I shop here three four times a week its a great Store Friendly and clean

Great Customer Service!!!!We came in 15 minutes before closing and all of the employees were extremely helpful and friendly! They had everything we were looking for and it was on sale. We used to go to the Food Lion in Mooresville. We are so happy we moved, the Mooresville Food Lion was always rude and unhelpful. We were so happy to be treated like valued customers. We definitely will continue to shop at this Food Lion!!! 💜

Best grocery and staff in our area. We and our neighbors drive 8 miles and past several stores to shop there.

Good store with bathrooms that invoke feelings of being a kid in the 80s. Mens bathroom is in the back where they store food. If youre lucky youll get to witness a dog fighting ring back here. Feels so dated in this store but hey its a place to get your weekly groceries. So it does the job.

This is my favorite grocery store I just have to ask wear stuff is a lot since they redone the store. So think goodness the employees are nice. I think its better to go of the mornings or late night so you dont have to stand in a long line. They stay pretty busy at the one in Dallas. The store is pretty clean keeping stuff up out of the floors mostly unless they just got stuff in but its still not a mess like most places.

Would like for Pepsi to stock Caffeine Free Pepsi in Gastonia stores!!!

Most everything is out of date, or so close there is no point in buying. There deli baked goods are not good. Prices are terribly high. I dont shop at Food Lion often. The only reason I shopped there was I was with a friend.

Set up differently than other Food Lion stores. A little harder to find some things.

I appreciate being noticed, within 10-20 feet, of the entrance. The female associate offered a dry, covid free, buggy. That says a lot about their care for their customers.

First time visiting this Food Lion..Clean store..good prices...found leg of lamb for $4.99 per pound...great bargain!

If You like cherry lemon sundrop dont go here. They never order enough. However they always have a pile of regular & diet. Youd think after taking inventory theyd realize & order more. Guess they would all rather be out side smoking.

I kind of like food Lion because of their prices but I cannot particularly like the food Lion only Hope which is where this is because I dont like to set up at the store and I dont like the fact nobody has phone signal in their parking lot on top of I just dont like the area and trying to get out of the parking lot.

I support food lion as my community grocery chain! But I’m sick of this location’s front end not showing any urgency when they see lines getting long, I stood in the for over 10 mins tonight, only 2 lanes open both were long and as soon as I was about to check out, a girl comes out of the office, and offered to take me, should of came out and opened 10 mins ago!

Went to the one near Dallas and the shelves were well stocked except for my favorite little cheeseburger pizzas, an employee was close by and was quick to look in the back for me and found me my little pizzas. Also the cashier was fast and engaging.

Cant find half of what you need.Cant find any steaks. If they have any they are thin.

Just so people know this location apparently doesnt like to give cash back in a transaction. They have signs up behind the register that say no cash back but not on the keypad? So you type in how much cash back you want when it is prompted on your screen and then get a abrupt and rude hey no cash back! Well its only posted on your computer lady not on the keypad! Too late now! Then it takes forever for them to get $30..... If you dont want to give out cash back at a grocery store people will go elsewhere. And put the sign on the keypad where it asks you about cash back, or better yet dont have your system ask me if I want cash back! And kindly put that you dont give cash back on the door when I walk in! I will gladly go somewhere else!

Always clean but sometimes its only 1 or 2 registers available, which is frustrating. Their always stocked with mostly everything except for their 67cent 🍞. That bread is the best at a awesome price

Clean store ..Cashiers are great . 2 young ladies with great personalities and very helpful with a great sense of humor checked me out offered up information I wasnt even aware of and saved me money when buying cases of water.

It was very good! When many of the employees/staff are willing to help or just say hello, it means a lot!

The new remodel is very nice, clean and bright. The only drawback is the customer service. The cashiers arent really outgoing and friendly. Half the time they dont even say hello and thank you. Their personalities should match their new store.

The only reason I stop here is because its on my way home. If I stop in the evening ...there is a a female manager that is rude and only has time for people she seems to know. If I stop in the afternoon there is this huge bearded dude who has the worst disposition while he is at work. He huffs and puffs if he has to move, will deliberately stay in your way, he will stare you down, he does not great you. If he isnt comfy with being around public he needs to not be in retail.

The cashier was very friendly and pleasant it was a joy to stop by and purchase my groceries there
