I have never left a bad review but this one deserves it. My experience was very poor. I ordered a king mattress and box spring. When delivery guys showed up they didn’t have the box springs. I was told it would take at least another week to receive the box spring. I offered to go to the store and pick one up but the store had nothing in stock. I understand mistakes happen but the attitude from the call center person the delivery guys had me speak to had zero concern or customer service skills. The employee at the store wasn’t much better either. I sent the mattress back and asked for a refund. To top it off that takes approximately 3 weeks.Will never do business there again.

Great customer service. The employee Eli was great with explaining things patiently and thoroughly to my grandmother and great grandmother. The process was quick and he was very informative with explanations and answers. He didnt stutter not even once. Mattress was great quality and a perfect match. Highly recommend at least searching in this store when looking for your next mattress!

Kain is a great person, very helpful. He was busy with another customer when we arrived. We only had to wait 10 minutes which gave us time to look around and sample the beds. We gave him the size and firmness and our budget. He showed us our options with no pressure to buy a thing. One of the best sales people I have dealt with. Thank you Kain, great job.

I came into the store and announce to the sales person Ms. Andrea exactly what I needed. She immediately fulfill my wish within less than five minutes literally! The mattress that I purchased was not for myself it was for my uncle who called in the middle of the sale to tell me to visit another store for the mattress because he thought it was too expensive. Regardless of what he was saying I had already decided that I was going to purchase this bed not only because of the immediate & superb customer service but also because of the no pressure environment Included with the excellent interpersonal communication with the sales person!

Eli stayed past closing time with great patience and answered all questions and proved to be very knowledgeable. We could not pay due to the system being down. I came back today and Eli was helping another customer so Kain stepped in and took care of writing up my order, again met with another great dealer. These two are so wonderful young men.

Great place to shop.Very knowledgeable gentleman staff. So many great mattresses to sleep on. Great quality products to choose from. No high pressure sales. Sleep test all day if you want. Get tested in their mattress suggestion machine.

Upon initial purchase everything seemed to be going great. We were financed through synchrony but still had to put down a deposit of $300(9/4). A week later, I received a letter from synchrony to finalize my approval. During that time no one contacted me to see if we received any info from synchrony about our approval. I spoke with Audretta once the approval was finalized, only to be informed that my bed would just now be ordered that day. In the store when I made my deposit Audretta stated that it would be 3 weeks before I received my mattress set(9/25). Once my 3 weeks were up I contacted her to confirm me picking up my mattress set. She then stated that it would be an additional 2 weeks due to it not being ordered until she received my synchrony information. I was totally unaware of this process, due to her lack of information. She stated that my mattress would be available in 2 weeks but my adjustable frame wouldnt be available for 4 weeks. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with with the service that I received because there was a lack of information given in the beginning. Had I known nothing would be ordered until synchrony contacted me I would have gone another route. I was really in need of a bed only to be mislead about the process and time frame. Sadly, I was dealing with an experienced manager who seems to have only been trying to make a sale and not worry about the customers need. Never again will I purchase anything from here or refer anyone.

Great experience. Charles had us lay on the bed match machine to help provide us options that would best suit our sleeping styles. This helped to narrow down our search. We laid on 7 different ones and narrowed down to 2. But when we walked into Mattress Warehouse we were blown away with the customer service and knowledge of the salesman. If you are looking for a new bed this is the store you want!! Go in and ask for Kain. He was very friendly and gave zero pressure into buying. He didnt seem to be annoyed at all by any questions we had or the fact we had to go back and forth trying to make a decision. We ended up going with an adjustable base Tempurpedic set We did run into a few issues when new mattress and base were delivered that totally was not the stores fault. But Kain went the extra mile to make things right!! He even called us the next day after the fixed delivery to check in with us to make sure we were taken care of. Again that was not a real big issue if they couldnt haul it off but AT LEAST HAVE THE COURTESY of returning inside and letting us know. By the way they delivered a King mattress, box springs and frame but didnt have room to take a full size bed and box springs.(We did find someone that was in need of one) Again, THANK YOU Charles for outstanding customer service.

SCAM!!! Charles INTENTIONALLY sold me a box springs that didnt fit the mattress. Didnt disclose that it didnt fit together (3 inches of overhang!!) I reported it immediately. Waited a week for a response from a manager. Called the manager, who was actually Charles, only to hear Oh yes, those dont fit. Thats a european mattress. But we can extend the warranty to handle any inconvenience. I asked if they even sell standard sizes or the box springs that fits the mattress we bought. He said they only have the one box springs, but he can allow us to return to the store to exchange the mattress and pay the difference for one that fits. When we went back to the store the employees said He does this all the time!! We actually do have a box springs that fits, he sold you that one because its cheaper. Praying they fix this because so far, its a nightmare!!!

We recently bought a house and decided we needed togo mattress shopping. We went into a couple of different stores before we came into this store. At first Charles was awesome, he showed us what mattresses would fit us and was not pushy about us buying that day or buying anything over our budget. Well come delivery day and they deliver a QUEEN mattress with a TWIN box spring. Not what we ordered. Apparently they could not bring another one our till over the weekend. Come the weekend they did not show; we called Charles and his excuse was The system was down. So nothing came of it and he said sorry. We understand things happen but we reschedule AGAIN and they did not show again. They offered us two free pillows but I do not feel like that really fully makes up for all the inconvenience they caused us. Finally a week and 1/2 later they finally deliver the correct box spring. We will not be shopping here agin, and or referring anyone here for a mattress.
