I wouldnt deal with this company ever again. Bedroom set its not feasible for a man with disabilities. Had it 12 days because I tried to make it work my husbands leg kept getting caught in the side of the bed. And Juan came out to pick up furniture and said he realized what I was talking about and know that would not work. Told me when he gotI was also told manager Chris would get in touch with me with them on business day and did not ever call me.back to the store he would leave my deposit money and I could pick it up the next day just sign for it. After 4 days of I got to talk to my manager. So 5 days later he decided that he would give me my deposit money back. After I have contacted the corporate office twice. I dont recommend this store very shady. And the district manager over the store was supposed to call me Chris within one business day and never called me at all so I called someone that is over him. This is utterly ridiculous this place is a joke.

I have had my furniture for a year and a half well it’s started to have wear and tear on it. I am still paying them as we speak. I have been calling for months and months to keep being told that the store manager who’s name is Juan isn’t in. They will call when i owe them money but when it comes to a product that I’m purchasing from them they could care less. Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure to work with and i wish i could find a corporate number to report to because this store is highly unprofessional and they don’t care about customer satisfaction. I’ve been getting a run around for months so I will soon be going to another company. It’s ridiculous

Disappointed is an understatement! I will try to make this the short version... we bought a couch from best way in July 2019 it was deliver damaged. After calling and complaining they came and swapped it out for another one. In this process they knocked a hole in our front door and ripped the trim from around the door. I was told by deli you personal to contact the store. So I do... al this point I have a hole in door, no trim, and another damaged couch in my living room. I spent $350 replacing door and trim. I was in contact with the current store manager who suddenly was fired... I then contacted the new manager who would never return my call! She was suddenly fired. The current manager has drafted out 3 payments in the last week and has yet to return my call regarding this. I contacted corporate on Friday and was told I’d hear from district manager in 1 business day.. no call. So I contacted corporate Tuesday and was told I’d receive a call from regional manager WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY.. no call. Now it is Thursday and I’ve yet to hear from anyone. This is a horrible way for a company to provide service to customers who have always been in great standings with y’all!

Associate named Will has extremely poor customer service skill, presentation and knowledge of his work environment. When asked questions on the phone, this employee verbally threatened to the point of wanting to meet to fight. Still hasnt been resolved and they have my deposit as well as billing me for a living room set I never received. Stay away

Do not go here!!!!!!! The sales representatives was nice management refused to give me back all of my money!!! What I signed up for was affordable but after the contract was typed up it was a different price!!! Not only do they charge a processing fee but they charge it for every item you get!!! So you buy 7 items that’s $70 in hidden processing fees!! They told me nothing about an extra processing fee! Do not go here!!!

I had to revise my rating from a 5 to a 1!! Manager Mark left and Im already having issues! I recently had back surgery, on top of other health issues. Mark always worked with me and did whatever he could to help, especially after I had to go on long term disability in May. My check never comes on any certain day, so I can usually expect it around the last 5 days of the month. When I started receiving calls from Bestway, I called and was told by a very rude person, that he is the new manager. I explained my situation and told him I would call as soon as I had my check in hand. Today, I received 2 more calls, and a door hanger! If I hadnt been paying on my ONE piece of merchandise for 10 months, I would just tell him where to put it!! Does anyone know where Mark is??? So frustrated!!

Dont set up auto pay with them? My bank called and told me that they charged me twice. Later that day Best Way called demanding more money. Had to wait all day just for the product to come only not to get all I requested. Product was damage.

Got a ps4 from them still making payments. So far they were very nice when I filled out the paperwork and they have called to make sure we are enjoying the ps4 and there were no questions and concerns. They have a great system there and I like terms of the contract. Helping me raise my credit score with a reasonable weekly price. I gave 4 stars because I live about 5 min away with slow traffic and it took about 5 hours for them to deliver the ps4 to my house. (said they had to drop it off so they had proof I lived here)

Ive been renting a bed here since feb its been broken ever since I got it. They then brought me a replacement bed which was also broken. I had to wait months for service checks. The lady manager here is rude and there customer service is even worse. I will never rent anything from here ever again.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! They have hidden fees they never mention to you! Its over $35 additional on payment! Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with! They have a add ON THEIR WEBPAGE that says if you find a price cheaper we will lower your price or its free, yeah they do not honor that! Just stay away!!

Don’t rent from them if I could give them 0 stars I would I’ve been renting a phone for almost a year never once missed a payment and I called to get an extension I usually pay on Saturday I asked to give me till Wednesday and they said no. I told them well don’t take the money out of my account I’m canceling this and you take take your phone back. They are rude and inconsiderate.

Wish Id never gotten my sofa there. Its not the quality I thought it was. They started taking payments out of my account although I didnt authorize that. Now they say I have a late fee because I cant pay today--my usual payment date is the 15th! Terrible customer service.
