Parking little tricky but fast service
Was in and out to ship a computer off to have it worked on. Luckily I had it in a bag. I was under the impression they were going to box it up and ship (based off instructions I was given and a corporate account. Nope, the lady threw a luggage tag on it and off it went. It was received safe and sound. So, I cant really complain.
Although the location was difficult to find, the staff was helpful and accommodating.
Every time I go they are kind and quick.
I never have stress-free deliveries with FedEx. Back at the end of May, I had a replacement USB cable shipped to me from Corsair, because the replacement I bought from them, stopped working shortly after I received it. Corsair had to send it internationally. FedEx received the package on May 20, 2021. Instead of trying to deliver it, they stuck a door tag on my door. No instructions, no signature, nothing. No explanation on what was going on. Took me 3 days to figure out on their website on how to tell them to leave my package with the leasing office in my apartment building.Almost 2 weeks go by. No further attempts to deliver my package were made. No attempts to contact me about my package were made, until today (06-07-2021). The voicemail they left was a threat to send my package back if I didnt make arrangements to come pick up the package today. And theyve had it for THREE WEEKS! The irony, they delivered a package late last week. Why they couldnt also deliver the USB cable AT THE SAME TIME, Ill never understand.Suffice it to say, Im livid at the inconvenience and treatment I received from this office. If I had a choice, I would NEVER do business with FedEx. It is the WORST SHIPPING Company next to LaserShip in the US. Unfortunately, most retailers dont give you a choice to pick which delivery service to go with, just the shipping rates.
When I went in the very awesome lady behind the counter was super pleasant and very helpful. I will continue going there to ship all my packages.
This place sucks for deliveries.....driver claimed he come to my house and attempted to deliver my package but he never showed up at my house....said would be delivered next bussiness day by 8pm and they waited until 7:30pm to text me that my package would be delivered the next bussiness day....so in total due to the labor day weekend plus the run around fed ex has given me,my package is now going to be 7 days past the delivery date.....i would give negative stars if i could....very disappointed in this company....i will use ups from now on
Have been waiting for my overnight package from my pharmacy for over 2 almost 3 days now. FedEx will not admit to why its late just blame it on the weather. Its been in the 70.and its the same city⁹
Paid extra to get my package after five because I knew I would not be home before 5 that day. They came early but didnt leave my package because it needed a signature. I received a message at 6:25 saying I could wait 3 more days or drive 45 minutes away to pick it up myself. This is just another bad experience with fed ex to add to the list of terrible past experiences with them.
Very very bad service gave me the run around on where my package was sent it to wrong address a address I never gave them lied told me it was coming in the next hr it never came everytike I called they hung up on me never gave me a full answer it was all bad the worst experience of my life will never use FedEx ever again
Horrible just got my package and the FedEx driver just left my package outside without knocking. Very unprofessional. And that person should be fired

I received a call this morning, Wednesday 11/25/2020 telling me my package was out for delivery by 8:00 pm and that someone had to be here to sign for the package. I asked if it could be delivered by 3:00 pm and was told the driver had already left and there was no way to change the delivery time. So I made sure that I was home all day. At 7:30 pm I checked tracking on my package because I still had not received it. It still said out for delivery. At 7:45 I checked again and it said package would be delivered on Friday, 11/27/2020 by 8:00 pm. I have waited all day missing work to now be told that it will now be Friday. I cant be here all day on Friday because I have a job. This is very unprofessional and very hard for people to make plans when they dont follow through on what they say. VERY UPSET.

I keep getting packages delivered that say on package to put on front porch. Its a hut to find the package. Could be on a vehicle Window, in flower bed at garage, on sidewalk at garage. I paid for overnight delivery that I was able to make it to fedEx office and wait for drive to get there because it was to late for him to deliver. No discount for your time. If I could have waited they would have, but I needed the part to fix car. Reason I paid for overnight.

