I took a trip there to add my daughter phone to my phone line the service was quick it wasnt busy at all got in and out.

I bought a cell phone with a price of 700 dollars, I returned it after 3 days, they told me it had a 7-day money-back guarantee They did not want to accept it, they accepted that the phone is in excellent condition, they said that they did not see the problem .. yes Do you plan to buy a cell phone do not go to that store .. they are rude and bad people. the phone doesnt work and I lost my money ..

I bought a iphone 11 .. the people who gave me said that I had 7 days of guarantee to return it if the phone did not work correctly .. I returned two days later the phone had problems with calls, the girl at the counter was rude and I She said that she would not give me a new phone, she said that my phone was working correctly, I asked her to speak to her supervisor and she said the same thing in a call that she would not receive it .. I wanted to leave and I felt cheated .. I decided to call store that is in union rd, I told them what was happening and they told me that they had to accept my phone, he spoke with a supervisor and they helped me so that this franklin store accepted my phone .. thanks for your help and yes you want to buy a phone, dont come to this store with rude people who dont care about customers.

I love this store. The girl who has been there a while is the nicest ever. She usually remembers me from where a yr ago my husband was bad off in the hospital and she always asked how he is doing which touches my heart that she remembers that! Where can you get service like that? Not many places these days. So sorry I dont know your name but if you see this you are awesome!!

The store is advertised to open at 11am (its Sunday) and I have been sitting in front of the store for 15 minutes waiting for it to open. The front door is locked, but there are lights on inside. I work 12 hour shifts overnight and I stayed up because this particular store opened before any of the others. Ive tried calling and no one answers, after so many rings the fax machine picks up. Ive lost sleep because I stayed up and now Ill have to lose more sleep because Ill have to get up early to come back before they close at 6pm. Why advertise you open at a certain time if you arent going to open at that time? (Its 11:25am and they STILL arent open!!!!)

Couldnt do anything. Went to the union rd one and they got everything done and I thought to add the last line to the plan, I wouldnt have a problem with going here since they stayed open an hour later and union was so good. I was wrong. Ended up not getting promotion and not getting my number ported. They didnt try and couldnt answer questions.

Really bad experience, location would not answer the phone after many calls. When I went to the location, employee was not helpful and mostly wanted to get back to her phone call (which seemed to be a personal one). Went to the location on Union road and received excellent customer service.

Bought a phone 3 days ago but wasnt sure if I wanted to keep it so I made sure they had a return policy. (7 days) Tried to return it yesterday, but they denied it saying it was damaged. I wish I had seen the damage before I purchased it. I wouldnt have been upset that they were selling used phones as new ones if it wasnt for this. I got suckered. Then they claimed there was no regional manager/rep to speak with. Go to the one on Union Rd if you need a phone, they put me in touch with the regional manager/rep. Still unresolved.

I will be changing my service back to straight talk.no doubt.

Went in wanting to buy a nano sims card for my new phone. Employee cut my old sim card to make it smaller an was going to charge me 15$ for cutting my old sim card smaller! I was so upset. Luckily she couldnt find how to charge me on her computer so I didnt have to pay. I wasnt aware I could cut my sims card that small or I would of done it myself!!
