I have just moved to NJ and I handled reserving my storage unit online. Lourdes called me and was so courteous and knowledgeable over the phone. She was helpful with some questions I had finishing my online paperwork. My storage was ready when I arrived. Everything at the facility is very clean. Lourdes is a delight! We met the day I arrived.

Their parking situation is a nightmare and the storage access hours are limited, considering other options for comparable prices.Update: going on 2 hours waiting for parking
