Stay away from this place if you need a car to work for at least a year. I bought a car there, lovely Ford Explorer sports track 2007. Car started having issues from the first week!!!! Called and they said to take it to a local shop. I paid a year warranty and 3 weeks later after the car dies everyday the local shop tells me alternator is done. I called them and tell me 😂 they only engine transmission and drive axle assembly. So people check the vehicle you want to get carefully. They really don’t care about customers. Only about Money. So sad I paid for it in full otherwise I will just give it to them back. A car I got for me and my four kids was supposed to be fun, and became a nightmare for us. Specially summer time and it’s so hot!!! Bad people!!! I will find the time to sue you people. Lucky my kids keep me dan busy.
Stuck with a lemon and don’t let them electronically sign just skimming over contract. Their contract has you signing away your rights to lemon law.If your not a mechanic or have one to go with you don’t go. They use 30 day temp plates so they don’t need to inspect them. Then when you go to get the inspection it won’t pass and they hold to the ‘as is’ policy you signed.Not worth it bought the truck and had to bring it down for a repair then when I asked about inspection was told don’t need one until I get plates. When I took it to my local inspection shop found out there are 2 major things to be fixed and a horn issue. When I called I was told it’s covered under a warranty.*addition called never received called back after message as the commented to call.Temp plates run out today (it’s at shop so not like that matters) but I was told no worries last week when I called to say we haven’t received license plate and registration. So even if it was fixed and could pass inspection we still wouldn’t be able to drive on road.

I bought a vehicle here, and it only took about two hours from walking in the door to signing the papers. They are very efficient, friendly, and patient. I looked at a dozen or so vehicles, Josh was there to answer any questions I had and made sure everything went smoothly. Id give half a star if I could. Knowingly selling me a car that has a major issue that when I pump gas it literally STALLS and wont start until like10 minutes later. Asked them if there were any check engine light they said they had fixed it but refused to tell me why the light was on in the 1st place. And of course when I call and explain their answer was: Yea, were sorry but theres nothing we can do to help!

DO NOT BUY AS IS VEHICLES HEREI read the reviews and there were some good and bad. I should have just stayed away. I guess when I deal is too good to be true it really is. I wanted to assume the best. The car I purchased lug nuts were loose and we drove almost 400 miles home. We could have died.The transmission is done amongst numerous things. None of these cars are inspected or serviced. I mean they are not even cleaned before you buy. There are a lot of cars on the lot and I thought well maybe they will have someone wash/vacuum it while we finish the deal.. NOPE. I did purchase a warranty, but Im going to have numerous claims on this. I dont even want to give one star. Ive never had this happen to me.

Horrible experience!!! My sister bought a car from here 2 weeks ago. The entire break system and exhaust are done! We test drove it and it felt fine! But I guess that’s how they get people. They do whatever to their cars to fix it up just enough until the customer gets home and it all falls apart. My sister bought a Chevy Malibu from them and now it’s unsafe to even drive to the mechanic (2 miles away). We’re hoping not to find more issues when we do get it to a mechanic! We should be compensated in some way! This is terrible business.

Got the truck on July 22,2021. It’s August 18,2021 I have $8,000 for repairs. Give you a quick breakdown.- 3 days after buying the truck the check engine light comes on get it check it’s a bad thermostat ok not a problem $500 to replace it.-7 days later take it to a dodge dealership said my differential is leaking $600August 16 the icing on the cake. Driving with my 4yr old son in the truck next thing the brakes line break. Had to drive the truck in the bushes to stop the truck so I won’t hit no one. ( my son is good just shaken up)Have the truck tow to the dodge dealership for them to tell me the cost for repair will be a little over $6,500. Call the dealership they tell me to go to a mom and pop shop. Not even a month with the truck. I feel like I got a lemon.

