Was helped with no mask 2 weeks agoI went to get cupcakes and was refusedTerrible customer serviceThey let me touch the phone (store phone I assume) with my hands … but won’t service me cupcakes?don’t give this place your money. Every place has lifted the mandate. It’s not even a store it’s a kiosk and they’re giving me that much trouble.Point is don’t help me without a mask and then deny me service when I go there again. I’ll be more than happy to go to another place that’s going to take MY money.

I’ve ordered 4 times and it’s always a good experience. The cupcakes and macarons are my go-to gifts now. Always on time, intact and delicious. Can’t say a bad word about them.

A few weeks ago I was helped by a woman at this kiosk with NO mask. My girlfriend went to get cupcakes today and was refused to be helped by a young girl. She then calls the manager and the manager wants me to talk to him on the phone…. Their store phone or whatever. If you’re so scared of covid why am I touching a phone that is not mine? I’m spreading my germs onto that phone…. He tried to be professional but made no sense. Every store has lifted the mandate. I will refuse to give money to this place with terrible customer service. don’t bother coming here because they have no brain clearly…. Forcing us to wear a mask but let’s me touch the phone. I can’t wrap that around my head. It’s ok I can go to another place where they’re more friendly and welcoming.

Pricey, but delicious little cup cakes. The one biters are great if you are looking to try a variety of flavors without sacrificing too many calories.

I was so excited to go buy from them now that NY lifted all restrictions. Unfortunately they will never get my business when they told be I’m required to wear a mask to order.

Those little bite sized cakes are dangerous! They taste so good! I love the broad variety of flavors. They have vegan options as well. The best thing Ive seen them do is change gloves in mid order because theyve touched a cake with nuts. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Wow apart from great looking & tasting cup cakes. The corporate team is awesome!! Doordash screwed up V-DAY order and corp was able jump in resolve the issues and get it delivered same day. Made my girls day!
