Very helpful. I had two projects that I had messed up. I took them in asking what I did wrong. I got the info I needed. The vinyl is top notch. Never have any problems with the vinyl, unless it is user error. Excellent selection of vinyl. Readily offers guidance.Has video tutorials on web site for easy reference. I had run out of the color vinyl I needed for a big order and when I googled vinyl stores near me and this SMALL BUSINESS popped up... When I tell you I ran to this store, I ran to this store!! I love to support small businesses and the fact that you can tell the owner takes pride in her business and loves her customers that is just a plus!! I was beyond pleased with the amazing customer service that was provided over the phone and in store!! When I got there I was in shock at all the different varieties of materials. I could have spent hours in there just thinking of all the different crafts, I could make with the vinyl materials there. The owner was very knowledgeable about her products. Let me tell you her prices were AMAZING!! If she does not have it in stock, she will get it in stock for you, with hardly any waiting period. She is very upfront and honest with her customers. I have been shopping on this time online and did not know this little business existed but now I will forever be a faithful customer to this Business. Thank You!!

I was so excited to find this store. I’m an avid crafter and always looking for quality supplies at a great price. The owner is sweet and super friendly. Very knowledgeable about the products she sells. The service she provides offers fast and efficient preparation of your order. You can order online, pay and pick up at the store. If you are unable to make it by the store before she closes, she has other options available for pickup. She also offers shipping at a reasonable price. The Friday after Thanksgiving, I ordered vinyl and got stuck in horrendous traffic. I called her and she waited for me beyond her normal store hours. Her store is well stocked and she always has everything I need!!!

Since I first saw an ad on facebook, I wanted to buy better vinyl for my crafting needs closer to home. I went to Everything Bing and it was all i expected and more. I just recently found this gem a few weeks ago! I have already shopped their 3 times! First off, I love supporting our small business owners! Secondly, this is the best place you will find Siser vinyl at such a variety of colors, and pricing is absolutely amazing!! I was in heaven when I walked in there and saw all those colors in glitter, neon, metallics, and the print vinyl is just WOW! So, now let me talk about Kimberly’s customer service!! She is awesome! She gives you the option to do same day pickup when you order online, which is so helpful! One day she helped me out tremendously by bringing my order to my home! She has a customer for life now! That was truly above and beyond!! I recommend any and all crafters to go get your vinyl from Kimberly @ Everything Bing!
