Bought an iPad Pro from this shop and had no problems whatsoever.

Purchased computer today before 12 pm computer will not hold a charge & returned computer today about 3pm. Owner will not accept or complete return but instead wishes to buy a new battery for computer. State of NC has 3 day refund policy & they are taking advantage of consumers by refusing returns in the poor condition it was sold in. Owner knew it was useless before selling & why offer to purchase a battery if you sold a good product? Do yal know this unethical owner tried to charge $20 to return it stating he will be charged for refunding it after he FINALLY read this & agreed to a refund. Who does business like this? The devil does not care who he uses! DO NOT LET any1 take advantage of your well earned coins or intelligence!!! How are you going to charge someone for trying to do business with you? Do you know he had a nerve to ask COULD WE READ!!!!!! MATTHEW 5:43 Stand on it before you enter this BusiLESS.

I would give ZERO stars if it was an option. He over charges and still doesn’t fix what needs to be fixed charges me $200 to fix my screen and put me on a $40 dollar plan that’s $130 told me I was paying for a sim car too. $70 for a SIM card???? And phone STILL DOES NOT WORK. Keeps giving excuses like I’m not at work today I’m busy come tomorrow every day it’s come tomorrow then tomorrow comes it another excuse. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. This guy is a scammer.

I been there many times to have my phone repaired and my computer he is a professional guy and very helpful i will be back to see him again and i advice to other customers to go see him.

This guy will sell his own child if he could!! Very difficult to deal with and will promise you the world. If you want to be screwed then I suggest you stay away from this con artist.

I bring my cell phone wich I found 2 years ago to ask the owner from this business to unlock and pay 30 dlls and I pick it up and try to used the cell and it doesn’t work so I go back to ask him to unlock the cell correct and he say you have to pay 65 dlls to complete unlock the cell he was so rude and he say first you pay only to unlock the screen so he doesn’t do anything to fix that he say why I don’t return the cell when I found it he tell me I rob this cellphone.

Terrible customer service. The owner of the store sold me a defective device and when I asked for a refund he keep making many excuses and telling me to come back tomorrow. I also overpayed. I had to waist my gas on multiple occasions driving up there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I strongly encourage you not to do business with this man.

Never go here. Ever. I went here to get my screen fixed for my phone, and every time they gave me a date, I called back and they said that the wrong part came. This lasted for over a month. Needless to say, I made sure I got both my phone and my money back. Horrible services, and probably lying about the whole situation. I should have never remained patient, and instead paid attention to all the red flags.

My niece took my nephews phone to get it fixed his front screen phone was broken not the back when she went to picked it the phone the screen the guy put on the front screen was scratched and also the guy broke the back screen and he charged extra t get the back screen fixed

I went to get my sons phoned fixed his phone front screen was cracked not the back was cracked so I paid for it to get it the front screen fixed and when I went to picked the phone up the screen the guy put on it is scratch it supposed to be new screen and also the guy broked the back of the phone and he told me I have to pay $25.00 to get it fixed

Sells FAKE apple products. Would not give me my money back. I am reporting his business to Apple and I will be getting my money back from the bank.
