My favorite hair store love nice and clean

I get all of my hair supplies here, reasonably priced and the staff is wonderful! 10/10

They watch over you like you’re going to steal something constantly, you’re being watched and I can understand that people may have taken things but don’t watch every African American as if they’re going to steal like the others! Discrimination at its finest and for that reason I’ll continue to go to Jamco which is a minute down the road!

Very neat and orderly.Cashier was very knowledgeable and a very friendly attitude.Some of the best oils.You should check them out.

I use to work here.. The employees are polite and go out of their way for you. However the owner and the manager are very rude.They talk to people rudely and treat them very nasty. Old wigs need to be replaced with new ones, where the employees take lunch break should be bigger,for 8 hour shifts lunch should be an hour not 20minutes and they should get a 15 minute break through out the day and the employees should be paid better.

Went here Last week before work and wanted to add to my collection of amazing hair pieces. Miss Angie was so amazing to help me pick a beautiful piece to make my look complete. So wonderful for her personal one on one service. Definitely will come back and refer all my friends to this place. I received so many compliments at church today! Fabulous!!

A lot of the wigs here are overpriced and I kinda felt like I was being hovered over while looking at wigs. Also, the wigs on display looked unkempt or needed to be switched out, so it was difficult to tell what the integrity of the wig actually was. Lastly, some employees did not say excuse me while I was looking at products and whatnot. Yikes.

I love shopping here. EVERYONE that works in the store is very friendly. And I love that they always open ON TIME. I hope that they continue to get more products over time. There are a few things that I need for clients and I have to unfortunately go else where to purchase.

Store is immaculate,spacious,and sells a plethora of beauty supplies. I didnt have to worry about being followed as I shopped. Store associates were friendly,knowledgeable,and helpful. I USE to shop at various beauty supplies stores;but not anymore this store is now my go-to-store for all my hair care needs;not only mine but my family as well. The ladies that work in this store are excellent!! The integrity of each one of these ladies was impeccable! Everyone knew what they were doing, and they were open and honest. Even steered me in the direction of the sale items and encouraged me to make a selection from there! I will make the drive because of their customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Im getting ready to start chemo (and lose my hair) and was finally ready to shop for wigs. Id never been looked at buying a wig or hair before. New Hope has so much to pick from, current styles, lots of colors. The ladies working in the wig area were super helpful and very kind to me. I will definitely be back for more!

Casher didnt have good customer service. Talked to her coworker at the register. Didnt even ask what type of payment. Stood at the register for about 5 mins before she gave us the total.

I really like the store but the Owner and his family I assume are too much! All they do is lutk watching your every move, I be wanting to scream!Yet when Im in Gastonia and I need some type of items I go. This weekend my daughter and I decided thats it were determined to find another Beauty Supply Store.Now they got these new young ladies acting weird working for them SMH WAY TOO MUCH!

Also I got to practice my korean with what appeared to be the owner lol.Store is in nice shape and good location. Everything is organized and they have so much variety! Will definitely be back now that I work in the area. Parking lot looks sketchy tho lol, don’t shop at night!

DO NOT go to this store. I bought a wig and it was supposed to be 10% off but the cashier did not ring it in correctly. When I went back in the store less than 5 mins later I was told I could not get my money back that I had to take a store credit. This is ridiculous within itself as the cashier messed up not me. When I went back to use the store credit (which is a single sheet of receipt paper) I was told that this was not the correct paper. I told the clerk that this is what she gave me and they continuously said that didnt matter that they needed the other paper, which was never given to me. Therefor these people stole my money and I will never do business with them again and I advise you to save yourself the headache and do the same.
