M J Traders cannot complain as far as how clean the van for my daycare is. mind you these 10 seater vans are gold where I come from which is Pennsylvania, there hard to find. cant say if the mechanics is 100 percent but i know i got a good deal especially how prices are today thank you guys hopefully many years with this van and i can get some more from them.

Found these guys online i called them worked out stuff with financing.Drove down to check out the van I was gonna purchase spoke with the salesman bout a couple things and he was more then happy to help me out with what I wanted for the van.It took about two days for everything to be done drove back down finalized all the paper work and drove my van rite off the lot.Overall great experience buying from these guys great hospitality great customer service and I would definitely go back for a second purchase

He drove to their storage lot and brought the van we had in mind over before we arrived.The van was kept in great shape and had minor needs to get it to our version of perfection! Aaron had back up vans in mind if we needed, but this specialty handicap van was perfect for our family!The company understands how tough it is to pay for a handicap van when you are paying for all of the needs for a handicap person! That being said, they priced this van low to help our family as much as they could! They dont lie about any issues and are up front about everything.Aarons enthusiasm and love for the job showed, and we knew we were in good hands! (I am very picky about my vehicles and also who I buy from). If I am uncomfortable or annoyed with a salesman or their team, I will walk out.Aaron was just the first part of this wonderful experience! However, I want to give a shout-out to Mark Gross, who helped me with some key information about buying remotely. Ive had very mixed experiences trying to find and buy a car from a different time zone and Marks responsiveness and professionalism were a breath of fresh air.

Great place to buy a used car. I got a used car from them back in January of 2020. Its a father and son owned business. Joe the father is a sweet guy and his son Frank is a very nice easy going guy always looking to work with you with no hassles or gimmicks. They provided great service as salesman and i felt comfortable being there. Frank let me test drive it with no issues just as long as i left my drivers license and i drove it around the block a few times. I literally no joke was in there for about an hour and 15 minutes and i drove out of the lot as a happy customer. Its been about 7 months later and the car is still running in great condition.as he said. So there cars you see on-line is how you see them in person. I look forward doing business with them in the future and referring people to them. Overall i was very satisfied with there business and service. Car still runs great.

Probably the best car dealership experience Ive had. Everyone I worked with were %100 accommodating with any an all questions I had. They allowed me to look at every inch of the 06 Subaru Forester, even letting me take it to a mechanic to lift the vehicle so I can check everything. No pressure when negotiating and completely honest businessmen. The customer service before, during and even after the cars purchase has been great. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them again. Great business and very friendly people. Hard to find these days.

I had bought a Van recently from there and Mark and his staff are very professional, friendly, and reliable. They always responded in a timely matter and the buying process was quick and easy . I had some concerns in buying a used Van, but Mark assured me and gave me his word, that if there were any problems he would take care of it for me . The Van was from out of state so I had to get NJ Inspection. Because of the Pandemic, I was not able to get inspection right away but four months after I had bought the Van I finally got my registration and was able to take it for inspection. The inspection failed, I called Mark right away with my concerns and with no questions asked, he said he would take care of issues and cost so that we could pass inspection. I bought my car from their North Brunswick location. I just paid off the loan only to discover that this dealership never sent the title to the finance company in the first place. Now its supposedly my responsibility to obtain a duplicate title. Stay away from these guys.

Questions were being answered patiently, they helped me get insurance and send me on my way. They recommended me to a sister dealership to drive another car as well and I was grateful. You can answer better service. Their car selection is pretty extensive. Just like everywhere else you need to be thorough when you check your automobile because not everyone is perfect in sinding flaws with automobiles. Its a quality place to find a decent car. Bought an Astro van thought it was well got home and the break system blew on it I had to replace that first....rain storm came along and I find out the truck leaks threw the roof and windshield due to issues that have been wrong with that truck for a while!! And a few other things had to be fixed 4 grand later and I am now able to drive it without issues this place is a scam..... guys are nice but the van they sold me was dangerous and Should definitely not been sold for that price definitely disappointed...... oh and this is not to Mention the medical bills that have Accumulated from the break system blowing out while I was driving I ended up getting 14 stitches in my head .... for all who want to buy here please be careful I don’t want you guys to end up with the Situation I am in now !!!!!!!!

People working there were amazing very family oriented and super friendly. However, I got a car Santa Fe 2004 from them expecting it to be at least good enough to pass the inspection. The car failed the inspection. The car so mess up that I have to pay 2600k to get it on the road. Im a college student I cant afford that. Belt,right spring is broken, both axis is serverly damage, wheels are practically trash according to the guy who inspected the car. I even went to another local mechanic and he also failed the car. Really felt ripped off cause I have to spend double the amount for what I got the car for. Could call them and tell them this but hey why would they care they got there money. On top of that the car wont start anymore freaking brilliant.

DO NOT BUY a car from THIS DEALER!I bought a 2004 Audi S4 (Worth $49,000 new). This dealer sold me the car with many problems and did not warranty anything out of it. Car had bad tires, worn out breaks, worn out wipers, BAD starter, and most important a bad clutch (It was a 6 speed manual). I ended up spending $3,000 in repairs on this old Audi. Most of these items that went were wear and tear items, that should have been addressed prior to prepping the car for sale. If your cars motor dies 1 mile after you sign the paper work and drive off the lot, theyre response will be Oh Well. The car even had minor body damage. Was I foolish in buying this car? Yes. Is MJ Trader an unethical business selling used car without inspection? Yes. Ultimately, this dealer just buys cars from auctions, cleans them up a little it inside and out and puts them out the lot for a fully listed price. They do NOT make any necessary repairs. The car even had old oil in it.
