This people dont know how stalking even

Truck was nice and accurate size and model but why bring the truck by 8:30 when I was promised to have it by 7am? My whole week was thrown off because of it even though corporate gave me a 10% discount for the delay. Next time, call this branch in advance to make sure they have your truck ready for the exact pick-up time! Other than that, they wouldve deserved 5 stars.

A really place to have a ride

I was sent to his location by Penske 1800 number but I was suppose to pick up in Passaic which is 3 min away from this Garfield location which is John he said he will call them to make sure they have a truck and says they are not answering I said I will go there it’s 3 min away he tried to hold me in his location to miss my appointment to get the truck from his location and he does not even have the truck I requested and reserved but he wanted to miss the appointment and have no options but to get a truck from him which very very bad and unprofessional business tactics. They guy wouldn’t let me speak all he says is Chill business is business if all he do is chill he needs to find a different business to open where he will be able to chill. Trucking business is time sensitive where you can’t not just chill and hope everything will be alright. I went to the Passaic location and I was treated with respect and courtesy and professionalism and that’s where I will go going forward and everyone should go if they want to be treated with respect the guy John didn’t even offer my pregnant wife a a seat and she’s 8 month and. Half. What a shame but the Passaic location made the whole experience way different from what I experience at Garfield location with John.

If I could leave no stars I would do so.John is the most unprofessional, disrespectful guy I ever met.he wont let you speak at all and will just tell you to chillax.He needa to work on his communication skills first.

Make sure they have the truck you want or else you get something bigger that can be cumbersome in city traffic
