Went in to get my AC recharged. They couldnt do it there was some sort of pressure leak. They dont do AC repair. They didnt charge me the Chevy dealer wanted $200 just to look at it. It will be cool soon.

They ruined my rim when trying to rotate my tires because they couldnt get one of my lug nuts off. Went back there to see about getting compinsated for what had happened and the manager gave me a hassle so I guess you learn the hard way on who you bring your car to for work to be done on it.

Had oil change and front brakes done. Very courteous and Professional People that work there very Happy with work done, And the price! 399.00 per axle for breaks,parts and labor included just tax No Added Costs or misleading. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!

Do not go to this store. They are crooks. Lied to me about failing emissions and would not refund my money for failed sticker. Went to another shop, they reported that my battery had been removed to force inspection failure. They gave me my passing sticker.

Big help. Showed me things I need to get done and tipped off all my fluids. Even cleaned my windshield. Very happy.

Went here to get the car inspected. They had just brought the car in and when they were told there was a family emergency they said “no we’re almost done”and refused to let us leave. They then continued to lift the car up and look at things without any concern about us having to leave while there was an Emergency. Ridiculous. Never going here again. You lost a customer.

Quick service for an oil change. Watch out for them trying to sell you stuff you probably dont need. Anyone can easily change their air filter for half the cost with minimal or without any tools. Some parts stores will replace it for free if you buy the filter. They didnt push hard on the up selling but dont just give in because they recommend something be changed or replaced. Always get a second opinion.

Whoever worked on my car stole cash from the center compartment. Over priced oil change. Ive been going there for years and theyve now lost several customers from this.

I brought my car in for SpeeDees 17-point oil change, so, oil change plus basic checkup. Everything seemed to go well, and the report I received when I picked up my car didnt mention any problems with the car.The morning of the day after the oil change, I went to move my car from its usual spot, and I noticed that the car was leaking oil onto the asphalt, which it hadnt been doing before. I gave SpeeDee a call and let them know about the situation -- I was trying not to be one of those rude customers who makes a big fuss and blames innocent workers every time theres a problem, but the fact is that there was a problem, and because the leak didnt show up until after the oil change at SpeeDee, that raised a very real possibility that the mechanic who did the oil change couldve done something that either caused the leak or made an existing leak worse.I brought the car back in to SpeeDee so that they could take another look at it to see what was wrong. The manager took a look at my car, and then he and I discussed the situation. During that conversation, the manager insisted that the leak must have been caused by preexisting issues -- a little bit of rust on the dipstick, and some leakage around the edges of the oil pan that hadnt been enough to cause a noticeable drip before. He refused to even consider the possibility that one of his employees could have done something, even accidentally, that caused a new leak or made an existing one worse. To be fair, it is possible that the car could have had some preexisting issues when I bought it used last fall, but if the car had any kind of serious problems at that time, it probably wouldnt have passed state inspection. Also, my car had gotten a clean bill of health from SpeeDee itself just the day before. While I was talking to the manager, he mentioned that there wouldve been a description of the preexisting issues on the report I got after the oil change, but I had brought the report with me and I was able to show him that there was no mention of any problems with my car. The manager just said that the problems shouldve been mentioned in the report and left it at that, still not admitting that any of his employees might have been responsible for causing the leak. I spoke with another SpeeDee employee a minute later, while I was trying to figure out what I should do next to get my car fixed, and the other employee gave me the same spiel that the oil leak in my car mustve been caused by preexisting issues with rust on the dipstick and leakage around the edges of the oil pan.I took the car to a dealer for a second opinion, and as it turns out, the preexisting issues with my cars oil pan and dipstick were fairly minor. The major problem was that the bolt that had been used to plug the oil pan was the wrong kind of bolt for the make and model of my car, and it didnt fit -- the bolt had been jammed into a space that was too small for it. The mechanics at the dealer had a lot of difficulty trying to unscrew the bolt with a wrench when they attempted to get it out, and oil pans arent supposed to be that difficult to unplug. The bolt was crammed in so tightly it ended up shearing out the threads it was screwed into, and the mechanics at the dealer had to replace the oil pan (and also the dipstick, since the little bit of rust on the dipstick made it impossible to connect the old dipstick to a new oil pan).In short, my car sprang a noticeable oil leak right after an oil change at SpeeDee, the dealer found that my cars oil pan had the wrong size bolt, and the people I spoke with at SpeeDee insisted that the leak was caused by preexisting issues but had never mentioned anything about a wrong size bolt.

The people that work here are genuine and hard working. They check literally everything (I had my license plate light out that they fixed - not something I would ever check) and take the time to explain whats going on with your car. The prices are right and theyre quick as well.

The place is fast and efficient. Used to enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee while waiting. Covid took care of that. However the staff remains professional in their jobs.

