If zero stars were possible that would have been my choice! The store opens at 8:00am I arrived at 7:59am exactly, I watched the manager named micheal( no last name available)open the door for an associate but refused me entry! Then made me wait until 8:05 to enter. Disgusting attitude truly poor customer service and early in the morning at that. If you have your job then quit, if you hate your life then find something you love to better give it meaning! Don’t work in a field we’re you have to deal with other human beings constantly!

Dont believe anyone that gives them 5 stars because what a dump of a place. People their are dumb and dont know anything. Stay clear of this place.

An hour passed before I picked up my prescription and I still had to wait extra time to get it. This new pharmacist here has no idea what she’s doing. She picks and chooses who to help. They also allow other people to cut in front of you when you go to pick up. Do yourself a favor and choose a different pharmacist.

Had such a wonderful shopping experience at this cvs location. The customer service was amazing- one of the employees, I believe his name was gio, helped me and another customer find our items and he fixed the coupon machine while helping us out!

Horrible pharmacy! I do not know where they hire these people but the last 2 times filling a prescription and asking questions is a major obstacle. Staff is rude and cant answer basic questions. The lady I spoke with Yaris, dodged all of my questions and answered with nothing but attitude. You are getting paid to do a job, dont speak with customers like we are wasting you precious life.

I went today to pick up my meds today. The pharmacist did not wear mask at all for at least 10 minutes filling prescriptions during the whole time. She should be fired immediately for breaking New Jersey Law related to Covid - 19 state restrictions. I spoke to manager, called CVS costumer service and reported this incident to the State. I hope that she will loose her job. Pharmacist should be an example how to comply with rules not to avoid them. Shame on her and on store management that not enforcing NJ law. I was shocked.

I was working doordash, so I had to shop for the items. Gio was really helpful in helping me carry things and find things. If you need help look for Gio!

Phone service is horrible. cvs need to step it up.

The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. I have never been able to have a prescription (for a common drug that I get filled monthly and I know they always have in stock) ready in less than 3 days. It generally takes me calling at least once a day for 3-4 days to get them to fill it. It’s mid boggling how it takes a pharmacist 3-4 days to count pills and put them in a bottle. My child could do it in under 5 minutes. Actually, I could probably send said 7 year old to get a pharmacy degree and fill it himself in less time that it takes CVS.

Generally has the sale items & I have found the staff to be helpful.

They don’t deserve even a star. Very very rude staff. The guy with eyeglasses that maybe is the supervisor or the manager is the worst of them. I had an issue with my extra care card and the cashier called him for assistance. Without seeing me in the eyes he did a price modify and left. He didn’t talk to me at all, he didn’t listen to me at all.And I was trying to explain that the price modify he did wasn’t the solution because I couldn’t use my coupons and couldn’t get my extra bucks. But no one listened to me. It’s not the first time that that guy (supervisor or manager is rude or gives a hard time to me). I don’t know why this people work in customer service when they are not good with people.

The pharmacist is very rude and she was yelling at me through the phone after I asked her politely to repeat the answers as I did not hear her clearly. The pharmacist is an Indian lady and shes very rude and nasty. She has no patience for providing customer service. She must be terminated.

This place use to be nice, everything on the shelves, staff was nice . Now they got nasty attitude people there ! I spend a min of $100 a week here . And I am considering going somewhere else due to the staff and lack of inventory.

EVERY TIME I’m here I wait almost a half hour on line because they only ever have one cashier on duty and there’s always a soccer mom taking a million years to make a return making the poor cashiers life a living hell. Get more help for Christ sakes !!

Had 2 bad experiences trying to pick up 4x6 photo prints. It took 3 different staffs to look for it. Don’t want to say staffs are incompetent, might be something wrong with the way they organize things?

This place sucks the morning crew completely lied to me about the one of the printers getting fixed and I waited a total of 4 hours for pictures to be done, you guys should hire better people and not liars, and also I waited an additional thirty minutes when I got there and I have to print the pictures twice,

They close earlier than there time schedule. When asked if they can give me my medicine that I really need, they replied they close the registers, and when I pointed out it was 5 mins before their closing, they replied sorry, which they were not.

I never write reviews however the service i received from Kasey and one of her colleagues(didnt see her name tag) was outstanding. They were very understanding and provided top notch customer service. Its been years ive seen such service from a retail employee it cannot go unmentioned. Thank you. Satisfied customer for sure!!

I get a script filled every month that requires a pre-cert and each time it’s the same problem! Staff never follows up if pre-cert is complete and I have to pay cash for script!! I’m done with them! Incompetent and lazy pharmacy staff!I had another script they kept telling me is being ordered it’s been over a month and I still don’t have my medicine!!! Unacceptable!!!I have seen customers a few times getting upset with this staff... obviously they are the reason. Sometimes it’s the customer but NOT here it’s ALWAYS the staff! They called my wife telling her the medicine was ready for pickup the next day. They make my wife walk 30 mins to the store with an infant just for her to be told that they do not have the medicine ready. Then give an attitude and say they dont have the medicine and wait until they have it, maybe wait a month. Never ever going there again.

They are usually good. Except when i was prescribed a controlled drug i needed for anxiety. I was already prescribed two that i had adverse reactions to and when i was given the third they treated me like a drug addict. Until i offered to give them the unused pills that i couldnt take. They should of just asked me for the old stuff in order to fill the third. Maybe its the tattoos Ive had since 1988. But thats called profiling.

Place is ridiculous. Expect to have to wait for ever for the smallest things.Thing that pissed me off the most is when they sent me away pharmacy for getting there before 9 I waited in line 5 min and then they said for me to come back next day. If they werent so damn slow about everything then they wouldnt have such a long line. So it became my problen because I couldnt get my grandmother her medicine she needed.F- rating. I dont know how anyone can be happy with this place. I got there on time. So they took care of all the customers on line except me. Still Super pissed about that.

The local is good. The prices are a little expensive for the quality of the products. The associates are kind but 90% of my visits there wasnt anybody at the register and they made me wait about 7-10 minutes.

Lol! what a cruel joke! my Wife is waiting for hers medicine 7th day now.. 7th FREAKING DAYS! Forget about estimate time of arrival, no such a thing there. I honestly dont know who hired those people! Useless, careless, lazy, rude, uncompetent bunch, thats all! Best part is when my wife gets calls from them about her medications, always same story, everything is nice and dandy, meds are ready, but when im there i always need to wait about hour till meds WILL BE READY FOR PICKUP!!! Propably boosting their stats, how quick they are. PATHETIC! I honestly and faithfully hope, someday all of them will be FIRED and this chem shack will be closed pernamently! Those people dont deserve to work anywhere, useless and totally braindead! 3 days more and there will be no need of picking up ordered meds!!!

Always expect to wait long lines especially at pharmacy. Their short staffed. Only 1 cashier in the front and 1 for the medicine pickup. I always dread having to go pick up my refills. Expect to wait long time..
