We just filed a warranty return and got our full credit. We had to take some photos and upgraded to a traditional spring based mattress with pillow top!

I have had the chance to visit 3 times and make 2 purchases and every experience was smooth and easy.Brian, the Area Manager, took the time to explain how to buy a mattress and walked me through the process of choosing the best bed. Well, the start was good until it was time to get the mattress. They didn’t have it in stock at the store, no problem. Went to the distribution center to pick up. Someone didn’t call to make sure it was in stock. 35 minutes waisted. What about compensation for that??? Follow up is key.

Its always proven difficult to do this when buying mattresses. I understand this business model, and why and how it works, but its always been an unpleasant experience for me. Do not listen to the price match guarantee. It states if you find it cheaper they will match it plus take an extra 10% off. That is not the case. They will find a reason not to honor it. I have called and spoke with several people and they do not want to honor the contract. It states on the contract that if they wont honor it they will give it to me for free. Yeah right. This place is a joke just go straight to the manufacture and skip mattress firm all together.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.My grandparents went to purchase a new mattress and was treated wonderful in the store. But it was a whole different story whenever their mattress was delivered.The salesman, Brian Denham, was wonderful and very personable whenever they were in the store. Of course, right? My grandparents even rounded up the price to donate to the foster care in the surrounding area.Now, whenever the mattress was being delivered, the two men that were the delivery guys were HATEFUL. I mean very disrespectful from the moment they stepped out from the truck. My grandfather called Brian and told him about the situation and guess what, Brian’s tone changed. He said “There’s nothing I can do about it, they are a third party. It’s your option to keep it or send it back.”They weren’t mad about the mattress it was the tone and disrespect of the delivery men. All they wanted was for Brian to do something or prevent this happening to someone else!This was an unpleasant experience and disappointed in the service after the purchase.
