This was my first time getting a storage unit. I walked in, unsure of what I needed, and desk employee was very friendly and very helpful. She made sure I got the right size unit and that I got it for the best price possible for the time I needed it.

I found this facility online and believed it to be a good mix of fair pricing and space while not too far from NYC. Melodie the facility manager was lovely in helping find a mix of space and pricing for my needs and explained everything in detail. I’m very pleased that I have less clutter around me. Getting in and out is usually no problem and I’m a huge fan of the loading bay. A+.

The receptionist Theresa that greets you at the front desk is excellent helpful and informative. The place is very clean and easy to get to the units. The storage units are easy to navigate.

😖Disgusting!!! Dont rent here unless you want to go through what Im going through!! 😒The guys are great, but this place is infected with rodents😳😱😨 and they dont even tell you😡 until it happens to you. 🤔 I had everything from my 3 bedroom apt. There was mouse drippings on half of my stuff. 😡 all they told me was all the insurance... what do you think they are going to do. Give them the cleaning bill? This is disgusting. They didnt offer a refund for a month or 2 nothing. They will take your money🤑💲 and charge you late fee💲💲 after the 5th quick. ✔️No customer service 😒 or loyalty to their customers 😕 Im so disappointed. I have pictures to post and will make a video tomorrow to post.

There was rat droppings in my storage unit and the price is always going up. Noone answers the phones and when you leave a message like they ask you too, they dont return your call. I had to drive 1,200 miles to get my stuff out of storage and had been calling for a week .that resulted in me paying for a whole month of storage, because I couldnt find out the information I needed. They are not professional and are way over priced. They have no generator so my husbands expensive guitars were need new pick guards due to power outages the have so very often. There are more photos., but Im just done and so disappointed. They are not a place to trust your possessions in if you need to move far away.

Ive been there for a few years and in that time, the rent has almost doubled. Earlier in 2016, i received my yearly rent increase of .$30.00 which was almost 3 time the normal increase. After placing 2 phone calls to the DM and leaving messages, no call was ever returned. But the amount of the increase did not take place as notified. When paying the monthly charge, many times there is no one at the office to take payments. Overpriced and possibly understaffed as well! There may also be a rodent problem.
