The staff at the old store were rude and unwelcoming. I gave the new store one more shot (idk if they have new staff) but they are all really friendly and helpful

This service i received was beyond terrible, funny considering their name tags say I can help you with that! the older woman with short hair who may have been the manager was by far the rudest woman i have EVER dealt with. I would rather drive all the way to Shelby to go to that Cosmoprof before i ever stepped foot in the Gastonia location again.