Driver Josh...nickname Doody or Dookie.....did NOT attempt delivery at our apartment address that was CLEARLY on front of package containing IMPORTANT real estate closing documents. He tried to deliver before 9 am at property management office that wasnt even open. WHY not make effort (work ethic) to drive up to our address that was on front of package?? Even FedEx center manager said he shouldnt have tried to deliver prior to 9 am. We NEVER got any response to why this driver could not show the slightest hint of responsibility and try to deliver to the address on the package.

Fedex always gives me problems. The drivers dont knock for me to sign and receive packages resulting in more time taken to go to the center and pick it up. I pay for delivery, not carry out like papa johns.

Worse service I have ever had. Dropped my books off and was told she understand it was two different orders. I received an email from Chegg stating that my account had been charged for an extension because the books had not been checked in at this fedex location. Horrible customer service. I got a notification to pick up my package after 7pm and when I get to the location the doors are locked. A blonde lady came into the lobby, saw me standing there, messed around on the computer, and then walked away. She came back a few minutes later, saw me still standing there, cut off the lights, and walked away again. It took a while to get so called support on the phone just for them to tell me they arent offering pick up at shipping stations right now due to the virus. Why would I get the notification to pick it up if it isnt offered and why wouldnt an employee at least ask what I was doing there. Highly unprofessional, rude, and unorganized.

Delivery note said it would be available for pickup at 6pm at this facility. I arrived at 645 and was informed it wouldnt be back to the facility till after they closed. They would not hold the package for pickup tomorrow which meant I would be unable to pick it up until the following day, but I work in the evening. This one mistake meant that it would be after the weekend before I can pick up my package at the earliest, which is about 4 days after I was supposed to have it. Not worth shipping something overnight if they cannot provide the package! Very frustrating.
I have never had a problem with this FedEx Shipping location and I use them quite a bit for work reasons. The people I have always encountered are friendly and efficient AND my orders get to their destination (a lab in Kansas) in a timely manner, which is a big deal since the specimens are viable. I, also, never have an issue when they come to pick up from my home. They are always within the time frame that I am given when scheduling a pick up online. Im a happy shipper and FedEx is cheaper to ship than even the post office :)

Had a package scheduled for delivery the next day but was listed as being at this location. Since I most likely wouldnt be able to be home (like most people) AND the app wouldnt allow for the Hold at Location option, I decided to make the short drive to pick up my package. To be safe: I called FedEx first, I was connected to what I assume to be a call center versus the actual ship center and after an extended conversation with a partial but significant language barrier, I was advised that with my tracking number and government-issued ID I would be allowed to pick up my package. On arrival at the ship center, I spoke with the desk clerk who told me the package was on-site, however was in a shipping container with ~1,500 other packages that he could not access. I get that he truly may have not been able to do anything directly. But as for FedEx as a whole, including this location, a dysfunctional app and poor communication by phone versus actual connection to the ship-center. Im disappointed.

I dont like this company due to the fact that you pay for 2 day shipping and it takes them 4 or 5 days to deliver your package. And your package can get to them the morning before your expected delivery date and even though they are only 30 minutes from your house they will not deliver your package a day earlier than the expected delivery date even though it was supposed to be delivered the day before cause you paid for 2 day shipping. And when you call them and ask why its not being delivered till the next day even though you paid for 2 day shipping you get put on hold for them to come back with some kind of excuse and give the run around. Ill never use this company again if I can help it and I would never recommend it either!

The place wasnt very busy and I got help but Im not sure if the guy was either incompetent or trying to upsell me. I asked for the cheapest price, confirmed that I wasnt asking for Express delivery but wanted the ground rate, then when I declined a much higher than expected charge, I was suddenly offered a reasonable shipment rate.

