Easy to work with the staff...and they had everything I was needing
Purchased a washer and dryer from them and my washer was acting up so it went in to service made my last paymentThe washer and dryer with me still having the loaner washer never got my washer I paid for back and when I went up there he gone tell me we tried to deliver but they was delivering it to the wrong address I will never ever do business with the again

BUYER BEWARE !!!Ordered a bed set from them on August 10th 2020. A month later I was still calling and trying to figure out when the bed would be delivered. I finally got a call and confirmation about a week ago (sept 21 2020) that my product could be delivered yesterday (sept. 25 2020).The workers there lied about the contents of the purchase. I ordered a 7 piece set and received 5 pieces. They delivered a bed frame that cannot be used because there is nothing in the center to hold up a box spring nor mattress.I am stuck with a king sized (empty platform) and head board. Mu husband and I will have to go to Home Depot to purchase wooden slabs to build the bed ourselves. If we wanted to be Bob The Builder, We would have constructed an entire bed set from the beginning in the backyard and save a couple thousand dollars.I am appalled at the service. This place needs to be shut down. The lack of courtesy, the lack of customer service and the unprofessionalism.
We were told our Amana Washing Machine was new when we rented it in Feb, 2020 (6 months ago). However, the agitator would move to the right & stop. Wait 10 seconds. Then it would move to the left & stop. Wait 10 more seconds. It would repeat this process for at least 5 minutes. Then it would agitate correctly~ left, right, left, right,~ for a few seconds before stopping. It would then go back to the move to the right & stop...wait...move to the left & stop...wait.This was the washing pattern for this Amana washing machine. (The Amana dryer that we were also renting on the same agreement worked fine.)When I called about this concern the first week after receiving this machine, I was told by the person there that this was just how the machine worked. Since my clothes looked clean & I hadnt owned a washer since the 1980s, I went along with it.Two weeks ago this washer worked as usual. This past Sunday, however, the entire directions panel stopped working...all lights went off...the tub wouldnt move on its own although you could easily spin it manually...but water did enter into & drain from the tub with no problem. There was noise underneath the tub, as though something wanted to move the tub but couldnt connect with it. Also, the machine would not shut off except by my unplugging it from the wall. It also would not turn back on via the panel. But it DID turn back on every time it was plugged back into the electrical socket.I called Rent-A-Center at 10 am Monday, August 10th, & spoke with a salesman who said Jose would be in around 12 noon...that Jose was in charge of repairs and problems & that Jose would call me back.I waited. My husband, Mike, called me from work at noon, saying Jose had called him & told him it sounded like the water pump wasnt working. Mike told him it was more than just a water pump since the panel wasnt working, too, and for Jose to please call me at home.Jose called me a half-hour after speaking with my husband. Jose said he would send out a Whirlpool mechanic to come & take a look at the machine.After telling Jose several times that my machine was not a Whirlpool but an Amana, Jose finally explained that Whirlpool makes Amanas.I explained to Jose that this machine was supposedly brand new...had come from the stores showroom floor while the dryer had come from a warehouse...and either was a new machine with a bad manufacturer defect or was not a new machine as told me.I told Jose that I had planned on coming in this month and paying off both machines but that I no longer wanted to pay off a new washer that suddenly stopped working...needs to be repaired...and could easily stop working again after paying it off.Jose told me that if the machine was repairable, I would have to accept it...that thered be No substitutions even if I was willing to pay the difference for a more expensive washer as I proposed.I read my signed agreement to Jose about What If My Item Breaks? Dont worry! Well fix it, provide a loaner OR replace the item at no extra cost while your agreement is still active.Jose said this wasnt true...that theres a process I would have to go through: Get the machine fixed...if it cant be fixed, THEN thered be a replacement.I told Jose thats not what the agreement said but he kept repeating his process. I told him I did not want to pay for a new machine that broke down when its only 6 months old and used twice a month since its just my husbands and my clothes that get washed.Jose told me he would no longer speak with me...said I was being argumentative...and that he would only speak with my husband from now on.Then Jose hung up on me.I called Rent-A-Center back...made arrangements with Phil to send BOTH machines...washer & dryer...back on Thursday, August 13th between 4 pm & 6 pm. The two men who came for both machines on Thursday were respectful and very nice.(I took pictures of the condition of both machines since you do not receive any paperwork when sending things back..)
Im just overwhelmed with a distasteful amount of customer service these folks have. Lack of communication. But i bet if i dont make a payment.I will get top notch communication. Lucky in about 4 months ill be paying my account off. And i will never deal with them again. Arrons is the way to go. Next time.

Should be 0 stars. Extremely rude staff, no inventory! You’ll feel rushed and talked into something you don’t even want, go to Aaron’s or Bestway!
The staff is always friendly and quick to help. They have been nothing short of great. I have nothing but good things to say. Jose the manager always satisfies any request we have.
The ones complaining are bums. I paid weekly for two years on a PS4 and washing machine. Fell on hard times and was immediately helped for several weeks. Will be back very soon for more toys!!
Terrible experience...... staff is nice until sale is complete. Not willing to work with you if you fall in a hard time and even if you return item they will take you to court for additional fees.
Slowest and rudess employees. Need to realize every one isnt after to get you. I dont steal. If you think i do then call police instead of getting your obviously lover( manager) to defend for you

I will never purchase anything at rent a center again and I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this rent a center. Very bad experience and lesson learned
Love the fact that they were professionally enough to come set up and not make a mess of my home they were really tired and play got everything I needed

Appliances dont work, and Management thinks its cute to keep customers waiting all day without so much as a courtesy call... Last time doing business here. Ill go back to an actual furniture store!!! 😞😞😡😡 Expensive lesson learned..
