Great dealing with this store. Melissa is great and no pressure in buying anything. I went with the Louis Philip Group champagne dresser and nightstands which are very light weight. I love the color! The price was an amazing deal that I pounced on it. Dont go to the big box retailers if you are looking for good quality and something inexpensive. They do deliver to your door as well. Furniture came boxed and tightly wrapped with styrofoam for protection, they are not playing around when it comes to protecting your purchase.

I recently had serious back surgery and needed a new mattress and box spring. After much discussion about what type, brand, cost I went with Steves recommendation. Wow...I now can get out of the bed without groaning, aches and stiffness. The recommendation, cost and delivery were spot on. Thank you to Steve and Leann for your attention to details.

I am very disappointed with my purchase. This sectional couch was ordered by looking at an online picture. The online picture looked a lot better than the couch that was delivered. In addition, the cushions are so hard, you cannot sit on the couch. When I called store the next day to say that I was not happy with the purchase, I was told that all sales are final and I could not return the couch. Therefore, I wasted my money because this couch will not be used in my home. As I mentioned to the store, you live and learn. I learned to never order any piece of furniture online, unless the store accepts returns if not satisfied. I did not see an all sales final posted in the store nor on my receipt. This was not a good transaction or good customer service experience. Unhappy Customer!

Steven worked really hard to get my furniture in and set before our move in date. We put him under the gun and he delivered!! Outstanding service and quality. He also let me use his air compressor for a few mins so I could hang a section of trim. Who does that kind of thing anymore? Good people!
