Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but the place looked a bit like a tornado had just swept through. Seemed very unorganized. I also noticed that there were no prices displayed on any of the furniture that I looked at on my way to the back of the showroom to see the bunk beds. When I asked about pricing the person who helped me clicked around a bit on her phone for a few seconds then quoted me $750 for a basic brown option and $1800 for a slightly nicer white option. Ive been to five furniture stores this week and those prices are definitely on the high end for the beds in the pics attached. The fact that the prices are not transparent opens the door for the whole size em up shenanigans that I really detest. I just got the sense that the whole approach there is a little shady and got the heck out. The only reason I stopped short of one star is because of the limited nature of my interactions.

Seller was LEO!I hope this can help someone, but RUNNNNN FROM THIS PLACE! THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU GET YOUR ITEMS OR NOT!! Bought a king size bed set, delivery was set for 5 days after purchasing, no time was given when it was going to be delivered so I had to be home all day and cancel anything planned. The drivers finally came and brought everything in, when it came to the bed, the bed rails were completely rotten and full of dust!!! There was dust everywhere and having a daughter with leukemia made me worry. They said they would get it fixed but it would be for the next day. Its the next day and 15 minutes till 9 pm, and no one has came to fix anything! I’m so upset! I keep calling the seller and the store and no one can give me a honest answer on when someone is coming. I was over charged for delivery just for this joke! I literally have the new mattress set up on the floor. And having a child who can get sick at any moment and have a unexpected hospital visit i cannot be waiting here at home, I had to cancel all plans today too! I’ve never felt more disrespected in my life!

Do not waste you’re time at this store. They have poor customer service and communication. I worked with Anna back in April and got a gray sectional. When it came time for delivery, they sent a black sectional. Apparently, they were out of stock of the gray and decided to send whatever they had left. No one called to tell me it was out of stock. Anna took it upon herself to scratch out gray on the invoice copy and put black. When I called her to figure out what happened, she was less than concerned. They tried to force me to accept the black sectional that I did not order for a free rug! Do not shop here or be aware that you may not receive exactly what you ordered!

Leo was great but they do not go into detail about the 3rd party if you’re leasing for 90 days. (90 days helps so you don’t have interest accrued) They don’t even communicate with the ppl who does the loan or let you know when the next payment is due. (You will have to call them) That might be your only problem especially if you put down a lot of money like I did. The 3rd party won’t have it but will have the set up payment. I recommend you pay everything upfront! P.S I got everything delivered when it was supposed to.

This is one of the best furniture stores I have ever visited in Dallas, they had everything we needed, very good customer service. Mara is super nice and did everything she could to help us. I will definitely shop here again.UPDATE......This store will force to give them good reviews before leaving their store to get a discount. I gave them a good review on January 1st before purchasing my order. They told me that I will receive my order by January 31st. I have been the one calling since then, today is March 8th, they have never called me to give me an update, I have called the several times, and each time I did, they promised to call back, but they never did. I do not wish this store and their extremely rude employees anything good in life for the kind of stress they caused me and my family. I called them today, and the guy I spoke with was annoying and rude, he wouldn’t let me talk to a manager, he kept talking over me and told me to calm down. I regret ever visiting this store. This company has very poor communication. Ive ordered furniture in January and here we are in March and still no furniture. Anna dodging my calls about my order. Which I could have easily went to another furniture store and Im pretty sure my furniture would have been in my house the following week of purchase. Came here last night excited to get me a couch. But my grandmother and I were NOT GREETED! they ignored us as we walked atriums the entire store and no one asked us not once did we need assistance. We spoke and no one responded so we left out. Also the furniture looks beautiful but feels very cheap when you sit on it. Should be called 0 star furniture 😌. Very disappointed! Y’all should have been excited to get this stimulus money 😒

I had to edit my review to fully give you guys my experience.Weeks later my furniture came but partial of my Item was broken due to the delivery guy using the wrong tools while setting the Funiture! So pay attention when their setting up your stuff! and they also delivered the wrong chair.So All of a sudden it’s impossible to get in contact with Leo (Manager) that’s the only person that deals with purchases/finances. So Am presently going through hell to get them to bring my correct item and to fix what they broke. I would NEVER EVER USE THAT COMPANY AGAIN!

Was completely fooled into a $3000 credit commitment on a $1400 couch when they said there would be no interest for 90 days. Then, this $1400 couch was not even made well and had a huge tear in it after a month. Unless you’re paying full upfront, and you’ve made sure it’s of good quality, do not do business with these people!

I purchased my Living Room set and a Massage chair from 5 Star Furniture. They have the most competitive pricing and you can practically order anything the major Furniture stores in DFW sell at a reduced price. The level of service that Sam gave me was very attentive and patient as i went through all of my options. If you are looking to buy furniture for less, they are the best option in town.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! We called to see if they had a dining set that they advertised online. We spoke to Anna Martinez and she confirmed that they had it, but that we would need to come into the store to order it. We came in that afternoon and ordered the set. Unfortunately the set that we ordered was not the set that they put on the paperwork. We called and asked them to correct this, and Anna said that she would take care of it. She never called back or texted. We called again and now her story changed to “we have the table but only two chairs” so we asked her to cancel the order. She said that she can’t do that over the phone and that we would have to come back into the store to cancel. Instead of offering a refund for an order that they cannot fulfill she said “we already charged your card, so just come in and pick something else out.” I’m not sure exactly how many times Anna lied to us. We were given excuses about why we couldn’t talk to a manager. We filed a dispute with our credit card company, so we will be okay, but I would not trust this company—or their salespeople. I didn’t think service was very important at a furniture store, but I was wrong. Based on other reviews, my experience was not unique.

We had a wonderful experience here. Dennis helped us out and gave us a great experience with his legendary customer service. We were very amazed that Dennis was fluent in English, mandarin Chinese, and Russian! He gave us a great deal that we couldnt walk away from. Leo also helped us out and made us feel right at home at their store. I will refer all of my friends and family to this store whenever they are in need of furniture. Great deals!! A++++++++

The service here is really bad! No customer service at all. You have to chase them down for a delivery date and time. Also they are not on time with their deliveries as well. Once you call they transfer you to Leo and will never pick up phone. I will never buy from here again.

Horrible customer service, management is deceitful. I paid full price in store for a furniture set and was delivered the wrong one. A week later they brought the correct one but tried to charge me an extra two hundred dollars (I did not agree to this) so the delivery guys left and came back in the middle of the night banging on my front door and windows so hard they nearly shattered, my kids were so terrified I called the police. Worst experience ever! Stay away form this place.

Comes to find out the original bed room set i order from them they NEVER had in stock! So I just a substitute bed 2 months later! With no apologies, signs of remorse or anything THEY WILL DO WHATEVER JUST TO MAKE A SALE!I took several days off work to stay at home and wait for furniture to come that never came until I started asking for a refund they finally came with the rest of the furniture with still IS NOT correct they delivered unmatching night stand and dresser chess like I wouldnt notice! The financing option helped me out tremendously as they were able to do 90 days same as cash. I highly recommend.
