The strawberry cheesecake cone was really amazing and so was the death by chocolate. The quantity is really a lot for the price. Loved it. Would definitely come back again.

This is my spot for a banana split flurry. They have different shakes u can get. They even made a strawberry shortcake shake for me. Great place, staff is friendly and fast.

Every thing was great about this place. Quick, clean, friendly, nice seating and good quantity. I ordered banana split and I was happy with the taste and the portion served. They greet with smile and than you for your business. Will stop by again to try other things.4 stars - It’s painful to take 1 star away because I have had banana split which was better than this one. I love all fruit parfaits. Other dairy queens dont use pie filling. I was disappointed . They use maraschino cherries in juice, pie filling isnt as good.

King Kone is the best ice cream shop.Drive through open every day til 11pm.The staff is always friendly and nice.We go once a week there have been times twice.I always get their hot fudge cream puff. My hubby gets their strawberry cheesecake shake.But they have a huge variety of soft serve and hard park ice cream.They even take credit and debit cards.

Community minded. Gave permission to Garden City High School football team to have a car wash fundraiser.

There ice cream is good but like Dairy Queen better

We stopped here with our grandchildren on a Wednesday night and could not order a icecream, they told us that they could only serve a baseball team that had already been served and were eating there icecreams behind the shop. there was no one at the window and we were told to go to the drive thru so we went down to dairy Dans and spent our money there.

Got strawberry cheesecake in waffle cone. Really nice flavor. Loved the crunchy cheesecake part in middle. Got nice good place to sit. Servers were very friendly. 4 stars just coz I didn’t get the flavor I originally wanted, they were running low on that but i ma. Ot gonna give that coz I was not at all disappointed with what I got.

You have to wait in line, place your order at the window and them wait some more. Not like dq or every other drive thru place where you place your order before the window

King Kone is one of the best ice cream places. There is a good amount of seating so my group of 7 was comfortable along with multiple other groups. We all enjoyed the ice cream we ordered. Id like to try the vegan soft serve next time. Wish they had vanilla vegan soft serve. Will for sure go back.

King Kong has a wide variety of Michigan icecream, shakes, shelves, and soft serve icecream. Friendly staff and are very informative. Staff was able to describe multiple flavors of icecream and their ingredients. Thank you ladies.

Ordered small strawberry Sunday yesterday at approx 3 pm. Received small drinking cup filled with what seemed like semi melting hard ice cream whip cream and strawberry . The giggling little girl who gave the... whatever it was, seemed liked she thought it was a joke in process. It was hot, I worked in the heat all day and I was not about to go back. Not a happy customer

I just moved from Utah and yesterday I went to King Kone for the first time. The beautiful seating area is what first caught my attention. Then when I got to the window I was greeted by the sweetest young ladies who helped me sort through and decide exactly what I wanted. Great staff, beautiful building, yummy ice cream? I think yes. This is my new favorite ice cream place

Always an enjoyable experience and often open year round with late hours for the few who have late night desires, or us odd ones that still enjoy ice cream on a cold day😁😂. I love that they allowed the employees to paint the tasteful cow trash cans, its cute.Employees are nice and always smiling. Prices are a little high but not terrible for the portions you get. Banana milkshake is my favorite.

I went to this location the other day, Wednesday April 29th. I showed up at 9:40 with a large line. I waited because I wanted some ice cream.. I got to the window at 9:56 and they said they can’t make what we wanted because they were closed. I feel that they should have came around and said that to begin with instead of having me sit there for almost 20 minutes. Biggest waste of my time.

Had way better ice cream and service than king kone. What’s up with the napkins being more expensive than ice cream. At least offer one with each order. Didn’t they tell you to do so. Tired, stop looking at your stupid phone and your head will feel ten times better. And more reasons to make it such a bad experience but for now it is enough to mention these headlines

Always one of my favorite local Ice Cream places. To me thier soft serve is the best in the area. Not overly sweet and always creamy and fluffy just the way soft serve should be!

I came to this location not too long ago as it surprised me it was still open in December, the ice cream was great, and I had a good experience with the food. However, the employee seemed like they were having a bad day and I felt kind of attack when I requested a little more extra on our ice cream which we paid extra for, the employee seemed to be mad they had to do extra work, but honestly, I remember it was getting dark, and Im sure they had a long day which is why I still rated it 5 stars. I try to support small businesses but every time I come here I tend to run into bad employees, not to say every employee is like that at this location, however, maybe its just my bad luck. I still recommend the Dairy Queen in Westland next to the Kroger as I enjoy how there is a sit-in area with amazing deals (For example on Tuesday they have two medium dipped chocolate cones for $4 which is nice) But like I said this place does serve great ice-cream I just wish the employees were more blissful to how they treat us.

This is the finest ice cream shop around. When you get a malt, they make sure its extra, extra malt-y, just the way I like it. The employees are friendly and fantastic, and its a really neat old building, been there since the 40s. Highly recommended for a quick stop on a hot day.