Reviewing based on package pick up.I had a missed delivery sticker on my mail box, which was to be expected. There was a note that I could pick the package up when the driver expected to be back at the center. 6pm was hand written in.I drove to the pick up center and presented my note and immediately get told this driver is hardly every back before 7pm and that they close at 7. I left and ran some errands but came back at 6:50 and eventually got my package 20 minutes later after they had locked up.TL/DR: Call before trying to pick up your package, even if the driver put a time down.
My package was scheduled to be delivered today. This morning it showed out for Delivery.They changed the update on the tracking to Business closed.So I contact them to see why it changed and the lady I spoke with told me no we arent closed the driver changed it to Wednesday because he had a new years party to attend. Well I hope he still has a job in 2019 since he dont want to do his job. So I asked can I pick it up since they close at 7pm. Nope cant do that either. My UPS Package got Delivered today on time like it said it would. I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN. I own a Business and use FedEx a lot to ship items I will never again.
They can’t print return labels. What good is this place. FedEx is garbage . Always issues with them. UPS gives me no problems with anything.
Worst delivery service out there. They make little to no effort to call from the gate. Said my package was at a local Walgreens. Drove there to find no package. Not only did I not get my package that I paid extra delivery fees on, but they wasted my time and the time of the Walgreens employees. Will only use UPS going forward.
5 Stars if you dont actually want your package! With 2 day shipping to a business this location will wait until your business is closed to attempt to deliver. Pay for 2 day shipping and NEVER receive it. And to top it off you cannot call and have it held!If the place you have it shipped from opens after 9am plan on picking it up on day 5 or to save yourself DO NOT SHIP FEDEX. Save your self the aggravation and the speaking with the call center in india who really know their policys. Policys that keep you from getting your package.Let me tell you a story of a 357 magnum. As I was sending it in for service I found that it was being shipped fedex. I printed my free label and found I had to drive 30 minutes one way to a brick and mortar to have it shipped (which is odd since I live in a City). Fun wow had an awesome time doing that. Service has the 357 a total of 1 day. DAY 1. I get a shipping notice that it would be at a business (i used this address due to the staff is here 7am to 5pm and can sign) by 430pm 2 days later. DAY 2 Soooo 2 days later I am sitting in the parking lot an hour and a half after my shift ended trying to intercept the package. And yes I decide to leave. After all it said by 430. I gave them another 45 minutes. I saw a delivery attempt at 50 minutes. Ok lets give them a second try. DAY 3. I see fedex made a delivery attempt 1.5 hours after the 430 time (6pm) and an hour after close of business. DAY 4. So the next morning I call to have the package held so that I can pick it up and I am told that is against FedEx policy. It has to be held by the shipper. They load the trucks at 830. The business does not open until 9. I told it will be there by 430pm. I kindly say well your delivery notice said that 2x already and it wasnt. I told the nice young man he better find another job while he still has his integrity cause FedEx is turning him into a liar and he cannot be trusted.Long story short. This isnt my first time having to receive a package from FedEx and probably not the last time. But in 5 years I have always been lied to. I will never personally ship something FedEx and I am recommending them to everyone who DOES NOT ACTUALLY WANT their package. FedEx gets 5 stars in the category of the WORST logistic experiences.
Poor and unsatisfactory customer service. We showed up at 6:58 and no one was in sight and doors were locked and lights were still on. Knocked and waited 10-15 mins and no one would even come to the door.
I was scared to send a package from this location, due to the low rating. After reading through all of the reviews, I decided to chance it, as most complaints, according to my recollection, were due to no knock deliveries ( I had this happen today with valuable merchandise, I will take it up with FedEx through a different avenue ). The associate that helped me was a stocky woman with very short hair. She was sick and was hacking up a lung the entire 5 or so minutes I was there. She took my shipment, gave me a receipt, and my valuable item made it to its destination on time. While I didnt have a world class or even a 5 star experience, all of the things that needed to happen did, so Im giving them a better rating then I normally would, due to the other ratings being lower then they should, imho.
If you need a package in a timely manner, dont use FEDEX!!!! Like other reviewers I wish I could leave less than one star. Cant call local location, they can only give you a 12 hour window for delivery, no other options!!!! Called and got different responses each time. HORRIBLE SET UP! I hope customer service reps get a new job in their Christmas stocking!!!