Popped my boyfriends tire. Claimed it wasnt their fault even tho my boyfriend watched them do it. Tried to make us pay for the damages they did on top of a full priced oil change. I will never come back here. I dont recommend going here for anything. They always screw up.

Went in for a state inspection and oil change. They did a wonderfull job and kept a space open in the oil change line while they were doing the instpection. They really are very good at customer service at rhe Gardner location.

Always go here, staff are friendly and efficient. Masks are required right now, plus there are some chairs outside. Oil change and sticker, in and out in about 30 mins, awesome!

I had the engine lubes oil and transmission fluid changed. The tech suggested that the rear differential should also be changed as well. I have had the vehicle for four years and never thought to have it checked. So I had him change that fluid, too.The vehicle has just over 205k miles on it and the drive train was getting noisy. I also had the wheel bearings checked. The bearings were Ok. When I left my vehicle was quieter than when I pulled in. My tech did a great job and I am grateful to him.

I don’t plan on going anywhere but SpeeDee from now on. The staff here treated me with the greatest respect, went above and beyond in checking out every aspect of my car (air filters, fluids, tires, lights, wipers, literally everything!), and did not pressure me in purchasing anything more than I originally requested (this happens everywhere else I go). I’m so impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly staff at SpeeDee - thank you all!

Great Staff(the mechanics and the blonde behind the counter). Coffee and donuts while you wait. So your thinking mechanics... the place is probably dirty...but no the waiting area and the bathroom are immaculate. The counter girl(I mean no offense I didnt get her name) she comes out and straightens the chairs every time someone leaves them misaligned. The mechanics are good and honest. Everyone take your car here!

I brought my car there for them to change my starter that they charge me for the price of two. Now the car is making a bad noise when you start it and they telling me the starter is fine so they cant replace it. A bunch of teens that dont know what they doing

Service was okay, but desperately need to upgrade payment processing. Two of my credit cards came up declined, and after making calls and sitting on hold, I find out no issues on my end. After 6 or 7 tries, a card finally goes through. Kind of embarrassing standing in a line of people looking like you cant make payment. Will never return because of this. I use major companies like Bank of America and Capitol One, so this really shouldnt be happening.

Good Service, fair price

A good and quick oil change place for the Gardner area. Good professional and courteous staff. I wish they would ask up front if you wished for expanded service as it is uncomfortable to negotiate at the end for the extra stuff. I know that is a standard for these types of oil change outlets, but I think there is a better way to offer extra (required or not) services.

They were not busy (Tue at noon helps) and after a brake light, two new air filters, and the original intention of the oil change and state inspection it was roughly a hundred bucks. They were very nice and the mechanics were very helpful and referred me to West Street Auto for the other side of things they dont do. I felt bad I dont carry cash for tips, or I would have done so, but luckily I have to go back to get it reinspected when I fix some underlying issues. A friendly, quick, and affordable experience.

Traveling through mass. from Rhode Island and dash board light up like a Christmas tree. Pulled in and they were so nice dropped everything to help us. Change and alternator and we were on our way. Very friendly and helpful. Prices were great.

I wont ever go there again. I went for an inspection and they put a red R on my car so I couldnt drive it. They said I need control arms wich I dont need. I had to go elsewhere to get a good sticker and pay for it again.

Im sure I went a really busy time or something, but I was there for like an hour and a half for a job that should have only taken like 10 minutes. They were a little busy. But I sat through two and a half full waves of people. And by that I mean I sat down. All the seats became taken by other customers. They all finished up and left. Seats filled up again and those people left and after about three or four more people coming and going then I got to go. Other then that everyone was nice there. Im just a little impatient.

Your standard SpeeDee station. Ive had my oil changed here a few times and theyve always been fairly fast (out the door within 20 minutes) and courteous. They do try to upsell you on things like air cabin filters but theyre not pushy if you refuse.

Recently went to this place for a couple of issues with my Dodge. I gave a detailed description of what I needed done. Rather than tell me up front that they did not provide one of the services I required, they went ahead and did the one service, and told me after that they could not do the second one, because it was not a service they provided. The receptionist was rude and bitchy. I could have saved time and gone to a place that provided both services. This was my second time dealing with speedee, and will not be returning. Classic way to loose a customer.

I like that they vacuum and Jiffy Lube doesn’t do that anymore. They are also less expensive I think than JL.

Pricey oil changes but good service.

Laughable, the dont know how (and two of them couldnt figure out how) to unlatch the safety catch on a Dodge Dakota hood. The came back in and said it was seized. Nope, opened just fine once the safety release was pressed down (the secondary mechanism usually accessed through the grill). Cringe to think of them taking a wrench to a drain bolt.

I have been coming here for 20 years. I have lived all over MA and NH and still come back. They are friendly and professional. Wifi and coffee are complimentary and there are always lots of magazines to read. I usually just get an oil change but I have had full services like transmission flushes, differentials and inspections.
