Joseph has an extremely intelligent considerate nice and patient demeanor. He could completely resolved my issue of where is the store in Rock Hill could not do.
I have been to this store twice in the last few weeks. The first time was to upgrade two phones and Joseph assisted us. Everyone knows that this is never a quick process but Joseph was wonderful. He made it really easy and was patient and nice. One of the phones I upgraded wasn’t available in store and had to be shipped. Once it was received, I decided to give the old phone to my mom so I went back to the store to get help with that. I was hoping Joseph would be there again and he was! Again, he made it easy. I was going to get a prepaid plan for my mom but Joseph was able to add her to my account and make some changes to my plan that actually got my monthly bill within a few dollars of what I had been paying previously even with new phones and a 5th line. Thanks Joseph, you are awesome!

It was such a great experience. Joseph showed me the phones he had in stock and then explained that since I wanted to spend as little as possible today that I could use my current phone. He called Metro to get my account number and delt with them so i didnt have to. He was so nice to answer all my questions and make sure my phone was working. GO TO MYRTLE SCHOOL LOCATION!!!! DO NOT GO TO COX ROAD. I have had to visit the Myrtle School store a few times in the past few weeks for some changes on my account. The customer service is top notch. Every one is knowledgeable about the services. I was given some confusing info from AT&T customer service number. After speaking with Tony and Luis they were able to successfully correct the issues. The customer service at the Cox Road location is horrible because I wait for AT LEAST an hour every time and the folks do not seem knowledgeable. Not to mention the customer service is bad. The guy that was helping me the last time I was there told me he was getting off in 5 minutes and that he was going to have to hurry. I always run into something like that when I go to Cox Road. I will definitely only be going to the Myrtle School location from now on.
Luis is the best store manager on all my time being with AT&T for so many years. He tailors your device and account situation to you and makes sure customer experience is at the center of the engagement. Its not just about signal strength, device, and paying your bill. You need Luis to give you that America’s Best Network Experience.
Monitor every bill you get. Att will add things that a customer doesn’t approve of and then charge you. You will never speak to a human being.....because of covid🙈. You know you can catch covid by speaking to att over the phone. Att doesn’t have a problem charging you for things you didn’t agree to, but they aren’t willing to speak to you or try to resolve your problems. Again...... att is trying to make up for lost money during covid, and who best to keep paying for the mansion mortgages of att administration....... you, the customer.

Hey have you fixed my bill issue yet its been 8 months charging for a phone line I dont even have.If anyone else gets screwed from this company I would recommend contacting BBB and spread the word. I went to this location to ask about/setup for discounted wifi thru a program called access but instead the AT&T representative gave me wrongful information to go about the discounted program wich sent me on a whirlwind of issues for weeks & talking to customer service trying to resolve an issue the AT&T representative put me in. They kept trying to get me to pay a high bill that the AT&T representative caused me to have & other issues. This location is scamming people & giving out wrongful info. They are telling people to get the discounted wifi that you need to take your bill to social services to get the discounted wifi rate when social services has NONTHING to do with it. In time you will generate a bill 100$ or more that they want you to pay. What they dont tell you is in order to get the discounted wifi you need to apply to a program called ACCESS first to see if youre approved but instead they set you up for regular AT&T wifi services to where you generate a regular bill that is not discounted wifi wich you will pay 5-20$ a month. Service was terrible & caused me to much stress @ 9 months pregnant. They even cut my services off & didnt notify me. Misinformation & miscommunication & no quality service dealing with them. Beware of the scam!!!!!👎👎👎

I love the experience my mom and i had in at and t store. Its was very fast but u did NOT feel rushed the person I was working with happen to be the mgr and the location I was at myrtle school road in gastonia they were busy and he had a new employee working e everyone was being helped and greeted he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and I had a lot he even gave me suggestions while he was helping me be even helped his new employee and was showing him how to do certain things to help the cust he is a great mgr and I think he should be a regional manager but I also dont want to lose him in the store I like him helping me with my phone issues but I would highly recommend that you send him down to the cox road location and get him to re train the staff on customer service and how to treat employees your not really greeted and it is rushed then they act like they are to busy for u and when u are talking to them it does not feel sincere it feels like they are just there for a pay check waiting to help the next number in line very cold but I have been a mgr for 11 yrs in customer service and i would hire your mgr you are very blessed to have a smiling sincere take your time and I think he needs to be recognized for what an asset you have for your company most of the time all Corp gets Id the complaints well now you have something positive to read for a change I know a lot of people (word of mouth goes a long way)and I will send them to the location myrtle school road to get services and products from him and the staff
The store advised me that unwound be charged a non smart phone line charge.. come to find out they lied.. because I wanted to use a smart phone as a non smart phone line.. I am now being charge an extra $40 on an already outrageous bill. This store does not know what theyre doing.
They will not help you in any way no matter what your problem is. They just dont care.So this is in response to the owners response to my original review, which will not allow me to respond. Its a weak attempt to make it appear as if they actually care about their customers. I spent a good 15 minutes typing out an email to the link he attached to his response, only find in frustration that the link does not work and you cannot email them at all. Its just like trying to call their 800 customer service number, which takes you to some remote call center where you are speaking to someone who barely has a command of the English language. Just be forewarned to anyone who is considering Direct TV and an In Home Switch to cell phone service. DONT DO IT. Youll never get any help from AT&T, forget about getting any help from anyone in the Gastonia store, and your account will be a mess.
