Great ice cream, however not professional staff. Only provided 3 samples for two of us together. They need to learn from other established ice cream brands!

Although I had to go upstairs to reach the location, the staff was very friendly and of course the ice cream was delicious. I would return there again.

Came to get ice cream, and asked for a sample of midnight cookies and cream, as it was a new flavor and you just never know if its gonna be too much chocolate. The employee notified me that they were currently not giving out samples, which given Covid protocol, I completely understand, so I told her I understand, but reserved the right that if I dont like it, I can return it. She went to speak to a manager. The female manager comes out, and put a new barrel of the midnight cookies and cream ice cream out, looks at me, and then lets the employee know that, and I quote its chocolate and cookies.. what is there to know about how it tastes?. I addresses her directly and let her know how much I didnt appreciate her comments as it was sideways and disrespectful, and she didnt respond. Out of respect for the fact that the employee who helped me was nice, I still made the purchase, but I will surely never come back to this location, and will be sure to let my employees and followers know about this disrespectful incident.

Its Haagen dazs, that is all that should need to be said but yes there is more the service is quick the selection is vast and you will ENJOY the absolute decadence. Remember to forget the price,order what you love,enjoy and dream about because no matter what it is it will be worth every penny or calorie there is and after a long tiring day of shopping youve earned this delicious treat.Just go!

My fav ice cream brand and we regularly go out to eat as family over the summer. Yesterday, Sunday I got ice cream shake made which is no where close to what it should be. Does the team need a training again for selling $8 some change shake so it meets the franchise standards.

So we got two Banana splits and a Belgian chocolate milkshake. It think it tasted alright. Not as amazing as I expected it to be. Too pricey for me though.

Closes at 9:30 but apparently they stop making milkshakes at 9:20. Mind you it says that no where. Sounds like a bunch of lazy teenage employees to me.
