the lcd is not compatible with the phone. Not only it is not compatible theres a straight line from top to bottom that keeps showing up. Hopefully they read this and I want my original lcd back. Only wanted the outer glass repaired NOT the entire LCD! They will rip you off. I recommend you go to a real phone repair that is authorized by Apple. Its only $190 and they give you original apple Replacement screen/lcd. This place charged me $120 for a knock off lcd.

This place not only took 3 weeks to get my phone screen fixed on top of that they put the wrong color backing on it. And when I got the right back the glue wasnt dried and it was lifting off and I had to replace it down myself. I wouldnt recommend this place if my life depended it

I called earlier today and the person on the phone was extremely helpful and polite and said he’d check out my phone and give me an estimate depending on the damage to the charging port. I went in the same day, he took my phone to the back and turns out all I needed was a cleaning! He charged me nothing for it. I will definitely be back for any of my phones needs.

I take my phone here to get a new battery. Guy wants $50 up front and tells me the battery will be there in a week. Call up there in a week and ask if my phones ready and he says um, its gonna be another week. I broke the battery trying to put it in your phone....so 2 weeks now without my phone I finally get to pick it up and I say do I get a discount for waiting for 2 weeks for my phone? The guy says only the boss can do that and hes not inYoull have to come back tomorrow. I come back the next day and ask the owner if I get a discount for the hassle and he says I dont give cash back, you can have this and hands me a really cheap charger cord and base. Like the ones you get from dollar tree. One week later and my phone is doing the same thing...not getting a charge. I already know from dealing with this guy he is NOT gonna give me any kind of refund (and I have no use for a $1 charging cord) and I can hear something shaking around inside the phone!!

We took my phone here after it inexplicably stopped getting data. The guy took one look at it and said, this is under warranty, Im not going to touch it. You need to get in touch with your provider and they should help.After talking with both Sprint and Samsung, we still had not gotten anywhere with the repair, so we reached out and he offered to help. We werent even paying him, but he was so willing to go above and beyond to help us, that if something happens to our phones, we will 100% be using him for repairs.

Awesome service, fast and efficient! They were cheaper than any other place I called and had it fixed in about an hour flat.They cost $109 and other places cost $125 or $159, they took an hour and the other places said it would take 4-5 days to order the part then to fix it...Very happy with their service!

Paid good money to get a new screen on my galaxy s7. The phone was fixed and I was pleased at first. After I brought the phone home I was getting small purple spots on my phone. I woke up the next morning to find my phone completely covered in purple. I brought the phone in thinking there wouldnt be an issue, considering that my phone wasnt like that before I gave it to them. They didnt fix my phone after they had given me some bs 30 day warranty on the phone. I wont be going back there and if you dont want a purple phone then dont go there either.

WOW!! Brandon is an amazing young man...great knowledge, customer service, products and demeanor. This young man can multitask like there is no tomorrow. I had a phone that just quit working so I brought it to this place and dealt with Cody.I left it with him for a day and he tried everything he could to get it to work again .We are guessing the motherboard is fried or software issue. Not worth fixing. So I picked it up and he didnt charge me a dime! He said he was sorry he couldnt get it going for me and didnt want to charge me for nothing. This is where I will be going from now on with phone issues . Its good to know there is still an honest and a not trying to get rich overnight company out there.
