Fast service

This is not the 1st time that this has happened we get notifications emails and text messages saying that are package has arrived and left at our doorstep and turns out that it is at a different location other than the one that was specified in the description to deliver. Luckily it arrived next door to My Neighbors house if it had arrived at a different location I would have never received my package. If this is the case and your packages do not arrive to your doorstep but to a different location I would not recommend I would highly not recommend fedex. It is a shame I cant put negative stars on to posting publicly my rating.

Super friendly staff that went above and beyond to help me get my packages shipped.

I gave it one star because i could not give it no stars. Amazon shipment was not delivered. Cant seem to get right address they always leave it at my nieces or my sisters rarely does it reach my house. Our addresses are on fromt of house with 4 inch numbers. Today tracking says they delivered but not within 4 houses all relatives this is a rural area. Had to have amazon replace and reship. Hope its not same driver this one Evidentally can not read.!!!!!!!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Completely disappointed. Wasted a full day waiting for them to deliver my package because I had to be present to sign. Just for them to flat out lie and say they attempted to deliver the package today which I have cameras to prove they never stopped by. Very unprofessional.

Had a huge international package to be sent today! The nice fedex lady helped me from filling out paperwork to packing my package in a good size box to save me money! She was very helpful in every way!! Fedex if your reading this take care of her!!

I needed tile for my house and when I got it was all broken I ordered again and the same thing

Its a FedEx shipping location. Staff is usually prompt and courteous, havent had very many issues, but then I generally have my own labels printed and in place before arriving.

Have to call all the time to have them pick back up packages there carriers delivered wrong they speed in to the residence all the time then get hateful when asked to slow down I wouldnt recommend FedEx for nothing who knows who would get your items