STAY AWAY from this place they sold me a truck and once I got home the check engine light came on. I was a little worried about it at first but the truck seem to drive fine so I brought it to 4 mechanics where I live and they all said the motor was blown so I let auto spot know and they refused to do anything about it he said he would have his mechanic fix it and at this time the truck is no longer running they had it picked up and kept it for almost 3 months while it was being “fixed” then they finally call me tell me its ready so I go back and everything seem good it was running again sounded good so I brought it home and next day on my way to get it inspected the light come back on for same exact code it was before so at this point I just wanted my money back I was paying insurance and a car payment for a truck I couldn’t drive so I tried to get my money back and they said no as long as they were willing to fix it again there was nothing I could do so they picked it up again and this time kept it for about 2 months nothing got done to the truck he finally realized the only way to fix it is to change the motor so now he tries giving me another truck which I wanted no part of we went back and forth for a while but eventually they decided to refund my money but not before they tried to scam me out of almost half of what I put down they said it was for sales tax which doesn’t make sense cause the sale was voided there was no sale it took me 8 months to get my money back some of which I won’t get back cause the whole time I had the truck I was paying insurance for it……this was my first car buying experience and it was horrible….for anyone out there reading these reviews pick a new place

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO BUY A WORKING VEHICLE, They are all a bunch of con artists and sold me a car 2 weeks ago. I took it to a mechanic and even they didn’t want to work on it in fear that it would be a liability for them, this is ridiculous, the car was 6k and only 88,000 miles, they never disclosed any type of issues about the car except that I needed a new carbon air filter.
They have bait cars on their website as well as car gurus. When you get there the car you saw online wont be available and they will try to get you to buy something else. The dealer named Johnathon (cant remember last name) gave me a down-payment quote on a truck he knew wasnt available for 3000 over the phone. I caught him in multiple lies within 20 minutes of me being there and he started getting defensive. The only decent trucks they had were at least 7000 more than the truck he gave me a quote for over the phone. Then when attempting to buy one they switched my down payment amount from 3k to 7k. These guys are sketchy to say the least I would never recommend them. If youre thinking about coming from out of state save your gas and toll money you will waste that and your time with them.
BUYER BEWARE: do yourself a favor and don’t buy a used car from a place that writes fake reviews online. These guys will put you in an overpriced rust bucket as fast as they can and let you die on the way home! Great business!

I was there this week. I was surprised how patient Omer and Sanchez were with me, given that I showed up almost closing time and had my five year old daughter running away and stalling the process. Omer took me around the HUGE inventory lot and helped me with two truck that I liked but in the process of moving cars out of the way for me to test drive, he came out with one of those. Fully loaded and since he knew I wanted a moon roof he brought me one with it. So basically I tested the pontiac torrent and loved so I came in to do paper work and was real real short. I’m a single mom I brought in all my savings and wasn’t enough so I had to scrounge all my cards to get it to the already really reduced price he cut it to. So I did while Lana was asking me for money for the vending machine, Omer went and put in the dollar for her to get a snickers. The bathroom was super clean and tidy. The salesmen were all sweet and attentive to Lana and I. I had to return next day to bring the rest and they were all so helpful and friendly and masked up. I absolutely love my new SUV thanks to Omer. And on top of that, when I left with my new whip I took my key from my ex car, so I had to bring it back and again Omer was super patient yet again! Told me one thing over the phone so I drove up 3 hours in the heat in an unsafe car for them to tell me something different. Not trust worthy. Waste of your time. Spent over $100 in gas to be lied to by the owner who wasn’t even apologetic and offered no help. Take your money elsewhere.

They sell trash vehicles. They look nice but have a ton of unseen things wrong with them. We purchased a vehicle and we didn’t even make it home before it broke down. Called them and they are not making right by us and that’s with a 90 day warranty that we purchased. The truck can not be inspected and is a total loss!! $12,000 gone cause of these scammers. Do not buy a vehicle from them they will rob you!

These people do not care about their cars and barely know anything about them. We were paired with a young guy to go look at their cars under 10k. Each car had an issue immediately, they made an awful noise and lights were coming up on the dash. Anytime we asked if they knew what exactly was wrong with the car we were hit with an “iono”. Outside the carfax these guys know nothing. So we ask, can we take it to a mechanic? They say yes only if he comes to us. So be prepared to bring someone you know if they can even get a good diagnosis at all outside the shop. Anyways super unprofessional, not helpful, seemed like they didn’t care that I was even there and they keep texting me about the car with an abs light that they wanna sell me thats about $2000 more than its actually worth. Get a grip

Almost $3000 in repairs so far...$930 or the car wouldnt even start... another necessary $600 and $1470 that wasnt needed right away but sooner than later. Friendly people but of course they have to be that way or they wont be able to sell you one of their clunkers...fair WARNING: If they try to downplay an obvious problem you see or hear the car has RUN AWAY FAST!!!
