Ive never had a issue with this store. They have a ton of different items and everything is literally $1. So if they dont have what your looking for then they definitely have something that will work just as good!Staff is always nice.

The merchandise is plentiful and varied. We were able to find everything for a party from the kitchen supplies, paper, and toys. This is the best Dollar Tree store Ive been to.

Very busy. Long check out line. Wasnt a problem because they were out of what I went after. Nice employees.

Recently the church that we go to. This month we were going to help the homeless. the stuff We got. They can use daily .like Chap stick. Socks. Deodorant. Food. Ill put the List on the pictures. I guess after you see the list and how many people we are able help. This is just a group of two Of Us. By coming to Dollar Tree . We were able to take care of 12 people. For under $80. The pastor says there be a good idea for us to get four of these kids together for our cars.so if we see someone. That we could help we would be able to because we have it ready.

While it was super busy the store was poorly maintained and the worker in the picture didnt even have her mask on. The store looked like someone trashed it and the workers seemed like they could care less. Ill go find a cleaner store next time.

Had some items I needed. Out of 8×10 picture frames at 2 different stores. I bought 18 drinking glasses and no wrapping for any of glasses. I found empty store box to transport items home. No enough workers and store not stocked well.

This dollar tree is HUGE. They have a much larger selection than the other locations in the greater Charlotte area. I was pleasantly surprised. This is a really good place to find teaching and school supplies on a budget.

Quite a few empty or low stock shelves - may be from the container ship that was blocking the Suez Canal or pandemic issues. I felt lucky to find all for which I was looking.

Bought two loaves of bread, ( which was on clearance for $0.25 each. I told the cashier they were $0.25, even showed her the sticker. She charged me $1 for each one. She was a horrible cashier.

So I was there this morning at 9:30 and the line was long and the only cashier was blowing up balloons. I called the store and a man answered the phone, I assumed it was the manager. I explained the situation, he paused and came right on out! Great customer service!!!!!

Cheap one stop location and lots of name-brand dollar items

I just want to give a shoutout to one of the cashiers named Andrew. He had wonderful customer service! You also cannot beat the low prices on Halloween candy and decorations. This is definitely one of my favorite places to shop! :)

Dollar tree always have what I need when I have a project for the kids to do.

If Dollar tree didnt have a few things that I really like to pick up there like greeting cards, office products, batteries and few other items that are a good deal for a dollar, I WOULD NOT shop there. Every Dollar tree I have ever been in is DIRTY, trash all over the floors and even in the shopping buggies.

I love this DT it is a crafters dream, several size and color shirts, cute black project options, large selection of glasses, bottles, plates, and cups. Whats not to love at ONE DOLLAR! Gonna miss this one when I move to GA 😔.

The shelves are pretty well stocked. You have a good lower price line of products to choose from. You can definitely save some money.

Generally, it is pretty decent for a dollar store. It just depends on the day, the stock, etc. Today was really busy with two registers and long, long lines. What soured today was listening to the cashiers complain about having to work,and they cant wait to leave. There are people who cant find work and theyre complaining about having to do a job and earn pay. The other negative is I guess they ran out of plastic bags to bag items (how does this happen??) So they are bagging stuff in scented small garbage bags. Not the best if you are bothered by scents. All in all, I cant rate it poorly its a dollar store so its about par for the course on what you get

We had high expectations for our temporary tattoos and we were sorely disappointed. They started rubbing off immediately and are not even permanent. 0/10 will not be purchasing again.

Seemed pretty well stocked but I didnt bother to purchase the items I selected. It turns you off when theres 5 people in line -- most with heavily loaded baskets -- and only one cashier. Meanwhile Ive only got 2 things. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for the first person to make up her mind about what balloon she wanted while watching a second employee play with a piece of paper at the front of the register. He then decided to open a register on the other end and does he take the next person in line as common sense dictates? NO! He takes the last person on the line who just walked up a few seconds ago! Lousy customer service. Wont be back anytime soon.

Best place for balloons

The best place for cleaning products and snacks.

In and out quick, got what I needed for bbq. Store has lots of stuff but seemed it could use some additional help to keep it neat.

Trash all over the floor, very dirty store. One cashier had to keep leaving her register. No other employee would help.

I love this Dollar Tree because it is always clean and theres never any boxes in the floor unless there is a clerk beside it unloading it.

Manager is lazy. Lied to me about availability of an item. After conversation on phone, I dtove to store and there I Located the exact item on the shelf, about 20 feet from where he was stranding. The store was not busy at the time. I am a manager of a business and I can definately recognize poor skills. He needs to move on.

Some things make ya feel like. I been paying $5 and $10 for why aint I been coming here sooner ... Lol ... Anyways super cool store as far as I am concerned I mean why not everythings a dollar ... You cant go wrong just they need help as far as got 14 cashrigisters with only one cashier to check out everybody ... Still it could be worse i could have to check myself out like Walmart.... ... ..

Good place to shop for your every day needs .

They need to check their shelves for outdates my husband had came in to the E Franklin Location and he purchased a whoopie pie and went to open it and it stunk and it was molded the expiration date went out in September 2018. This is unacceptable. I work in retail and we always are checking for outdates. Will not buy anymore food products from Dollar Tree.

Always one cashier working so u have to wait in a line thats 6 ppl deep but the store was organized & clean as well as cool (as opposed to 900 degrees) so I dont mind =)

The black lady with the braids on the register today, Aug 5 2018 around 3:15 pm refused to ring me up because a customer she knew came in. She actually had the nerve to stand there laughing and talking like it was nothing. She needs to be fired!!!