Just unprofessional and delivered broken goal box in shambles... Ridiculous... This was a Kings Mountain NC Route off Battleground Ave.. Will be sent back ... Worse service ever wish DHL still delivered out here....
Order something with 2 day shipping. They attempted to deliver it at 12 noon and I was of course at work. The door tag said that they would make a second attempt and my tracking said it would be delivered by 8pm. I waited and called only to find out they arent going to make the second attempt today it will be on Monday. So now my 2 day shipping has went to 4. Had they put 2nd attempt on Monday on the door tag I would have contacted them as soon as I got home @ 3 instead of 6.
I cannot stand this location! I wish they would do away with it. Their customer service is horrible. The delivery man never rang our doorbell and took my package to another location. Now I have to go pick it up. WHY DID I PAY FOR SHIPPING??!!
William is probably the most bounderish man that I have ever spoken to. He should not be answering the phones or working at the front. He stoped me in the middle of my sentence to talk to someone else. When I asked for a manager he told me that there was no manager at that location to talk to and I needed to confront my issue somewhere else, even though my package is at that location!

When for job interview for package handler. Package handler at fed ex is loading packages of varying sizes into a truck. Dirtier work than youd think, js.1.Theres no climate control you are at the mercy of the weather that day.2.i believe I observed at least seven loading docks where men, all men, where loading.3. Three hours offered were off and only added up to part time, after inquiring to our guide at the time she said you can request more hours to your manager.4. Seems like a complete grunt work. No intelligence required except that you pack packages quickly.Not sure if any of those are plusses our minuses personally, but its there impression I got and use it as you will.
FedEx sucks. I had an express package being shipped to me. It got held up and when I called in to inquire about it, the customer rep guy could not get my name right and when I corrected him he acted like I was bothering him. The website stated one time, the auto message stated another, and the rep stated something different also. Two days later I have still not received my package and no one can give me any information. I will NEVER use FedEx again. If I cant ship it by UPS, then it will not get shipped!!
Terrible experience tried to receive very important package for two days the second day they didn’t even try to deliver to the fed ex drop off point and when I called the lady proceeded to tell me the driver forgot to deliver the package and took it back to the facility which to me is insane when that’s the sole purpose of their job why did I pay for overnight shipping if it takes 4 days to get the package
Location would not accept Fed Ex ground fordelivery signature but gladly accepted money. Was explained rules after fact by annoying clerk, and she was explained that I came for service not school teacher shrill.Had to drive to miserable sort center and wait in guard shack 18 miles away. They could have easily done task but chose not to after ground truck was turned away. No call or notice.Fedex, just fire managers here!!
Terrible customer service! My package was reported as delivered to my address but the package was not there. I called the company I ordered the package from and they did an investigation. FedEx in Gastonia reported it delivered, which of course was a lie. The company sent me a replacement package which turned out to be the same problem. The package reported as delivered but no package at my address. Once again I called the company I ordered from and they started another investigation. I also called FEdEx customer service who told me the Gastonia store would call me. They never called. The package was never located by FedEx and they kept insisting the package was delivered to the correct address. I finally had to have a SECOND replacement package sent to my mother-in-laws address. It arrived without a problem. The other TWO packages remain missing/lost/stolen with NO accountability by FedEx in Gastonia. Terrible, horrible, dishonest customer service!
Everything I’ve ordered that’s been shipped through this Fed Ex channel has arrived broken. One box was even in shreds when I got it. I’ve gotten to the point where if something I’ve ordered is being shipped through Fed Ex, I just cancel the order. I’m tired of getting broken things. One time the driver kept rescheduling my delivery for over a week bc my house was out of his way. I had to call customer service and the Local Gastonia office to get my package that I paid extra for express delivery. So apparently everything is still ghetto in Gastonia. Especially the Fed Ex.
