My mom bought a massage chair JPMEDICS KUMO in this store 3 months ago. The chair mades in Japan and it does massage very good. It does full body massage and also has heat at the calf. The sales man is very enthusiasm and knowledgeable. My mom really love it and especially for her back pain. If I can, I would give more than 5 stars. Thank you, Isingtec

My family went to Isingtec to take 2 karaoke package, for living room and basement. The manager told me which one is really I actually need. After that my friends came to my house a lot to sing and tell them go to Isingtec.Thank you Isingtec to advice exactly what I need.

I bought KOK Mx 71 karaoke mixer usb from Houston store location for 1500$ and it only last 3 months .Sales man named is Sơn võ was recommended that brand (KOK Mx-71 mixer)and I only play less than 10 times .anyway if you know to fix it I will ship it back to you to repair and sales it to someone else

Staff is knowledgeable and price is fair, but service after the sale was bad. Called 7 times for the list of musics they promised before they finally sent it.

When you go to the store, they offer and the price is very reasonable BUT when they sell, thats the new story worth mentioning. I bought a massage chair a few months ago and is still under warranty. I called to tell them that my massage chair had a bit of a problem, no one answered Phone, in the end I had to go to the store to see them, and they would show people what was wrong with the chair! But they made me pay $ 100 for their service !!! What does that mean.?, irresponsible sales, if the goods I buy are no longer warranted, I agree 👎👎👎. After sale no good
