Back in 2013 My husband and I purchased a Euro king size mattress cost about $1800 at the Gastonia, NC off of Cox rd store. It was supposed to be better than the pillow top. We were told to flip it and turn it but, as soon as we got it it felt hard to sleep on. I was pregnant at the time and after having the baby I felt it to be worse. A gentlemen come out and put a 2 inch foam mattress pad on top and it did NO good. We read the return rules and everything was against us. They claimed it to be normal wear. My husband had a bad back to begin with but, it became worse along with his right hip hurting. My back developed the same right side back/hip pains. One day My back gave out on me and I was down a day or two icing it on and off with my eldest son helping me to get around. My husband and I had to sleep on the edges each side to avoid the springs digging into our sides. Eventually, My husband and I had to sleep on our couches in order to be able to function in the days from back pains. We could not afford a new mattress because of how much the king mattress cost us.My eldest son was in need of a twin size mattress in 2017 and we figured the bad luck with our mattress was just us being over weight or just being older so we purchased him one at original mattress but, then he developed the same right side hip/back pain as us. Finally, we threw our mattresses in the trash in 2021 as we moved. Our backs will never be the same. DO NOT buy these mattresses. They are junk!!

Purchased some bedding about a month ago and I Love It!!!! It sits high, comfortable and does wonders for my back! Antonio was great...I was sold on a mattress in the first ten minutes of walking in! I will gladly return! Keep up the great work Antonio!!

Purchased a new mattress last week from store on Cox Road in Gastonia. We love our new mattress. The store manager, Antonio Goodine was so helpful in our choice. Everything in our visit was so pleasant. The delivery was on time too. Thank you Antonio!

This is our second mattress from this company. The first one lasted 10 years so we went back when we need to have it replaced. They had a hybrid mattress that felt really nice and soft in the store. So we made the purchase. The mattresses arrived at it our house and was stiffer than the store mattress. I complained about it the first night. Their website lists this mattress as soft and I did not feel it was a soft as the one in the store.I will give them credit in that they did send someone to my house. They did send me a 1inch memory foam topper to try to alleviate the problem. This mattress is supposed to have 4 inches of foam already. It still feels harder than the one in their store.Their website states Please understand that comfort is a personal preference. We encourage you to visit a store to try our mattresses in person if possible We did that, but what we felt in the store is not what we felt we received.They do have a comfort policy where you can replace the mattress buy paying 25% for the mattress you buy to replace the one you have. How can I trust that a different one in the store will arrive with the same comfort level when it gets to my house. They have already proven that how it feels in the store means nothing to how it feels when it arrives at home.The company and I disagree on how it feels. The mattress cost $1600 odd dollars with tax. It will cost me more to fight this that to just suck it up.In the end they have lost my trust as a customer. I gave them a second star because they did come to my house to try to address the issue. However, I would not recommend them and will not buy from them in the future.

We bought a mattress in February 2018 and were very excited about the qualities of the mattress as they have been advertised. The sales person at the store was helpful and we picked the features that we wanted. After a year, we felt the mattress was not living up to its reputation. We have rotated/flipped it as recommended and it is sagging where we sleep. We ordered the buffers for the edges to avoid that sagging and feel that they were left out. The sides are not supportive. For the money we spent, it was not worth it!! This mattress does not live up to the hype that it receives.

Kind friendly service almost 2 years later still look forward to sleeping every night.

Bought the adjustable bases and twin mattresses. Paid $2,858.00. Hate it. Hard to make up because twin mattresses are so close together you cant tuck the sheets back under the mattress. Not good for acid reflux which is one reason we bought it. Think before you buy. Very expensive purchase with no refunds.
