I shopped at BB&B to get my son and daughter-in-law a housewarming gift. It was a single cup Keurig coffee maker and a little selfish on my part because I love coffee. So I also got them k-cup hot chocolate because my son loves it. They were very happy with it. Great price and color selection.

They didnt have a good selection of king sheets when we were there, and the ones they did have they wanted too much $ for them. They also didnt have alot of colors in their sheets, just basic pastels and whites.. so boring

Asked an employee for help and the manager pulled her away and told me someone else could help me. But didnt get anyone to help. She said you can look online. If I wanted to look online then I wouldnt have wasted my time coming to the store.

BB&B has a weird business model these days. Very good prices on name brand cookware brought me into the store - but as we picked up some odds and ends the bill shot up. Basics like storage containers and bins are way overpriced. Just keep an eye on the price stickers because the shock comes unexpectedly from smaller, unbranded items.

Situated in a nice shopping center with plenty of parking. Great gift giving ideas.

Just found out that you cant use your coupons on a sale item. Also the young lady that opened another register asked if I found everything I was looking for. When I said no and told her what I was looking for, she did not respond to my answer. She just ignored it. Her customer service attitude was very cerebral.

Nice store our customer service guy was great I dont like the fact that they are involved with political issues we as shoppers all have different opinions so I believe the store should remain neutral and not put your beliefs on anyone

Store was disorganized and had a horrible odor

The store seems to be understaffed and those that are there dont seem to have much knowledge of what they sell. I had to go there twice in the same day because the first product I bought was not adequate and there didnt seem to be anyone there to help me figure out what I needed.

Just shop online. You can hardly find the place and they no longer support their products they sell. No more easy returns. Will not shop here any more

Worst store to ever order from. Been almost 2 weeks since I ordered. Money came right out and I check the status and hasnt even been shipped yet. Will never order anything ever again. Same thing happened to my wife last year. She ordered it in store to ship to the house and it took 4 weeks to get it. When they said 5-7 days.

We found 108 inch long curtains. Staff helped us with ordering online for our lofty windows. Much cheaper than Amazon Prime. Its cooler already folks...great staff!

I like the new (bigger) location and always feel that the products are top quality. Staff has been helpful to me. I always seem to take a long time shopping here because there is so much to wonder around looking at.

I usually go to the Bed Bath Beyond at Concord Mills. This one was nice as well. Several folks asked me if I needed assistance and all were friendly, and not pushy. Selection, as always, was good and this one was not nearly as crowded as my regular store

Great new location. This listing replaces one near the Walmart up the street. It is definitely a place to come to for all of your kitchen, coffee (vast selection of k-cups) and other needs! Great selection of kitchen knives too. Dont forget your coupons! I will say that it is worth stopping by Target next door for bath towels and bedding. Even with the coupons, you might find something comparable. The selection at here though is better. We traveled to both and found a much better selection of bed quilts here.

Was shopping for wedding gift and was helped by a wonderful lady. Cannot remember her name but she made shopping great and helped me even with checking out.

One of my favorite places to visit. Price are a little high but the coupons and sales are great.

The customer service was excellent, I had a return and the manager was accomodating. I will stop there again.

Really good place to shop lots of inventory lots of diversity they seem to have all the Necessities plus a lot of really interesting items they also have a lot of the As Seen On TV things so if youre looking for gadgets or things that you have seen they probably do have it. To prove a point we travel all the way from Gaffney South Carolina to Gastonia North Carolina just to check things out once in awhile. Another good thing is if you have a coupon and it has expired dont worry they will accept them we were there yesterday and I had a coupon that expired about a month ago and they said absolutely wonderful no problem well take it. Their team members are really friendly really helpful so give them a try I think youll enjoy it.

I enjoy just browsing through this store, it is well organized, neat & well lit. If you sign up online you will receive 20% off one item coupons & occassionally 20% off entire order. Plus you get notified of specials & sales. Beyond is right, they have almost anything for the home you can think of & maybe even what you never thought about. 🙂
