It would be nice to have been told they were not in network for our insurance. 300 dollars on top of paying the insurance is kind of worthless. They screwed up my husbands rx and frames, claimed they called and left a lengthy voicemail, which they did not. They was never a call to tell us that due to his prescription he needed to pick out a different frame. I called and found out to ask when his glasses were going to be in. Then, we find out they are not in our insurance network after the second week of dealing with this. Kinda shady. Dr. Torres is great. The staff inside lies and are incompetent. The frames not being able to handle to prescription was caused by a tech that never even looked at the situation. She never measured a thing. She just plugged in the package and we find out it is wrong. Not impressed.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Torres for two years and he is great, explains everything so you understand. Would highly recommend him to everyone. A really good thing he also speaks spanish. The glasses side also has great staff and really good prices on their glasses.

The Doctor is very professional. He is very attentive and also speaks Spanish which is a plus! He’s always doing the most to keep his patients happy! I’m very thankful for him and I will not go anywhere else but there!! The vision center side is awesome! They have very professional people working there! I recommend people to go and purchase their eyewear there! They also speak Spanish and make me feel welcomed! They have an amazing frame selection which is great! And they also have amazing prices !

Had an eye exam recently done with Dr. Torres for the first time and I’m very impressed with him; the new atmosphere he has going on is great. He took the time explaining to me the change in my contact lens prescription. I was also glad he is a provider for my insurance. The girls at the Vision Center also took great care of me and were able to explain to me my insurance benefits quickly. I will be coming back next year, I highly recommend giving them an opportunity.

My glasses seemed fine for about 3 months, then I could no longer see with them, put on my old pair of glasses I have had for 6 years. I can see again. I was told that the glasses only have a two month warranty. I would have to pay again. I will never use them again. Garden City Kansas.

Dr. Torres was very professional and friendly. Came back with my family and Dr. Torres was able to attend to them in Spanish; I would recommend visiting his office. In addition, the Vision Center is located next door so it was very convenient for my family and I to have everything done in one location.

Love the Dr. The glasses side is where the issue lies. Paid $129 for my husbands sunglasses frame he didn’t even wear them everyday and after 1 year and 1-2 months the arm fell off and they refuse to fix it and expect me to buy another frame for $129. Which I will not be doing and I will not be buying anymore glasses from them either. Would give it a zero stars if it would let me. Had another bad encounter dealing with my sons glasses that were under warranty. They were broke they didn’t have another frame but they weren’t even going to try to fix them temporarily until the frame could be sent in. It was supposed to take 2-4 business days it took 7. They were supposed to call when they arrived I called on the 7th day and they were there yet I hadn’t been called. By far the worst customer service I have ever received at a vision center.

At the time of my last visit, I wasnt fond of the eye Dr. Thats the only reason for this low star review. The rest of the staff and the pricing is good!
