This place is worse than the post office man.....but the employees are always pleasant and willing to help at anytime. The reason this harbor freight is like the post office....is because they are BUSY..

By far this is the smallest dirtiest and worst harbor tools Ive ever been to. They only have one cashier open at any given time even if its super busy. The layout is also a lot worse than all the other harbor tools that Ive been to.

Always love this place for inexpensive tools and home improvement items. You can usually get on line and find 20% off coupon.The items quality may not be the best. Items such as peghooks are the similar to Home Depot for 1/3 off the price.

As always Harbor Freight comes to the rescue. I was going to rent a fuel pressure tester kit from AutoZone but it was $165, I looked on harborfreight.com and found one for $18 on clearance.

Great place for what I need for all my projects

The lady cashier was very friendly and helpful. Found what I needed, got in quickly and no line and got out quickly. Masks are required to enter.

Offers low quality tools at a really cheap price. Expect to wait a long time to check out if the store is at all crowded as they often only have one cashier who also answers the phone and does customer service.

Best store in town for good tools at cheeper prices

First of all, prepare for full parking. It gets full sometimes and hard to find parking. If you cant find parking and cant go in reverse because there are three more cars behind you, you may have to drive out to Harbor Blvd. and bust a U turn down the street. The store itself is well stocked. It seems to have more variety than the store closer to me. Customer service is a 4 out of 5. Most employees are very nice and will help you if you ask. There are a few that lack customer service skills. Store is well kept and organized. Overall a good shopping experience. Line does get long though pandemic or no pandemic.

Reasonably priced for reasonable quality tools. I wouldnt say that all of their tools or category of tools are top of the line professional grade but theyre not some cheap set of tools either. Customer service could use some attitude adjustments at the counter and thats mostly because I feel management has some communication issues, but thats just my opinion from my own observations

I was able to return a tap and die set in early November. I had the original bag but did not have the receipt. And I didnt even buy it at that location. Because I had a harbor freight account it made it easy to return it. Just by using my phone number and identifying the harbor freight I bought it from. No-hassle return.

I call them often to ask if they have disposable gloves on the shelves. They usually dont. However, that doesnt bother me because the G.G. store along with others in Orange County have a program of donating those gloves and other vital assets to help protect local front-line medical personnel. A fine idea and great way to support community. They had plenty of everything else, too.

I occasionally from time-to-time go to harbor freight. so far theyre tools have held up and the two line is getting better along with the power tools. The harbor freight of today is a lot better than it was 10 years ago. Go check it out.

Harbor freight is a good place if you need something at the last minute. overall their tools are pretty good some of them are not so good every tools kind of a hit-and-miss youre going to have to just check them out for yourself. I mean as far as longevity I dont know how long their tools will last but the stuff that Ive gotten so far has lasted. this is a great place to stock up on wrenches they give you pretty good deals on wrenches metric and standard. They also have things that you wouldnt even think they would have but check it out.

If you are concerned about buying products made in the USA then do not shop here. All products out of the United States. I needed one item and l did stop. But l would only shop here for an item. So let say out of 35/stops in a year l would stop here once.

Big boys Toys r Us! We all know it! Ive learned to appreciate Harbor Freight since a Snap on wrench can cost as much as a whole set of Pittsburgh sockets. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Stock is pretty well in stock. Lots of parking. Lots of specialty tools, especially for automotive. Hey, if you only use it a few times a year why spend triple. Pros, thats a different story, you know what I mean.

You can find some great buys here. I found a set of flared wrenches of comparable quality to Craftsman and about half the price. They have items which are their own private labels which are knock off of brand name items. Know what you are looking for and you cant go wrong. Many items have lifetime warranties. Sometimes checkout can take a while as they do get busy at certain times and they have a limited number of registers.

Decent stock levels, never enough cashiers at this location. Always a huge line.

It was my first time visiting the Harbor Freight tools in Garden Grove California. The staff was extremely friendly. Girl behind the register went out of her way, without me asking her, to find me a coupon discount on the item I was buying. She managed to get me money off and two-year free Harbor Freight Club membership. Cant ask for much more than that. Store was stocked, organized and clean.

Shopping here for years, everything is made in China and the quality isnt as good as the name brands but its super cheap. Any hand tool that breaks they will replace and they offer a warranty on their power tools. Great way to learn a new craft since you can get what you need for woodworking, welding, plumbing, you name it, at a fraction of the cost. Once you know what youre doing and what you really need, then you can get the good stuff somewhere else. Always use the online coupons and save even more.

They had what I needed and were really fast getting me through the line but their shelves looked empty, maybe they were getting ready to re-stock. Still a good experience.

Store was out of stock on many items, the selection was minimal, there was only two cashiers, one was busy with a return, the other was alternating between answering the phone and processing customers purchases. Not like other stores i have been to.

Limited parking spaces

I am not a big fan of these kinds of stores but my husband loves coming here and getting great deals on items he needs to work on our Volkswagens and for upkeep of our house. We have never had a bad experience here and he will continue to come here for the great deals they offer.

Nice when its not busy . The staff is helpful. Definitely are times when it seems they could use a few my check stands. But all in all a cheap alternative to home depot or Lowes. But be warned majority of the power tools are not meant for hard use, they do have a good return policy tho.
